Ordered what was advertised as a, $5 sample. After ordering an using my credit card to get the sample, they hit my account fr $89!! An it was on auto refill which was NEVER mentioned. Called to cancel an they will not refund ny money, OR give me address to return it!! Because I did noy know bout auto refill, had Inuance ck that bounced because of them!! This company has pop up displays effering an almost free trial of what they claim is the most amazing age defying serum. Can't say much about the serum. It's not different than any other CVS face cream. It's fine, nothing special. The ripoff comes two weeks later when you receive your second tiny bottle at a price of $89. No where does it say price or mention auto shipping. Then try and get someone on the phone to cancel. The auto phone service takes you in circles asking for your phone number. Of course they don't recognize the number because you ordered on the internet through their ads. Eventually they cancel and offer you 35% refund for the bottle as they explain that you agreed to the terms so you can't fight it out with your credit card company. It's all a set up. Horrible people who set up a scam to make a living.
This company is SCAM It was offered as a free trial with no mention of rolling into a monthly subscription they just started sending it and charging me and would not take a return when I told them I was sending it back they said they will not credit me then even thoug ordered with one order they gave me some bogus number to call and cancel the other one. They would not provide me with the actual order page that showed the disclosure of the monthly subscription and told me to just go to their website which did not even write down they can have it there but it was not on what I ordered from because I read every work because I had something similar happen a long time ago with a different company so I checked it was not there. Doese it state you have a 2 week trial then you are charged 89.00 from your card i fell this scam i called the company up asked why i was charded for this amount their responce was i was to call back before 2 week mark ok so there went my 89.00 gone from my account i couldnt get it back so i told the to cancel my info off their system so did i thought it wasnt untill a week later i saw. that this company tried running my card through a second time so at this point i was beond mad luckely i didnt have anything in my account so they didnt get a dime i went straight to my mank and cancelled out the card i had and was issued a new one so this couldnt happen when i called the company back asked why they tried running my card through they acted as if i was making it up clueless and said it wasnt them but i have the proof this is a total scam i will never fall for this a second time.
I agreed to get a free trial for 4.95! My credit card was charged 4.95. .99, 499. .99 ! I never agreed to anything else. To cancel I was charged 34.71 to cancel. This is not right. I was definetly ripped off!
Please beware and read the fine print I agreed to a free trial and paid the shipping and handling I gave on 4/8 and on 4/22 received an $88 charge for the skin cream to my account I called the number and cancelled the account but they stated they had already shipped my product. On 4/23 there was another $89 charge for the eye serum and called that number and closed the account but they supposedly sent that product the next day. Spoke to a very rude cust service person who stated they do not do returns nor do the do refunds asked to speak to a manager and was told there was none. My bank told me I was an idiot who did not read the fine print about the trial usage before they charge you for that supposedly free sample and would not file a fraud claim. My wife ordered a Revitalize eye product "trial"... Little did she know they would also send her a monthly charge of $89.95 while sending her TWO products that she did not agree to order--Revitalize and Renew and an additional charge! Then when she tried to cancel them, they refused to cancel the charges. When she asked to speak to a supervisor they said it would take over an hour...and they would not change the order anyway (Victoria in customer service said this and also first said there was no person higher in authority than she was as well as refused to give the address of their corporate offices. She also said her supervisor would not return calls).

