Radiant Revive charged $89.95 to my credit card and refused to remove it. Called them and the employee first said the trial/sample cost $89.95 and the $4.95 was for shipping. She later said that I had subscribed to automatic shipments of this cream and that she would cancel future shipments but would notremove the $89.95 from my credit card. Told her I would dispute this charge with my credit card company as I never authorized nor received merchandise for this amount. She said, "Go ahead, but you will lose".

Filed the dispute with the credit card company and also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in Greensboro, N. C. Radiant Revive currently has 39 complaints as shown on the BBB website.

I would encourage anyone who feels this fradulant company has taken advantage of them to file a complaint with the BBB. As of 1/2/18 Radiant Revive is located at the following address: 2618 Battleground Ave. Ste A 197 Greensboro, North Carolina 27408-1924. Their Phone # is still 855-633-0203 You can file your complaint at bbb.org/consumer-complaints/file-a-complaint/get-started

Radiant Revive

How does one even get to their customer service? I sent an email and they said to call, but then you sit on hold forever, so I am waiting for a call back, which I highly doubt will ever come!

SCAM!! I never seen ANYTHING about calling within 14 days to cancel auto enrollment. The customer service number on the web is the number for Target! Had i not read some of the reviews i would had never known who to call. No good!! Target is now looking into the problem. Things are gonna change for Radiant Revive!! Keep posting and calling the BBB!!

Radiant Revive Misleads customers and likely committing fraud

Radiant Revive mislead me when I purchased a sample of their product. After purchasing their product at a discount rate, they later charged my account and sent me additional products without my consent or at a minimum, their must have been hidden or small print that I didn't notice or catch when I did the initial purchase. When the products arrived there was very little information about the company.

Total scam

The same thing happened to me I just received a second month of this stuff that I didn't order and they won't refund the money I'm reporting them to the Better Business Bureau as well. I called and talked to a girl customer service who told me the same thing . She told me in the fine print on the internet where I ordered it ,it said that it was a monthly subscription. I certainly don't recall that I would have never got scammed into doing that. Then she offered me discounts on future items I order from them. THAT WON'T BE HAPPENING!!!

Horrible bad product and total scam. Don't do it!!!

39 complaints to BBB and now it is 40!!! Total scam. The same thing happened to me as the others. Was told they were sending me a "free trial" and they charged me $88 one day and $89 the next plus $4.95 for shipping. Makes me furious! I did NOT authorize or buy these products. AND, the product is not good. It does nothing and not anything close to Loreal, or any other product you can buy at any drug store or HEB....

Radiant Revive TOTAL SCAM

Placed an order for a sample of Radiant Revive and had no idea they would be automatically charging for future shipments .Have had 4 charges to my CC in the months of Feb & March totaling $356.84. Called them and was told they were experiencing higher than normal call volume and that I would have to call back later.

THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM AND THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN BEFORE THEY TAKE MORE UNSUSPECTING PEOPLE. THEY HAVE PROBABLY MADE MILLIONS FROM THIS.

Radian Revive

I placed an order for their "Trial Offer" advertising 14 day trial. I got the product and before I could try it and send back I was billed $89.95 each for the eye cream and moisturizer they sent. They didn't include any return address information in the package and I couldn't find that information on the website I accessed. I sent 2 emails with no response and when I finally did get in touch with them they said they billed 14 days from date of shipment and the product could only be returned if I hadn't opened the product! How can I try it without opening the product!!!! I contacted my credit card company and disputed the order so we'll see what happens. Remember, if you ask for the free trial, you will have only 5-6 days to try it and DON'T open the product to test it because they won't let you return it.

I ordered a sample skincream ad said only pay S&H of 4.95. I called company as soon as recieved cream to find out what price and shipment dates. When told price of 90.00 per cream that's 198.00 per month. Told her I wanted to cancel now. Agent told me she could give me 75% off if I continued with products. I told her, no thank you even at that price because of holidays I could NOT pay for more shipments until after January 1st. No money in bank until then. She then said she could also hold off shipments AND payments until after January 1st. So I agreed to payments of 23.00 and 21.00 after January 2018.

Then on December 26th they charged my debt card both charges overdrawing my bank acct by 100.00 including 1st 35.00 overdrafts CHG. I called company crying and very upset. I am retired and on fixed income and even if I can get bank to not keep charging 35.00 everyday until money hits bank on January 1st. Ki also only had 35 units left on my phone before it died. When I told agent tamesha(??) She hung up on me called back got same agent and when I told her what happened and I needed a refund because they promises not to charge me anything until January 1st.

