Radiant Revive Reviews

  • Apr 17, 2018

Radiant Revive has a great enticing ad to try their product. Then they offer a second item for the same amount. What they don’t tell you is they automatically establish a recurring billing to your credit card for additional orders or the amount in which you will be billed. I was shocked to find on my next credit card statement a total of 8 charges. The first two of $4.95 and $4.90 were legitimate. The following charges of $2.95 the same day, then 14 days later $89.95 & $88.47 and then another 15 days later three more charges of $89.95, $4.95 and $88.47. In summary, a $9.85 legitimate purchase, turned into $371.64 in unauthorized charges. When I called the company refund the charges, they refused. Hopefully, my Capital One Credit Card Company will be able to reverse the charges.

Radient revive advertise that you can try thier anti aging product for a low price of shipping and handling so I thought why not so I placed my order and a second product popped up at checkout for an under eye serum I thought I didn't put this in my order but it was offered for a shipping and handling cost as well so I decided to pay for both. Both products came quickly and I tried both for a couple days and was truly disappointed with both products. I thought to myself thank goodness I didn't spend much money on this stuff. We'll low and behold when I was looking at my bank statement I found a charge for $44 and change and next to the charge was Radient Revive I immediately started searching for a phone number on the Internet but was having trouble finding one but I emailed them and told them that I didn't order anything else so replace the money please. No response , next day searned for a phone number and called them I spoke to a Wendy who immediately sounded very rude and offered me a couple percentages off the product if I would stay and when I told her no she became extremely rude and talked right over the top of me explaining to me I still owed an additional $89.00 + for the product I received and that I should have cancelled within 14 days. What? I tried talking with her and explaining that I never seen or read this 14 day trial she was talking about but she talked right over the top of me and said if there's nothing more I can do for you have a good day and hung up on me!!! Trust me if I was informed I was gonna be charged like this I would not have ordered considering I'm on a very tight budget. This company is nothing but a rip off.

  • Apr 12, 2018

Ordered a trial size of radiant cream for $4.95. Nowhere did it say that they would charge me $89.95 and $88. and some change after so many days plus $4.95 s/h for each item. Then keep on charging every month. Misplaced my debit card so didn't realize this scam until I received more of the product I did not order. I called customer service and they were no help at all. Wouldn't give me a refund just try to sell me more at a discount. Lost about $368.00 of my hard earn money. Radiant Revive is a big time thief! Beware, I wish I would of read reviews before ordering.

  • Apr 12, 2018

First, the company explains their plan in their Terms & Conditions. I accept that it was my mistake as a customer to not fully read these terms before signing up. However, their business scheme is sneaky and deceiving. No email notices, no communication, seemingly impossible to cancel your account/subscription.

Ordered trial of Radiant Revive Repair & Release cream and Radian Revive Eye Serum on February 5, 2018. The trial amount for each was $1 + shipping. Those charges show up in my account as $4.90 and $4.95. I received Order Confirmation emails for each of those, although the order confirmation does not have any information at all on it about the length of the trial, the fact that you need to cancel or you'll be charged in full, how much the charge will be, etc. The order confirmation just says "Repair & Release Cream".

Received my trials and didn't think anything of it. On April 9, 2018 I had a Radiant Revive package in the mail with Repair & Release cream. I thought it was odd because I hadn't received any other communication from them at all except for those 2 order confirmations on 2/5. The packing slip doesn't have any type of cost on it, just the name of product and quantity. Decided to check my bank account and I have the 2 full charges for the cream and serum exactly 14 days after the trial order ($88.47 and $89.95). Then I have $89.95 on 3/10, $88.47 on 3/12, $89.95 on 4/5, and $88.47 on 4/6. I never received anything in the mail for the 3/10 and 3/12, or else I would've noticed something was off. I received one thing in the mail from the 4/5 order. Nothing from the 4/6.

There are no order confirmations for these and no warnings. Companies like Rodan & Fields send you an email notice days before sending your subscription to give you the choice to cancel your order. You can go into your account at any time and make changes. This isn't the case with this company. There's no account to log into, if you email their support email account you receive an auto-reply telling you to call 855-633-0203, and when you call THAT number you're on hold indefinitely. I never was able to get anyone to answer a call or respond to an email.

Also, per their Terms & Conditions: "If for any reason you do not find that the product is right for you, you may call our Customer Service center at 1-855-633-0203 to process a written cancellation, or simply send an email with the written subject heading "Cancellation", to [email protected]."

I emailed that address with "Cancellation" in the Subject and received:

"This message is to inform you that we have received your email, and would like to invite you to contact our 24/7 customer support center so that a representative may better assist you. You can reach us at: 1(855)633-0203 (for U.S. customers).

Thank you for being a valued Radiant Revive customer!

Sincerely,

Radiant Revive Support Team"

I called that number and never ever got through to anyone.

They do not have an online account option to go in and manage any account information. That's where this is a scam - they make it impossible to stop the charges.

I've called my credit card company and they explained that canceling my card most likely will not help because if it's with the same company in the same name, Radiant Revive will most likely be able to charge to that card, as well. They're trying to dispute the charges for all the times I was charged and didn't receive anything. I'm returning the one package I did receive and asking for a refund and a cancellation of my account since I can't ask anyone personally to cancel. My bank is going to dispute ALL future charges from this company.