Just read a report from a lady filrd on July 29, 2016 claiming that this company scammed her over the Internet. Same thing happened to me. The ad showed up randomly on Facebook so I clicked on it. This product was supposedly backed by all the investors on the TV show, Shark Tank. They offer a "free" trial for the shipping price of $4.95. NEVER do they tell you they will charge you an additional $89.95 if you don't cancel any future orders or fees! I have had to cancel my debit card and an in dispute over the charges that I did not authorize! Im not eldely, but I had car repairs that nearly wiped out my account & was counting on the $89.95 this company TOOK from me to survive till my next pay period. VERY stressful!!! I write this report to keep others for falling for this scam! This happened in March, 2017, so they are STILL up to their tricks. Wish I knew how to warn the investors on Shark Tank that their names & photos are being used in this SCAM!
I ordered from the ReNew website after claiming to be a free trial. I thoroughly reviewed all the fine print to ensure I wasn't going to be charged anything additional. Even after reviewing my shipping confirmation nothing stated I would be charged anything additional. After thinking I decided to call to ensure. Sure enough I had to pay to keep the product or pay for the return shipping. Nowhere when I read was there any indication I would be paying additional and to cancel was still a loss because I either have to pay a portion or pay for return shipping. False advertising. No information anywhere stating These policy.
There was an ad on Facebook for a "Free Sample" of a self proclaimed amazing skin cream. It only costs $4.95 for shipping/handling. I placed my order... I checked all the fine print- this was not a trial, in no place did they say "you will be billed later", I know how these things work and know for certain that it was a sample. They also offered an eye cream just before check out for 5.95 shipping/handling. I declined. A few days later I received 2 samples and did not notice anything special about them. I thought it was strange that I got the eye cream , so I checked my bank account to see if they charged me for it... sure enough they did and also charged me $89 and $85!!!! I immediately called my bank who temporarily credited my account back while they investigated the matter. Today I received a letter from my bank stating the charges were going to go through because they decided the transactions were correct!! The skin cream company must be making up fake web agreements and altering the content. THIS IS A SCAM. It needs to be investigated immediately. I would never pay nearly $200 for a cream off the internet!!
I just was checking on my bank account 3/31 for a recuring health insurance payment and saw this pending payment $88.10 for Ultzen coffee!!! I have not ordered coffee. Right beneath that is another pending charge for $88.10 for Garcinia pill. I have not ordered any pills either. I started to search and saw 2 charges on 3/2 for the same amounts and again 1 was for coffee and the other for some skin cream.
I called my bank and they said I either needed to call the company and or file a dispute. I called the company. I simply said I have never ordered coffee? He said I signed up for a free trial and I said free means free. When I signed up for the one it offered the second, the eye cream for free. I never use eye cream. He said I agreed to Terms and conditions which said that it is only free for 14 day trial. If I dont return then I get charged for it. I said then where is my product and you have charged me twice within one month. I declared no one uses that much product in 1 month. I asked, "why does this come up as coffee and some pill if it is skin cream?" He said because they sell health and beauty. I said that each product is different listed and let him know how shady this is. I told him to cancel and refund my money now. He said he will cancel today's charges but not the original ones. I said you will cancel all of them because I will be calling the Attorney General. He said that if I want today's charges cancelled I am agreeing not to call the Attorney General and file a complaint. I said, "I am not agreeing to any such thing." I told him he cannot extort an agreement denying me of my freedom of speech. He was very argumentative and I said I agree to nothing but I will be contacting the Attorney General and hung up. Low and behold within minutes I saw that the pending charges were immediately being reversed but the original ones were not. I will be pursuing this. All in all there was $377. missing from my account.
Total scam! The product ReVitalize Skin Serum charged my account twice in the amount of 89.95 with a total of 179.90. The company has a PO box in CA. But out of FL. The product is a free trial where after you receive the product they continue to charge you this gross amount. I repeatedly tried to call the phone number that was listed with the charge from my bank which, was invalid. After searching on the internet and viewing other complaints I was able to obtain the phone number. The recording and phone tree was extremely strange and robotic like. I finally was connected to Rahul who on many occasions told me I was unable to return the product for a refund. When I repeatedly told him I was charged without authorization he said hold on. Tries to get me to agree to getting back 35% which let to 50 %and then 75%. I stood my ground and let him know that I wanted a 100% of the money he took from me. He agreed to 100% but I only got a refund for 89.95. I called back again and got a woman on the phone who told me the company does not allow you to return the items for a refund. After arguing with her for a bit I said I contacted my bank and let them know of the charges and was also going to file a report and that's when she got nasty and said there is nothing more we can do for you since you called the bank to dispute it. I was then told I needed to call them on a 3 way conversation with the bank on the line. I have. Never heard of such a thing. I hope filing this report will help someone else who tries to buy anything from this company.
This company promises you a free trial of two products: Renew Eye Cream and Revitalize Skin Serum. I broke out from the samples, and didn't think anything of it. I then started receiving product monthly. I tried to find a number on the packaging but I was not successful. I looked online and the number online was for another company. The company said they were getting hundreds of calls.
I was charged 88.10 and 89.95 for 3 months until I finally found a number to call. I already sent my packages via return to sender, but they would not refund me. I am currently filing with the State of Illinois and the Small claims court to get a refund.