All I was asking for them to keep their promise, refund my 59.wish money today and they could charge it again on the first. So they would get money , 5 days later than they charged.I kept saying pls we need to hurry because my phone did not have many minutes and I would be disconnected. She put me on hold and left me there. I hung up finally got different argent I asked for manager told her I had already called and my phone was going to die in ayt this point 13 units. She said amount charged to my bank was payment for my first shipment that I already paid the initial price for trial.

No one ever told me that because she talked me into staying and paying after January that instead of the 4.95 trail cream. And nothing in her comment that no CHG promised until Jan. So nothing they could do to help me. I said you say these calls taped please listen to tape and you can see she promised no money out of acct until January. I told her I did not know what she had put into computer but listen to tape please you can see I asked NUMEROUS TIMES. NOTHING OUT OF MY BANK!!!!! THEY REFUSED TO FIX!!!!!!! IM TELLING EVERYONE ON LINE!!!!!!! VERY ANGRY! I WILL NOT HAVE FOOD MONEY NEXT MONTH!!!!!! ALL THEY HAD TO DO WAS REFUND MY MONEY THEN RECHARGE IT AFTER THE FIRST...... AS AGREED TO!!!!!

Radian Revive advertised product as only having to pay for S&H (in my case $4.95 x 2 products). Apparently, in some fine print somewhere, it states to call within 14 days so you will not be charged for the full amount of the product which is almost $200 for two items.

Very shady as the invoice I received via my email address does not give any such information such as this and neither did the packing list when I received the product. Perhaps the only place this information existed is when I placed the order? However, it was not clearly written so it can be seen.

  • Feb 8, 2018

The other review from October 2017 stated the case perfectly in that you send for a "free sample" and pay only $4.95 shipping but somehow you get charged $88.47 because you apparently signed up for continuous deliveries of this product. Only I don't remember reading anything about that on the order form, nor was there anything in the packaging to inform you of this when the package arrives. Clearly deliberatelty misleading and they refuse to refund any money when you call, saying it's your mistake.

I paid for a small trial sample for $4.95 and instead recieved a full size product and a second charge of $89.95 to my CC. The nasty represenative named Fran just laughed and said there is a no return/refund policy and for me to enjoy my product. She was incredibly condesending and the creepy laughter was outrageous. As I tried to garner more information or ask for someone else that may be able to help me, she just kept repeating herself... The product is yours... enjoy it. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!

  • Feb 7, 2018

Radiant revive advertised that you could try their product free if you pay for shipping. At checkout they offer and additional eye cream, also for the price of shipping. I paid for the shipping and received the product. There was NOT any other agreement of any kind. A month later while paying bills I find multiple charges on my credit card from radiant revive. The charges are as follows: $4.95, $4.90, $2.49, $89.95, $88.47, $88.95, $4.95, $88.47

I have made mutliple calls, and if im not mistaken, talked to the same two people. Neither of the "employees" could have cared less. They kept repeating obvious pre-determined answers. I have filed formal charges with my bank and credit card company.

Just like all of these complaints, i saw this on shark tank and felt very confident ordering radiant rev ive. Unfortunately, it's a scam, and this company seems to think even thought they're lying and ripping every body off, they're going to get away with it. I called them, the young lady i spoke to said to go ahead and call my credit card co. But in the end i will lose. Also i was put on auto delivery monthly. I am on the hook for around $200.00. That's if they don't try to bang me for the two new ones they sent. I will

Return the products with a note. Return receipt. Who would ever think shark tank could be apart of this.

I will try to alert shark tank if i can find out how to contact them.

Radiant Revive provides no visible phone contact, or Company name on the invoice, only the shipping address in Greensboro,N.C. I called the number. I found the tiny letters of the phone number on the bottle.

1-855-633-0203. The operator says her name is Jessica Glenn and she said she would councel my order with an email, meanwhile I am going to cancel my charge card. The girl said she was in Calfornia. The shipping address is 2618 Battle ground Rd., Ste G.,Greensboro, N. C.27408.

They are not incorporated in North Carolina, or Delaware but probablyaly are using an assumed name from a holding company of another name. After finding their website, they say in a contract, (originnally not visible ) that the product must be returned in 7 days. But the operattor said no one was at the Greensboro address to receive it. This is an illegal scam. I reported it to the Federal Trade Commission On Feb. 5, 2018.

