Revitalize Skin Serum Reviews

I thought I was ordering this as a free trial, simply paying shipping/handling charges. I noticed later I had two 90 charges on my account. I wasn't happy with it, but decided not to do anything about it because I'm very busy and didn't want to take the time to deal with it - I would simply take the 180 hit and know not to order anything like this again. Then I was shipped another order, and charged again. I called the numbers on the bottles to find out what was going on. They informed me that if I clicked on the consent for paymnet I was agreeing to their terms, including signing up for a membership that includes recurring monthly charges. Through a great deal of negotiations, I was able to get them to refund 50% (Skin Serum) and 35% (Eye Cream). I never opened the package and told them I would ship it back for a full refund. This was not an option they allowed.

If you order this you MUST call within 14 days to cancel or you, too, will be charged 90 per product, and be placed on a recurring charge of 90/month per product. They said they cancelled my membership. I plan to call tomorrow to make sure I'm in their system as cancelled because I've read others have had issues with them continuing charges, claiming the customer's account was never cancelled.

The company made a free offer of their skin cream for the shipping cost but did not state clearly that accepting the free offer would mean accepting monthly shipments of the product.

When I recieved the first of thses monthly shipments I called and was told they did not accept returns and would not give me a refund, but after alot of haggling on my part they would only give me a partial refund.

Revitalize ripped me off. I fell into a scam of them advertizing that you could recieve a free sample of revitalize skin serum and renew eye cream for only a 99 cent fee to pay for shipping. I recieved the sample. I couldnt tell the product worked and would definitly not order the product again.

I recieved 2 more boxes of the cream and serum that I had not ordered. I called the number on the slip. They guy I talked with told me that I would not be refunded even after I offered to send the unopened products. He stated that I had agreed to pay full price for the products if not cancelled in the first 14 days.

I did not read that upon ordering the sample order. He refused to send me a copy of where it stated this in the fine print. I am tired of dishonesty and foolishness and would like a refund for the products I didnt order.

I was online when i seen an add for Free Trial for ageing skin care.It said all i had to do was pay for shipping.I was skeptical. Because I've had problems before, so I read everything that they put up on the Add.Know where in it did they say I was applying to some club to get monthly skin care product or even that i would be charged more money.

I thought I was getting a Freen Trial if i liked the produced.I could reorder it right. It took almost a full week for the trial to arrive.Been using it for a week and do not like the produced.I orderd my 14 day free trial on 10/11/2016 on10/23/2016 they removed 1 charge of $88.10 and 1 charge of $89.95 . thats 12 Days.I see this on my online banking and call them emediatly.

When i finally get them on 10/23/2016 they will only give me 35% of my money back and i offer to send there produced back they won't accept it.I don't want it I don't like it . I was robbed of almost $200.00 when all I wanted was what they said the wrere offering a Free Trial.NoRisk. someone needs to do something to these people they are mileading and ripping hard working honest people off.

thank you for your time, Tracey M. Ojeda

ReVitalize rip-off

I requested a free sample on September 14; my credit card was billed September 28 for the revitalize eye care and revitalize face serum--both charges amounting to a total of about $180. I attempted to resolve the situation by calling the phone numbers listed on my credit card statement. I was given a "complete" run-around by two, extremely rude customer service representatives. They informed me that I agreed to the "Terms and Conditions" when I ordered the product. There were NO such "Terms" on the site from which I placed the "free" order. Eventually, a customer service manager told me I would receive a refund to my credit card and she even provided a confirmation number along with her promise to send me an email confirming the refund. WHAT A JOKE!!!!! No refund was forwarded to my credit card and no confirmation email was ever received by me. I contacted my credit card company and canceled my card before any further charges are posted to my account. I also initiated a fraudulent charge report that my credit card company is investigating. Bottom line-----a total scam. (They don't even deserve "one" star; I'd give them a score of negative "many" stars if such were an option.)

I ordered a sample of REVITALIZING ANTI AGING SERUM from REVITALIZE and paid for the shipping.

I wanted to reoder and went on line to get the information of where to call and the number told me

that the subscriber line was full so I cannot get through. I also read on Google and other places

that this company has scammed many people. There is nothing on the internet to instruct how to reorder with costs for same. It just says that one should call. However, there was a story of a scam for a woman who tried to reoder

and then was charged $187 a month for the products from REVITALIZE.

I am also an older woman and cannot afford $187 a month as this woman was.

PLEASE CONTACT ME AND LET ME KNOW WHAT TO DO. I would really appreciate it. This is abusive and a crime.

Effing Scumbags

This was done very cleverly and I feel like such a fool. Never give out your bank info to anyone without knowing what's going to happen. I can't believe I fell for this. So a couple of hundred pounds later, I became wise. What a scam. Never again.

Revitalize

This as a major ripoff - wish I could get my hands around the neck of these shi--y people. Taught me an expensive lesson NEVER to give out my card number. Scumbags ripping people off and getting away with it.

Revitalize scam

For months I had seen this miracle cream advertised. I kept saying no. It is too good to be true. But I finally said what the heck 4.95. I had no idea that all the terms an conditions were in that fine print that you have to agree to in order to get the free sample. I was completely surprised when I got charged twice. I ordered another product the week before. Same thing. I finally got through to the number they supplied on the order confirmation email. She started by saying it was in the terms and conditions. Who reads those? They depend on that to get into your debit card. This gal was trying to give me all these discounts,. I told her no and I had no interest in staying in their scam, and it is a scam. I told her that I was going to dispute this. She said they would just show the small print that I unknowingly agreed to. May I say, if you do not agree, no product. She said she would cancel and give 35% off if I do not dispute. I said I am not giving her access to my account. She says they can still access account even though you canceled your debit card. I am disputing both through my bank.

I tried ReVItalize with the 14 day trial and the cost was only 4.95 that I could afford. Then they charged an extra dollar. They sent it with no paperwork to cancel or do anything..No way to contact them immediately not even a month goes by they charged me approximately$89.95 with no way to cancel. This. Company should be fined and/or put out business for their illegal practices.

"ReVitalizing Age Defying Skin Serum" advertises on Yahoo News, among other sites, offering a direct link to their web site, which mysteriously disappears after they scam the customer. It is supposedly endorsed by Dr. Oz. So, you go to the website with the intentions of checking out their "free trial offer". Page one of the site forces you to give your information, and you think page two will give you more iformation before to agree to officially pay for anything. Well, when you click on the "continue" button that they provide, it is actually the final pay button, and not only that, you have also purchased another "free trial" without your knowledge. At that very second, your 14 day trial begins, even though you probably won't even have the product until around day 10. By this time they have already charged your card $4.95 for the product you were originally interesd in, as well as a $4.99 charge for the product you didn't even know about. Approx. 4 days later, your card will be charged $89.99 from Keller Precision Skin, which was the first product that you were considering buying, and also a $88.10 charge from SuperDietGreenCoffee, which is the 2nd skin product that you didn't even order.

Zero information comes with the two, small trial samples. There is a New York phone number in super fine print on the box the product comes in, even though the company is supposedly in Santa Ana California. When you call this number, some well trained and well rehearsed thug, that doesn't even identify himself or what company he represents, will immediately start giving you the runaround.

Of course, you will notify your bank and report the obvious scam, but they will assure you that there's absolutely nothing that they can do.

If anyone is reading this, trust me when I tell you to call your bank and demand that they change your account number. Sure, it may be a hassle, but the scammers will keep trying to get more money out of your account with the on-going membership that you have, but was unaware of until you discovered your scam.