Ordered this 'Free Trial' of face cream and serum which was advertised to just pay the $4.95 shipping on March 9th. The ad said it would take 4 business days to receive the product. My Paypal Mastercard was charged on March 10th. Four charges of exactly $4.95, $0.99, $4.99, and $0.99 . I was upset at seeing they charged the extra $0.99 without authorization at all, but decided it wasn't worth the hassle at the time to call and complain.
On March 17th, I still had not received any product, so I decided to give it another week before I called and investigated, just to give them the 'benefit of the doubt'.
This morning, March 23, there were two New PRE-authorization charges to my Paypal Mastercard account of $88.10 and $89.95 ! So, I immediately called the number listed on my paypal account preauthorization transaction. The person 'Shannon' on the other end of the phone said she would make sure I was refunded the money, but only because she could verify that I had not received the product.
I told her I never even authorized this charge, so I wanted the pre-authorization removed so it would not debit my account. She said her company's policy is to complete transactions and then, if due a refund, to refund the money in 7 - 10 days. She said she would send an email to confirm my refund and hung up. That was just for one of the two unauthorized transactions. I then had to call the number again and get to another person to get the other transaction 'refunded' and was met by a VERY rude woman named Chelsea, who told me it was my own fault for accepting the 'terms and conditions' when ordering this 'free trial'. I told her I never received a product, so how can it be my fault for this charge and I may need to call the BBB or something. She said she would just go ahead and push this $88.10 charge through then. Since this is a lot of money to my family, I humbled myself and asked her to 'please refund this money'. She said I would get an email and hung up.
After calming down, I decided to call PayPal about these charges to my Mastercard debitcard. Paypal is my HERO. They are wonderful people there. They removed ALL of the charges, including the March 10th 'shipping' charges. I had 'happy tears' after hanging up with Paypal. I will always use my Paypal Mastercard debit card from now on to make any purchases with!

I have learned this is a scram I did not find or read I needed to call in 14 days to cancel and that my 14 days started when I ordered the product which does not give someone time to try the product. I have called and cancel the product with a recording and did not talk to a actual person. I waited to talk to someone but waited on the phone for over a hour.
This company advertises two skin care products as free samples. You only pay shipping and handling. What they don't tell you is that 14 days after you place the order, if you don't call and cancel, you will be charged $88.10 for one and $89.95 for the other of these 'free' samples. I emailed a cancellation to them, but received another shipment in less than a month. When I called them, I was told that the charges for the original 'free' items and this months had been billed to my card. I had not received my credit card bill at this time, so I was unaware of the original charges. They said that the terms and agreements explained that the charges would occur if not cancelled and that they accepted no returns, so all charges stood. They finally offered 75% off on one of the charges. When I refused, the 'team leader' got abusive and talked over me, while telling me I should have accepted their offer.
This product is advertised on the web in other sites for less than half of what they charged, not to mention that I had cancelled the order. This is a scam and you should avoid any interaction with this company. They bill through two different names and ship from a PO box. I cancelled my credit card account, as I saw others have done in the past, as I don't want these people to have access to my credit. My credit card company has filed a dispute on my behalf on all charges.
I saw an ad on facebook, 14 days trial. I did not expect to be trial started on the day that I placed an order instead of the day I received the products. Do not agree to the 14-day free trial. I ordered one product but received 3 in total. The agreement for the 2 products I didn't know I was ordering was probably somewhere in the small print that I didn't see. One product even came in a separate mailing so you had a different timeline for cancellations. The phone number on the product is so small as to be rediculous, and each product has a different number even though you talk to the same person.

I signed up for free trial of this skin serum and eye cream that I saw on the internet. Dr. Oz supposedly backed it up according to the info. I paid for a free trial of ReVitalize skin serum. I just had to pay $4.95 for shipping. When I decided I didn't want the product, I called the number on the order confirmation email. I was told that I had to pay $9.95 for the product and for returning the product or I would be charged the regular price for the product. I told them the website and my order confirmation record stated the product was free, but I had to only pay shipping. This is false advertising.
This is a product to who Christy Brinkley is tied in with.....Everybody seems to forget that she is the person who is endorsing this FAKE product and collecting the revenues to sustain her high cost of living lifestyle!!! And, also, Dr. Oz is a promoter of this product also....

I have been trying to speak with someone that was listed as customer service about your product that I did not order. The first young man was Kirby very nice and helpful. He said that I needed to call some one else to get my refund on the ReNew Eye Cream. 888-403-7786, I called they refunded the 2 charges 0f $89.95 that was taken from my account on 1-3-17 and 1-30-17. On the other hand I called again on Monday 877-782-5621, because if they ( ReNew Eye Cream) were able to refund my money same day why was it going to be 5 to 7 days for a refund on the $88.10 that was taken from my account on 1-3-17 and 1-30-17. 1. I never recieved so called samples that they said I called and ordered with disclaimer of cancel after 14 days to stop further shipments. I origanilly ordered this product -revitalize anti ageingbskin serum from a ad I saw on Facebook. The add said it was a free trial for paying just shipping and handling of 4.95. They billed me $4.95 plus another $.99. Today I was billed another $89.95 for cream that isn't any better then what you can buy at Walmart for $10. I had cancelled my order earlier and the girl kept telling me there was nothing in her notes indicarlting that I had cancelled. She offered me. 75% discount. I asked for her supervisor and she said a supervisor couldn't do anymore then what she could do. I told her that I wanted a 100% refund or I was going to the Attorney General. She said she is issuing me a refund and it should be back in my account in 3-5 days. I am still planning on filing a complaint with the California States Attorney General. Three shipments were mailed to my son at a different address (not my home address) via USPS first class. Contents of each box had a packing slip thanking me for my purchase and to call if I had any questions. Packing slip listed:

Just fill out the form which your credit card information and your product would ship. No where did I see anything about being charged for it after 14 days. In November, I wanted to try these 3 products, so I clicked on their add. I was told the first product was $1, the second product was free and the third products was $9.95. I agreed to purchase at this price.
As soon as I hit "submit" the ad disappeared. I could not read any terms or make a copy of my purchase.
I received and paid for my $11 order. Without my appproval, because they never showed me the terms, they sent a December order in the total amount of $178.05 to an incorrect address. I never received that order, so I was not aware they were sending me anything. On my charge account bill through Dec. 31, the charge of $178.05 showed up. I called them to cancel my account and credit me the full amount of the Dec. shipment.They told me they could not isssue a credit. I told them they could not bill me for something I had never received. I told them their shipper would have to track where the shipment went, but there was no way they could charge me.
They told me the Jan. 3rd shipment had already been sent to my correct adddress also. This meant another charge of $178.05. Finally the Ageless Vitamin C Serum did issue me a credit of $89.95. So I ended up losing $266.15.
Ended up the terms they do not even show you were "notify us within 14 days" in order to cancel any future shipments.
I ordered the $4.95 sample and the auto shipments of $200 per month started. First the product is crap. Second when I called to cancell, they offered me a 75% employee discount to keep getting the useless product. After I canceled, I tried to return two months and they refused. DO NOT TRY THIS!!
Revitalize Skin Serum Reviews
Thru TV Media, a "Trail" order of facial cream was offered for $4.95 shipping, only. I used a credit card over the phone. Then, charges started being billed to my credit card twice a month for both $88.10 and $89.95, July-Aug-Sept.
Aside from being billed, I began receiving product I did NOT order! I opened one box and no paperwork was enclosed for a point of contact. Although the return address on the pkgs read ReNewEyeCream-ReVitalizeSkinSerum, the transactions on my credit card appear as: JL Media @ $88.10 and HiroMed Complete Skin @ $89.95, and Contour Skin @ $89.95.
In July, JL Media billed me $88.10 and Contour Skin billed me $89.95, and I rec'd one box with 2 items.
In Aug, the billing was the same as July and one box of product was rec'd as well.
In Sept, the amt billed was the same, product was shipped, but a new vendor appeared. HiroMed Complete Skin billed $89.95 (instead of Contour Skin)!!!??? JL Media still billed $88.10.
JL Media listed a phone number on my credit card statement: 877-749-1302
HiroMed Complete Skin phone was listed as: 877-653-5516
I have disputed the charges billed to my credit card and returned the products to Sender marked DID NOT ORDER! I am closing my credit card and the bank is reissuing new card numbers. I hope all this detailed info will help stop the SCAM!