She said I would be charged $89.00 twice if I did not cancel. She may not be trusted. I told her I was cancelling any future contract they erronously thought I had agreed to.

They used advertising to make you think you are trying a sample and paying for the shipment only. They are actually signing you up for a contract. They advertise on the web as oprah, shark tank and others sware they love this Serum. When you get your sample, it has nothing but the product in a box and two boxes are delivered separately, one for eyes and one for face. No instructions, no packaging material, just no way to contact them. I think it is a scam. My credit card bill came with 2 charges of $89.95 and 2 charges of $88.47, pluse shipping charges of $4.95 each time. I see you have many complaints. I am now working with Navy Federal trying to get my credit card cleared from their charges.

All I know is there are alot of complaints against this company, regarding their free trial, Then being double billed for something called eye serum which should have only been 4.95. I did not agree to pay an additional $84.95 for this crap that does not work. I contacted Radiant Revive by their Facebook page, where I told them it did not work annd that I wanted to cancel, they told me they would not bill me.......WRONG..They did. So this morning 2/2/18 I called the 800 number on my packing slip, I spoke to LaTeisha who did nothing but ague with me and told me it was in the terms and conditions. I got mad hung up only to have her call me back and start to tell me that I could get this one time employee discount. I told her I would contact my bank. Well within 10 minutes guess what I got in my email......a cancellation for both items:

I got sucked into the scam and didn't read comments available on the internet. They scammed me for 2.49 "express shipping through the USPS", $4.90 and $4.95 for shipping two samples. I did not order the second sample. Then I find charges on my credit card for $88.47 and $89.95. I call the company--Canisha, the poor woman who works there, was very defensive and argumentative. I told me I was SOL as it was described on their terms and conditions. I told her she should get another job, that it must be difficult to deal with this problem day in and day out. I hope she's making alot of money in order to do this. Doesn't this company want repeat business??? STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I didn’t know at the time you would be charged 89.95 every few weeks. I immediately returned the sample and said no to anymore. I have been charged twice , only received produvtbnce and returned it immediately. There is no information and no phone number. I feel like I’m an 81 year old retired person that is stupid right now. I don’t know anything else to do. I returned and write note. I cannot afford this 200.00. If any of these people can help me I would appreciate it.

Same scam as everyone else. Ordered a $5 sample with a 2 week trial before a subscription kicks in. 7 days after ordering (before the sample even arrived) they charged my wife's account $88 and $92. The website doesn't have a phone number, but it comes on the credit card bill so you can call them. They're based in NC. Be prepared for an unpleasant conversation.

They refused to refund the money but said they would cancel her "subscription". Got nasty on the phone and told my wife to buzz off, "it was her fault, not theirs".

Called the bank Nov 20th and filed fraud charges to get the charges reversed. Today (Mar 9th) I'm reviewing the bank statement online and notice a $4.95 charge by Radiant Revive. Usually I ignore the small change charges since we have gotten into the habit of using the card for small conveniance store purchases but the company name caught my eye. I go back through previous months and sure enough they have been charging my wife's credit card $4.95 every month since Dec 4th.

Filed another fraud charge and cancelled her card this morning.

If you've been scammed by this company, go back through your records and make sure they aren't still stealing from you.

File a class action lawsuit!

I am so sorry to hear of all the women that company took advantage of. I also ordered the Radiant Revive trial products. Thankfully I seen all of your posts before my 14 day trial was up. I cancelled my credit card that was used for the purchase. I called them to return the product and the agent on the phone told me they do not take back any of the trial products. I told her that I did not want the product and she told me they could give me a discount on my order but they do not accept returns. Luckily I had already cancelled my card before I made that call. Because when I told her that my card was cancelled she then got angry and hung up on me. It's very pathetic that they can do this without anyone doing anything to them. I really think a class action lawsuit would cure them of this practice. Especially if it really is celebrity endorsed. Thank you all for telling your stories and I am so very sorry this happened to you all. I am grateful you shared your stories.

I Got One Even Better

I never even ordered this junk. I am a 69 year old male and would not be ordering any such products. I noticed charges appearing on my credit card that should not have been there. I had 4 charges placed on my credit card withing 5 days. I went straight to my bank and had that credit card cancelled and was issued a new number. The bank also started a fraud claim against their company. The bank told me that the charges against my credit card WOULD be reversed within 2 weeks. If anyone does institute a lawsuit against this company, it would do no good. They would simply close down and open under a different name.