You need to click on terms for anything that's free. It states right in the terms what you are agreeing to sign up for and buy. It says you are agreeing to buying to buy monthly. Eventually they cancel and offer you 35% refund for the bottle as they explain that you agreed to the terms so you can't fight it out with your credit card company. It's all a set up. Horrible people who set up a scam to make a living.
This company is SCAM It was offered as a free trial with no mention of rolling into a monthly subscription they just started sending it and charging me and would not take a return when I told them I was sending it back they said they will not credit me then even thoug ordered with one order they gave me some bogus number to call and cancel the other one. They would not provide me with the actual order page that showed the disclosure of the monthly subscription and told me to just go to their website which did not even write down they can have it there but it was not on what I ordered from because I read every work because I had something similar happen a long time ago with a different company so I checked it was not there. Doese it state you have a 2 week trial then you are charged 89.00 from your card i fell this scam i called the company up asked why i was charded for this amount their responce was i was to call back before 2 week mark ok so there went my 89.00 gone from my account i couldnt get it back so i told the to cancel my info off their system so did i thought it wasnt untill a week later i saw. that this company tried running my card through a second time so at this point i was beond mad luckely i didnt have anything in my account so they didnt get a dime i went straight to my mank and cancelled out the card i had and was issued a new one so this couldnt happen when i called the company back asked why they tried running my card through they acted as if i was making it up clueless and said it wasnt them but i have the proof this is a total scam i will never fall for this a second time.
I agreed to get a free trial for 4.95! My credit card was charged 4.95. .99, 499. .99 ! I never agreed to anything else. To cancel I was charged 34.71 to cancel. This is not right. I was definetly ripped off!
Please beware and read the fine print I agreed to a free trial and paid the shipping and handling I gave on 4/8 and on 4/22 received an $88 charge for the skin cream to my account I called the number and cancelled the account but they stated they had already shipped my product. On 4/23 there was another $89 charge for the eye serum and called that number and closed the account but they supposedly sent that product the next day. Spoke to a very rude cust service person who stated they do not do returns nor do the do refunds asked to speak to a manager and was told there was none. My bank told me I was an idiot who did not read the fine print about the trial usage before they charge you for that supposedly free sample and would not file a fraud claim. Be careful because at exactly 14 days they will charge you account. Still have not gotten those other shipments they supposedly sent.
My wife ordered a Revitalize eye product "trial"... Little did she know they would also send her a monthly charge of $89.95 while sending her TWO products that she did not agree to order--Revitalize and Renew and an additional charge! Then when she tried to cancel them, they refused to cancel the charges. When she asked to speak to a supervisor they said it would take over an hour...and they would not change the order anyway (Victoria in customer service said this and also first said there was no person higher in authority than she was as well as refused to give the address of their corporate offices. She also said her supervisor would not return calls).
They also said we would have to call different numbers for each product (even though they are the same company). Such RUDE people.

the 2nd charge was $ 88.10 for "eye cream again advertised as "free sample" "you pay only the shipping/handling of $4.95". I called the customer service 888/403/1916 and spoke with "Jessica" who told me this is an automatic "auto-ship" that "clearly " stated as the advertisement. "no it was not "clearly " stated on the advetisement.
i asked "Jessica" to speak to her supervisor ? I swear this is the response i got-- " we don't have supervisors here, i asked again to speak with A supervisor? her response this time " we don't have any supervisors- we record all calls" . I responded to an ad on Facebook for the "free samples" -- I am noticing there are several ads for the "free samples" using different celebrity spokespeople and also using Dr OZ and Shark Tank judges as endorsements- different company names also.
Just read a report from a lady filrd on July 29, 2016 claiming that this company scammed her over the Internet. Same thing happened to me. The ad showed up randomly on Facebook so I clicked on it. This product was supposedly backed by all the investors on the TV show, Shark Tank. They offer a "free" trial for the shipping price of $4.95. NEVER do they tell you they will charge you an additional $89.95 if you don't cancel any future orders or fees! I have had to cancel my debit card and an in dispute over the charges that I did not authorize! Im not eldely, but I had car repairs that nearly wiped out my account & was counting on the $89.95 this company TOOK from me to survive till my next pay period. VERY stressful!!! I write this report to keep others for falling for this scam! This happened in March, 2017, so they are STILL up to their tricks. Wish I knew how to warn the investors on Shark Tank that their names & photos are being used in this SCAM!
I ordered from the ReNew website after claiming to be a free trial. I thoroughly reviewed all the fine print to ensure I wasn't going to be charged anything additional. Even after reviewing my shipping confirmation nothing stated I would be charged anything additional. After thinking I decided to call to ensure. Sure enough I had to pay to keep the product or pay for the return shipping. Nowhere when I read was there any indication I would be paying additional and to cancel was still a loss because I either have to pay a portion or pay for return shipping. False advertising. No information anywhere stating These policy.
There was an ad on Facebook for a "Free Sample" of a self proclaimed amazing skin cream. It only costs $4.95 for shipping/handling. I placed my order... I checked all the fine print- this was not a trial, in no place did they say "you will be billed later", I know how these things work and know for certain that it was a sample. They also offered an eye cream just before check out for 5.95 shipping/handling. I declined. A few days later I received 2 samples and did not notice anything special about them. I thought it was strange that I got the eye cream , so I checked my bank account to see if they charged me for it... sure enough they did and also charged me $89 and $85!!!! I immediately called my bank who temporarily credited my account back while they investigated the matter. Today I received a letter from my bank stating the charges were going to go through because they decided the transactions were correct!! The skin cream company must be making up fake web agreements and altering the content. THIS IS A SCAM. It needs to be investigated immediately. I would never pay nearly $200 for a cream off the internet!!
I just was checking on my bank account 3/31 for a recuring health insurance payment and saw this pending payment $88.10 for Ultzen coffee!!! I have not ordered coffee. Right beneath that is another pending charge for $88.10 for Garcinia pill. I have not ordered any pills either. I started to search and saw 2 charges on 3/2 for the same amounts and again 1 was for coffee and the other for some skin cream.
I called my bank and they said I either needed to call the company and or file a dispute. I called the company. I simply said I have never ordered coffee? He said I signed up for a free trial and I said free means free. When I signed up for the one it offered the second, the eye cream for free. I never use eye cream. He said I agreed to Terms and conditions which said that it is only free for 14 day trial. If I dont return then I get charged for it. I said then where is my product and you have charged me twice within one month. I declared no one uses that much product in 1 month. I asked, "why does this come up as coffee and some pill if it is skin cream?" He said because they sell health and beauty. I said that each product is different listed and let him know how shady this is. I told him to cancel and refund my money now. He said he will cancel today's charges but not the original ones. I said you will cancel all of them because I will be calling the Attorney General. He said that if I want today's charges cancelled I am agreeing not to call the Attorney General and file a complaint. I said, "I am not agreeing to any such thing." I told him he cannot extort an agreement denying me of my freedom of speech. He was very argumentative and I said I agree to nothing but I will be contacting the Attorney General and hung up. Low and behold within minutes I saw that the pending charges were immediately being reversed but the original ones were not. I will be pursuing this. All in all there was $377. missing from my account.
Total scam! The product ReVitalize Skin Serum charged my account twice in the amount of 89.95 with a total of 179.90. The company has a PO box in CA. But out of FL. The product is a free trial where after you receive the product they continue to charge you this gross amount. I repeatedly tried to call the phone number that was listed with the charge from my bank which, was invalid. After searching on the internet and viewing other complaints I was able to obtain the phone number. The recording and phone tree was extremely strange and robotic like. I finally was connected to Rahul who on many occasions told me I was unable to return the product for a refund. When I repeatedly told him I was charged without authorization he said hold on. Tries to get me to agree to getting back 35% which let to 50 %and then 75%. I stood my ground and let him know that I wanted a 100% of the money he took from me. He agreed to 100% but I only got a refund for 89.95. I called back again and got a woman on the phone who told me the company does not allow you to return the items for a refund. After arguing with her for a bit I said I contacted my bank and let them know of the charges and was also going to file a report and that's when she got nasty and said there is nothing more we can do for you since you called the bank to dispute it. I was then told I needed to call them on a 3 way conversation with the bank on the line. I have. Never heard of such a thing. I hope filing this report will help someone else who tries to buy anything from this company.
This company promises you a free trial of two products: Renew Eye Cream and Revitalize Skin Serum. I broke out from the samples, and didn't think anything of it. I then started receiving product monthly. I tried to find a number on the packaging but I was not successful. I looked online and the number online was for another company. The company said they were getting hundreds of calls.
I was charged 88.10 and 89.95 for 3 months until I finally found a number to call. I already sent my packages via return to sender, but they would not refund me. I am currently filing with the State of Illinois and the Small claims court to get a refund.
Please don't fall for this scam.

The representative stated that the Feb charge was for the 14 day "Free Trial" and since March's product was just mailed yesterday, she couldn't refund it. Nice...
I stated that as soon as I receive it, I will be returning it and expect a full refund as I was NEVER told about the recurring charges.

Ordered this 'Free Trial' of face cream and serum which was advertised to just pay the $4.95 shipping on March 9th. The ad said it would take 4 business days to receive the product. My Paypal Mastercard was charged on March 10th. Four charges of exactly $4.95, $0.99, $4.99, and $0.99 . I was upset at seeing they charged the extra $0.99 without authorization at all, but decided it wasn't worth the hassle at the time to call and complain.
On March 17th, I still had not received any product, so I decided to give it another week before I called and investigated, just to give them the 'benefit of the doubt'.
This morning, March 23, there were two New PRE-authorization charges to my Paypal Mastercard account of $88.10 and $89.95 ! So, I immediately called the number listed on my paypal account preauthorization transaction. The person 'Shannon' on the other end of the phone said she would make sure I was refunded the money, but only because she could verify that I had not received the product.
I told her I never even authorized this charge, so I wanted the pre-authorization removed so it would not debit my account. She said her company's policy is to complete transactions and then, if due a refund, to refund the money in 7 - 10 days. She said she would send an email to confirm my refund and hung up. That was just for one of the two unauthorized transactions. I then had to call the number again and get to another person to get the other transaction 'refunded' and was met by a VERY rude woman named Chelsea, who told me it was my own fault for accepting the 'terms and conditions' when ordering this 'free trial'. I told her I never received a product, so how can it be my fault for this charge and I may need to call the BBB or something. She said she would just go ahead and push this $88.10 charge through then. Since this is a lot of money to my family, I humbled myself and asked her to 'please refund this money'. She said I would get an email and hung up.
After calming down, I decided to call PayPal about these charges to my Mastercard debitcard. Paypal is my HERO. They are wonderful people there. They removed ALL of the charges, including the March 10th 'shipping' charges. I had 'happy tears' after hanging up with Paypal. I will always use my Paypal Mastercard debit card from now on to make any purchases with!