  • Mar 4, 2018

I urged my Mother to try Radiant Revive after all of the sharks on Shark Tank bought into this anti-wrinkle cream on one of their Jan. 2018 episodes. We thought we were getting a free offer to sample 30 days of the cream for the price of shipping. We never saw the smaller print down the page that said we had only 14 days to decide and that if we didn't contact them by that time we would be charged at full price for addition cream.

I know this type of sales is done in "Credit Reporting" agencies a maybe a few others but for a healthcare products I would consider to be a deceptive practice. Also on credit reporting it's clearly defined as IMPORTANT INFORMATION. And $200 and the amount for credit report $30 is a big difference. All that said the product that Radiant Revive sells is useless, it does not work!!

I purchased the "free trial" of this product and decided I didn't want to keep it after reading other reviews about how it was such a SCAM. I went and read their Terms and found that you have to call or email them within 14 days to cancel. I sent an email and also called and got a cancellation number, but their terms say they are to send you an RMA#, well I never got that. Well my bank account got charged on the 13th day for 89.95, no where on their website does it tell you how much this product cost. I again read the terms and it said to mail the product back within 30 days, so I sent it back with a signiture required so I would have proof, within the 30 days. I called them to get my money back and they told me I couldn't because I had not followed their Terms. That did not go to well with me considering I had printed them out and had them in front of me while on the phone. I read them to the girl on the phone and told her they never sent me the RMA#, of course they said it was my fault for not asking for one but it says they will send you one when they receive your cancellation. She offered me 35% of my money back, told her no way, she talked to her supervisor and came back with 50%, told her no again, I wanted it all that I would go to my bank and file fradulant charges against them and put very bad reviews on the web about them. Well she came back with 75% and said they don't want any bad reviews. Well after being on the phone for 20 mins. I finally said fine I will take the 75% but still giving them bad reviews. They try to make it sound like it is the customers fault for stealing our money. But you do have to read the Terms on anything you buy on the Internet. I am still going to my bank to see about the other 25% they owe me. I learned my lesson from this. NEVER GET ANYTHING that is a "Free Trial" ever again. Good Luck

Awful Company

Unfortunately cannot give ZERO stars!! I just called after I saw pending charges. Told them I would be disputing and canceling my card. She was so unhelpful, just kept saying we don't give samples ma'am just trials. I told her the same as everyone above. I just checked my email after being on hold with my bank and see an email that says we have canceled any ongoing charges and canceled future subscriptions. I hope this is true and will be keeping a close eye on my account and NEVER do something like this again. I feel stupid but clearly I am not the only one who thought it would be a Free Sample/trial!

I responded to this offer,

"For a limited time anyone can try Radiant Revive Anti-Wrinkle Cream for free!

That's right, Radiant Revive Anti-Wrinkle Cream are giving away samples of their Instant Wrinkle Reduction Cream for FREE.

The only cost you will incur is the discounted shipping rate of $4.95. The cream will then be delivered straight to your door and ready to use immediately.

Remember it's important that you use the Radiant Revive Anti-Wrinkle Cream to achieve the full anti-aging results.

This offer won't last for long so make sure you follow the link below to claim your trial bottle today before they all run out!"

Admittedly, I did not read the Terms & Conditions, and that is my fault, because that is where you are informed that you are signing up for a subscription.

"If you do not cancel, in writing, before the end of the 14-day trial use period, you will be charged the full retail purchase price for the product received to your credit/debit card on file and you will be automatically enrolled for a Subscription."

No where do I see the subscription price.

I called immediately after placing this order (after viewing complaints on this website). After requesting to cancel my order immediately (several tmes) I was assured by the CSR, that my order would be canceled, and I would not incur ANY charges.

I worked for a company that had similar deceptive practices. The terms are always buried, ambiguous, and never clearly stated.

I will be keeping a close eye on my bank statement. I strongly urge everyone to read all the Terms & Conditions when buying anything online.

I was on the internet and saw this commercial about a cream that was on Shark Tank and it was a great product and that SHARK loved it, it was the best cream they ever tried, so the ad said for just the price of the shipping you could give it a try before you buy so I went to click on the link and then a second product came up for the eyes, I thought I just ordered the face cream but they added the eye cream too! I was them charged the $4.99 twice one for the face and one for the eye cream, I thought o well at 4.99 that is okay, then

I went to check my bank account and it was zero they had taken out $89.00 for the face cream and $89.00 for the eye cream, the ad said for just the price of the shipping you could try it before you buy it that is all it said I did not see any words stating that in 14 days to cancel it or I would not have gotten sucked it to this, I am on a fixed budget and that just broke me! I was so mad I called there and told them it was a scam and I wanted my money back and they told me I was suppose to cancel it,

they are making the buyer think that for only the cost of the shipping you will get the product and there would be no more charges, THIS IS A SCAM! AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!

Clicked box that indicated Free Trial offer and no other information. Next box indicated they needed $4.99 for shipping fees, then another box shows up that indicated they needed shipping fees for Free Trial for Eye Cream, no option to decline, so had to just provide payment information. No other information is visible that indicates what else to do or buy. Transaction completed. Then two weeks later, I am charged $89 and $89 with my bank. I immediately emailed Radiant Revive (no phone number available) and let them know that I do not want any more of their products and not to bill my account. When I called them the rep said that that because I did not call in 14 days, I had to pay for the products that were shipped to me. So products are not free at all and they are not being truthful with customers. They are just using the Free Trial offer as a way to make money.

The company offers a trial. When you call and cancel, you're told it's too late and you will be charged. So far they have charged my account four times, each time under a different name. My credit card company has been dealing with them. The computers cancel any further charges from a disputed company, but because the Radiant Revive changes their name each time, simply by adding or changing a number behind their name, the computer doesn't catch it. I'm sick to death of it.

Plan to report them to the attorney general of NC.

As explained in other reports, about this company, they use very deceptive practices on their website. I, too, ordered what was supposed too be a free sample of the skin cream. The only charge was supposed to be $4.95 for shipping. No where on the site did it list the actual cost of the skin cream product. Nor, was any price listed on the shipping invoice. To my surprise, a few weeks later another box arrived, with the identical jar of cream, which I had not ordered.

Finally managed to talk to someone at the company.....after much heated dicussion & after I offered to retun the unwanted order (they refused the return), they agreed to refund the $89.95 charge ( I was floored at that cost). The cream product was very disappoining, would never use it again, especially at that outrageous price.

Yesterday, I received my credit card statement. They refunded the second jar, but charged me full price ($89.95) instead of the $4.95 shipping as advertised, for the orginal sample jar.

Contacted the credit card people, explained the situation & will have to wait to see how it's resolved. Count me amoung those who want to warn anyone from ordering from this conpany.

This scam starts as a free trial. Your charges 4.95 for a free trail. However they provided no contact info on cancelling the product, they are supposed to send an email with this info........nope. Charges on my bank showed up as R&r eye.....no contact info, no anything other than charging my card

Finally find a phone number, good luck in dealing with these Jack Wagons.....high pressure, wont take no for an answer.... the only way to get anything done is talk to a supervisor, and that’s a crap shoot. Stay away from these people

On 07/24/18 I called 1-855-633-0203 Radiant Revive, as seen on Today and Rachel Ray. I ordered a sample of the wrinkle remover cream for a shipping charge of $4.95. I received a sample of cream and serum from UPS. There was no packing slip, instructions, disclosure or any fine print.

I checked my account and found a charge dated 07/24/18 of $88.47 and $89.95! Returned order immediately with my info included. Called 1-800 number for refund. Nope, as 7 days had passed since my order date and that was the only refund window. Asked to cancel my account and fumed!

Two weeks later, as I had been set up on monthly auto-ship, received another order with bank charges of $4.95, $89.95 and $88.47. Immediately returned items and called to complain. Sorry, the only time to receive a refund was the 7-day window from the initial call. He said I had agreed to the terms of service at time of that call.

”What about all the product returned to the factory? “We don’t know what the factory is doing!” Asked to cancel. This time it worked. Banks are unable to return funds or help. I’m out $361.79 with no recourse! Unable to contact factory.

I’m really upset I made the initial order without checking out this company.

Radiant Revive provides a 14 day trial with creams. It was very misleading, as they charged my card 4 days before the trial period ended, claiming that the trial period started the day I ordered the product. This is a scam! When asked for an email to contact the business directly, none would be provided. The sales manager, Sandra Johnson, would not provide me with any additional resources to contact the owners besides a mailing address.