I have learned this is a scram I did not find or read I needed to call in 14 days to cancel and that my 14 days started when I ordered the product which does not give someone time to try the product. I have called and cancel the product with a recording and did not talk to a actual person. I waited to talk to someone but waited on the phone for over a hour.
This company advertises two skin care products as free samples. You only pay shipping and handling. What they don't tell you is that 14 days after you place the order, if you don't call and cancel, you will be charged $88.10 for one and $89.95 for the other of these 'free' samples. I emailed a cancellation to them, but received another shipment in less than a month. When I called them, I was told that the charges for the original 'free' items and this months had been billed to my card. I had not received my credit card bill at this time, so I was unaware of the original charges. They said that the terms and agreements explained that the charges would occur if not cancelled and that they accepted no returns, so all charges stood. They finally offered 75% off on one of the charges. When I refused, the 'team leader' got abusive and talked over me, while telling me I should have accepted their offer.
This product is advertised on the web in other sites for less than half of what they charged, not to mention that I had cancelled the order. This is a scam and you should avoid any interaction with this company. They bill through two different names and ship from a PO box. I cancelled my credit card account, as I saw others have done in the past, as I don't want these people to have access to my credit. My credit card company has filed a dispute on my behalf on all charges.
I saw an ad on facebook, 14 days trial. I did not expect to be trial started on the day that I placed an order instead of the day I received the products. So it took a while for the product to arrive, I was busy so I did not have a time to try the products but I saw 2 charges in my credit cards. I called them back they said nothing they can do because trial period was expried 14 days after the order placed. They don't care how long it took for the postal arrived, they just stick with their policy. I requested to speak to her supervisior, she did not let me talk to anyone, she said no one is available today. That is really a scam and bad customer service. I really want to kind of business to shut down before they rip off all busy stupid customer like me.
Do not agree to the 14-day free trial. I ordered one product but received 3 in total. The agreement for the 2 products I didn't know I was ordering was probably somewhere in the small print that I didn't see. One product even came in a separate mailing so you had a different timeline for cancellations. The phone number on the product is so small as to be rediculous, and each product has a different number even though you talk to the same person.
THIS IS A RIP OFF. I really gave the product a try, I even extended the trial by 2 weeks to give it a chance because they start the 2 weeks from when they mail it, not when you receive it. The add showed amazing, immediate results but nothing happened even after a month.
They will offer you up to a 60% discount to keep the product nut BE AWARE, if you return the product there is a 15% restock fee!
My advie, NEVER ORDER A 15 DAY TRIAL OF ANYTHING! The rules, even if you try to follow them, are so complicated that they will get money from you somehow.
My account was charged $ 89.99 a month. It took several months to get the charges off....I am still waiting. Do not buy from this company. It is a scam. Even the shipping information does not have the telephone number or contact info so I could call them. The web does not have the phone number for customer service. I never used the product....and will never use it. No one should ever sign up for a trial for ReVitalize! What a scam! Illegal! If anyone wants to file a law suit count me in!
I signed up for free trial of this skin serum and eye cream that I saw on the internet. Dr. Oz supposedly backed it up according to the info. I paid for a free trial of ReVitalize skin serum. I just had to pay $4.95 for shipping. When I decided I didn't want the product, I called the number on the order confirmation email. I was told that I had to pay $9.95 for the product and for returning the product or I would be charged the regular price for the product. I told them the website and my order confirmation record stated the product was free, but I had to only pay shipping. This is false advertising.