Revive called me after short survey in the web and sold me what they said was a sample for just the shipping cost. A week later I received an 80.00 charge to my credit card. I called back and they the said they don’t have people calling and basically said I was lying that made the order online which I did not. She then claimed many some person may have hacked into their system and made the sale. They are scamming people left and right!!! They need to be shut down.

Ordered free sample over phone, only charged for shipping.

No mention of follow up product.

Received second jar with 89.95 charge.

Call them immediately to cancel and offered to return.

They offered me 35%...then 50%...then 75%....finally 100% payment back.

I thought all was good until I received credit card statement.

It had 2 charges of $89.95 on it.

Called credit card bank and filed a report which is currently active,so far no results.

Called company back .told them I filed compaint with credit card bank.

I was told they win 99% of claims against them.

Advertised on Kathy Lee Gifford TV show.

I wonder if she knows what is going on with this company.

Crooks

I too, fell for this ad On Aug.1, I ordered just the cream for 4.95. When trying to check out, the only way was also to take the eye for 4.90 also. The story was these products made by Abbie for NCIS. There was no cost listed for further orders, Nor were any statements made about a trial period. I was billed an additional 89.95 + 88. were 47 2 weeks later on Aug.15 for the same amount. No products were sent. Sept.8, I received another unordered box of the product. I knew I had been had. In calling the cc company I found that there was again the same charges now totaling $535.26.

Company scams their customers

I also ordered 2 trial samples of Radiant Revive. I ordered repair and release cream for $4.95 and Bright Eyes Serum for $4.90. When I received my statement, there was also a charge for $2.49. I called customer service and asked them what the $2.49 charge was for and they told me that when I ordered I had signed up for a monthly club, which I don't think I did. Anyway, they offered to cancel the subscription in the club so I told them to cancel it. After I got off the phone with them, I looked up my account online and there were 2 new charges on there, one for $88 and one for $89. I immediately filed a dispute with my credit card company. I have read a lot of the reviews on here and I agree with all of them. I also did not see anywhere where it said I needed to let them know if 14 days if I wanted to continue, nor did I see anything about what the future prices would be. This company is not to be trusted.

Falsly advertised trial jar of cream for $4.94 then charged my account for$89.95 for that item.

  • Jul 24, 2018

They say they have it on their website but I think you have to read their terms and conditions to get all the facts about how they do business. It is NOT TRANSPARENT marketing.

You will feel like you are ordering a sample of their product to try and then they will email you their marketing materials (always with an email address) but that's not what they are doing. The send you the product and then immediately charge your credit card the full amount.

If you call and complain, they will reduce the price by 75% and freeze your account (because you've also signed up for auto-ship, which is also not transparent). They will give you a window in which to call and unfreeze your account and get more product and auto ship and auto pay at the new price or you can cancel at that point.

Wow! This is a horrible way to do business and they could have the best products in the world and I will never do business with them because I think their practices are deceptive and not transparent. Shame on them!!

The number to call is 1-855-633-0203 to get to their customer service. The phone number on the website is not good. None of the options work. They also have no information on their website to help you understand the terms or cancel your order or where they are located or who they are. I hate when I do dumb stuff like this!!!

I made a purchase and cancelled within the 14 days of purchase with radiant revive and i got charged $53.97. I requested a full refund and they refused. They said they have no record of me calling which i did. 07/19/18 radiant revive 50 855-633-0203 nc $53.97 this is a scam

  • Jul 12, 2018

I was told would be a $10.00 charge for the two samples not the charge of $177.00and the $10.00 need my money back

  • Jun 25, 2018

Please be aware of this type of cream free sample to try! As soon as you agree to try, $4.99 shipping fee, then, they automatically send you to try eye cream without of agreeing for this is automation. I thought okay, no problem is only $10 add together! Then, when the shipment came, I try to cream it is giving my skin red and burn! I didn't pay attention to it for was only $4.99 shipping charge plus the eye cream giving me the same result, I don't bother is after all is $10. Well, ladies, please be aware that they have this hidden policy that they claim was there when you click your agreeing to charge your credit card for the shipping amount. No where I see there was this agreement, and was in the blind and my bank charge both item for total $178.42. I called the company to credit my account for I was not aware of 14 days cancellation fee (I called 16 days later), and they insisted they will not give me back my money and say I should read the item when I agree to pay the shipment. I looked through my shipment, it came only a small statement saying what the product is and was not having any paper or statement to support their claim. I am not happy with their business practice trying to rip off customers like us! I wanted to tell you ladies out there, do not buy this product! It is not a good product and is a scam!! They sure scam me! they win and I lose!!

This company advertised a free face cream product only pay shipping and handling.

I called the advertised phone number and a phone sales person helped me place the order.

There was no mention that ordering of the free product would commit you to further puchases. the attendant did not explain that, nor did she advise that one had to cancel in 14 days.

Since this was a free trail product I did not know that the free trail meant that you were purchasing a contract. It was not until the next month that I noticed a charge on my bank statement, I immediately called and was told about the 14 day cancellation.

I cancelled right away but was never refunded the amount charged neither did I receive the product I was charged for, additionally when they placed the order they added a rush charge I did not request. This company is run by scammers and fraudulent individuals they should be put out of business

  • Jun 14, 2018

I cancelled my order immediately after I placed it, I was not told about any rewards program, they automatically set me up for. They continued to take money from my bank account for a service I did not order, and was not aware even existed. I called and was told they will not refund me for the 4 months I was charged.

  • Jun 8, 2018

I ordered a sample for $4.95 which included s&h and because the very fine print that reads 14 day trial but the print is so small that you can't read it. This company is scamming people so please don't fall into their Web of lies!

  • Jun 2, 2018

I took advantage of their "pay only shipping" which should have cost $12.34. They have charged my credit card a total of $190. There is no number to call on their website, so I can't talk to anyone. They ignored my email. I have to go to the bank tomorrow and get a new card before they cost me even more money.

  • May 31, 2018

Was reading Microsoft news and a pop-up appeared to have a trial of skin care. i agreed to one trial . Clicked the one after checking +reading terms/conditions. Which were limited just give CC #. When I looked at my statement for cc there were 3 charges, for trials!

Within days there were now charges for approximately 179 dollars. I did not authorize any of them! They literally stole money from my account ,that I did not consent to. No further products have come to my post office. I have emailed 3 times without a response. I am in the process of reporting this theft to my card maker.

I also plan to make sure the department of banking knows of this and Interstate commerse complaint boards are advised I also plan to have postal inspections monitor this company for fraud. There was no return address on the package I'd received and no instruction on the item's use.

I read about these skin care products and it mentioned that the show Shark Tank had endorsed them. I am ALWAYS careful when it says FREE sample. BUT I read everything - at least I thought I did - to make sure I wasn't signing up for auto-ship and auto bill. I got the products. I looked in the box. NO info there at all. 2 weeks later - my card gets billed A LOT. I product was $88 and the other was $68. I called the bank and hey couldn't even find a number to call - as they were willing to dispute this for me. I did a web search for the company to contact hem and can't find anything but more ads for more "free" products.

SADLY the products work really well!!!! I may have even considered using them as a little goes a long way - but they didn't give me the chance to "try" first. False advertising - if they are sure their product is as advertised - let people try it and then order if they like it AND be up front about how much the regular sizes cost!!!! Women spend millions of dollars on skin care products - they would probably buy these too if it weren't a fraudulent process!

Bank is disputing and will back out the transactions - HOWEVER - there is nothing preventing the company from doing this again unless I stop my card all together which is a huge hassle.

Disappointed.

  • May 21, 2018

I purchased Radiant Revive for $4.90 and $4.95 and a shipping fee $2.49, then they charged my card 88.47 and 89.95 - which I did not authorize, apparently there is some kind of subscription which I would not have purchased had the subscription fee been more evident.

  • May 4, 2018

I ordered a free sample of face cream and eye cream for the cost of shipping. It was under $10. There was no terms of agreement or policy stating you had a limited amount of time to cancel the order.

It was "Order what you want when you want it". Today I noticed two pending withdrawals from my checking account for $86. There was no phone number listed which is not the norm for these companies.

I went back into there website, and lo and behold, there was a statement stating that terms of agreement and policy could show up at a later date than the date of purchase and it was up to me, the consumer, to check for such changes. I believe they are edging near the line of fraud.

  • May 4, 2018

I ordered online free samples of Radiant Revive anti- aging cream on 03/14/18 and paid for only the shipping (which was the promo)with my credit card. They over charged me $2.49. Two weeks after they made an unauthorized charge of $89. into my credit card on 03/28/18?without ordering any product from them. On 04/13/18, they made another unauthorized charge of $4.95 without me ordering any product. Thank God l did not have ENOUGH credit in.my account. They have made it a routine to charge my credit card every two weeks to get free money. Their telephone is disconnected. They are a Fraudulent company who Scams innocent people