This is a product to who Christy Brinkley is tied in with.....Everybody seems to forget that she is the person who is endorsing this FAKE product and collecting the revenues to sustain her high cost of living lifestyle!!! And, also, Dr. Oz is a promoter of this product also....
So, needless to say, this company is a SHEER 100% SCAM!!!!!!! It does not offer any information relating to an easy address for making a return of the product...It also has their customer Service robots trained to not give out any information, states to you that you will not be able to do anything about the product you are not allowed to return whether it be open or un-opened, and then, asks you to hold....and then you are so surprisingly, DISCONNECTED!!!
This company on my end will be reported to the Attorney General's Office in my state of Illinois! My banks Fraud unit is well aware of this company and all their tactics from 1-10.
My hopes....will be that there will be a CLASS ACTION SUIT brought against them.....for full knowledge of unhonest practices and plain out- F R A U D U L E N T Practices!!!!! I have been trying to speak with someone that was listed as customer service about your product that I did not order. The first young man was Kirby very nice and helpful. He said that I needed to call some one else to get my refund on the ReNew Eye Cream. 888-403-7786, I called they refunded the 2 charges 0f $89.95 that was taken from my account on 1-3-17 and 1-30-17. On the other hand I called again on Monday 877-782-5621, because if they ( ReNew Eye Cream) were able to refund my money same day why was it going to be 5 to 7 days for a refund on the $88.10 that was taken from my account on 1-3-17 and 1-30-17. 1. I never recieved so called samples that they said I called and ordered with disclaimer of cancel after 14 days to stop further shipments. Nor did I authorize anyone to deduct these charges from my account. 2. Spoke to a young? Travis 999968 from start to finish he was condicending, rude, and just a jerk: I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told "My supervisor said they don't have time to mess with you, you need to get wit you institution and file a fraud". But Travis said that can't happen and the person that refunded the $89.95 x 2 should have never done this, protocol was not followed. I origanilly ordered this product -revitalize anti ageingbskin serum from a ad I saw on Facebook. The add said it was a free trial for paying just shipping and handling of 4.95. They billed me $4.95 plus another $.99. Today I was billed another $89.95 for cream that isn't any better then what you can buy at Walmart for $10. I had cancelled my order earlier and the girl kept telling me there was nothing in her notes indicarlting that I had cancelled. She offered me. 75% discount. I asked for her supervisor and she said a supervisor couldn't do anymore then what she could do. I told her that I wanted a 100% refund or I was going to the Attorney General. She said she is issuing me a refund and it should be back in my account in 3-5 days. I am still planning on filing a complaint with the California States Attorney General. No where on the Facebook ad did it say anything about being charged that much for face cream. Such a dishonest way to do business!!! I hope there is a class action lawsuit filed against them!!!!
Three shipments were mailed to my son at a different address (not my home address) via USPS first class. Contents of each box had a packing slip thanking me for my purchase and to call if I had any questions. Packing slip listed:

I have not seen a charge for any of above three shipments or the one time trial shipping charge.
I used a credit card for the shipping charge only.
Customer service was not able to assist with my request to return product. Was asked to call back later when the computer was not frozen and they could give me a RMA # for return. No refund offered! This product made my cheeks look like was a clown. Very disappointed and out of cash to boot.

I saw an ad in Facebook for a FREE trial of skin cream just pay the shipping and handling and they also offered an eye cream for the same deal FREE trial just pay shipping and handling. Just fill out the form which your credit card information and your product would ship. No where did I see anything about being charged for it after 14 days. Also when it arrived there was NO packing slip stating that or any return information.

I'm a senior citizen and them pulling $170.00 some dollars out of my account left me with no money for the last 2weeks of the month and 2checks that are going to bounce. In November, I wanted to try these 3 products, so I clicked on their add. I was told the first product was $1, the second product was free and the third products was $9.95. I agreed to purchase at this price.
As soon as I hit "submit" the ad disappeared. I could not read any terms or make a copy of my purchase.
I received and paid for my $11 order. Without my appproval, because they never showed me the terms, they sent a December order in the total amount of $178.05 to an incorrect address. I never received that order, so I was not aware they were sending me anything. On my charge account bill through Dec. 31, the charge of $178.05 showed up. I called them to cancel my account and credit me the full amount of the Dec. shipment.They told me they could not isssue a credit. I told them they could not bill me for something I had never received. I told them their shipper would have to track where the shipment went, but there was no way they could charge me.
They told me the Jan. 3rd shipment had already been sent to my correct adddress also. This meant another charge of $178.05. Finally the Ageless Vitamin C Serum did issue me a credit of $89.95. So I ended up losing $266.15.
Ended up the terms they do not even show you were "notify us within 14 days" in order to cancel any future shipments.
I ordered the $4.95 sample and the auto shipments of $200 per month started. First the product is crap. Second when I called to cancell, they offered me a 75% employee discount to keep getting the useless product. After I canceled, I tried to return two months and they refused. DO NOT TRY THIS!!