  • Apr 11, 2018

You are charged $4.99 for shipping for this free trial. Most people believe they are paying for a sample. In fact everything about this company is devious and tricky. They send another bottle within 20 days (both at $89.99) before you ever had a chance to figure out you have been duped! Also, there is no contact number in the shipment or mention about further deliveries. The crazy thing is there is no way you would you up this product in 20 days. I barely made a dent using it by the time the next bottle came. Again proving they get almost $200 out of you before you realize this is a scam.

They give no refunds whatsoever. The sad thing is I actually liked the product but, I will never buy it again because of the sneaky way this company. works. I wish I knew about this site before trying a simple product for what I thought was $4.99 now, $180 later.

  • Apr 10, 2018

I ordered the free samples and paid the S&H. They pulled $89.95 from my bank account and when I called to cancel they would only refund 35%. No where on the first add did I read that I had 10 days to cancel this or I would be charged the full price for this product. They were very rude on the phone when I called to cancel and tried to give me their employee disscount.

  • Apr 9, 2018

I feel that this company ripped me off . I didn't realize that a free trial offer of 4.45 for shipping only would amount to over 400.00 dollars.

  • Apr 9, 2018

I ordered a trail size offer which was fine until I find charges on my account this morning showing I was charged $88 & $89 and when I called the phone number (I had to find it online as it isn't even listed on thier website) the female on the other end starting arguing with me that this was listed on the ad and you have 14 days to decline, LIES!! There wasn't anything there stating this nor was there anything included in the package that states this. This is a complete scam set up to rip the consumer off. I ended up hanging up of the women and she called back and left a voice mail stating my account was closed now but that doesn't compensate for the total of $170 that was ripped off from me. I would just like others to be aware of the sham this company is running. Trust and believe that I will be on the phone to the bank first thing tomorrow morning. I'm soooo angry that they stole my money for this....buyer beware!

  • Apr 9, 2018

On March 20. 2018, I replied to a trial offer for some wrinkle cream. They also offered another product at a trial offer. They stated that the trial offer begins the day you place the order not the date you receive the items. They also claim that you must CALL to cancel the subscription so you are not charged the full price. So on March 26th, I sent an email because according to their terms and conditions, I can either email or call to cancel.

From their terms and conditions:

If for any reason you do not find that the product is right for you, you may call our Customer Service center at 1-855-633-0203 to process a written cancellation, or simply send an email with the written subject heading "Cancellation", to [email protected]. If you cancel your Subscription before the last day of the trial use period, you will receive an RMA # by email to return the product within 30 days from the date the was RMA issued. If we receive the product within 30 days, we will not charge the full price for the product. Your 14-day trial use period begins from the order date.

The email I sent on 3/26/18:

Nowhere on the email that they sent was a phone number to call to cancel the subscription so I sent this email to [email protected]. I didn't get a response. So upon finding your page, I found someone else they had done this to who provided the customer service phone number. I spoke to a very rude customer service agent and asked to speak to a supervisor. She said she was now processing the cancellation and would transfer me to someone. She hung up on me. I called back and was answered by someone who identified herself as a supervisor and told me the only way to cancel would have been to call by April 3rd. Well I told her I sent an email and was told I had to call and that I would not be refunded the almost $90 that they debited from my bank on yesterday! I advised them that I would be disputing these charges and have all the information that I provided to them as well as printouts of the website where there is no contact information provided other than a form to fill out and wait for someone to reply to which has never happened. All I wanted was my money returned because I did attempt to cancel prior to the end of the trial period.

  • Apr 4, 2018

THOUGHT I WAS ORDERING A TRIAL SIZE OF THE PRODUCT AND RECEIVED IT A WEEK AGO. I USED THE PRODUCT TWICE AND STARTED TO BREAK OUT. I NOTICED THERE WAS A CHARGE ON MY ACCOUNT FOR ALMOST $100 FROM THEM. I CONTACTED THEM AND TOLD THEM I WOULD BE HAPPY TO SEND BACK AND HAD NO IDEA IT WAS ONLY FOR 14 DAYS SINCE THEY DID NOT GIVE ANY INSTRUCTION WHEN I RECEIVED THE PRODUCT. THE SUPERVISOR GOT VERY SHORT AND RUDE WITH ME AND I HUNG UP AFTER SAYING A FEW CHOICE WORDS.

I CALLED BACK AND THEY SAID THEY DO NOT TAKE BACK THE PRODUCT REGARDLESS OF THE REASON. THEY DO NOT GIVE YOU AN ADDRESS TO CONTACT ANYONE OR TO SEND THE PRODUCT BACK.

IT'S A SCAM! DO NOT GET THE PRODUCT. I NEVER HAVE PIMPLES OR ISSUES WITH SKIN UNTIL I USED THE PRODUCT TWICE!!

  • Mar 24, 2018

I read about this on line and was suppose to recieve a free sample with a draft of 4.950shipping fee in oct of 2017. never have and bank contacted me of the other charges

  • Mar 20, 2018

This company is unethical to say the less. All they want is to take your money. Offered a 50% discount on the second shipment but they still took me for close to $300.00. They would not take the second shipment back. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!,

  • Mar 20, 2018

After making this huge mistake on-line late at night, I learned never to purchase a free trial ever again. The least the company could do for their customers is to give them what they had paid for. I'm very hurt because I'm on a retirement income as some of the reviews I have read for this company have hurt many customers.

I'm hoping someone will reach out and take care of what is right. I admit I did not cancel in 14 days - check the fine print below --- most people would bypass this. I'm hoping to get the $270.00 worth of products that I returned because I did not want this commitment nor the product. If I'm forced to pay because they have screen prints of my acceptance, please return the products to me. Thank You!! Mari

  • Mar 18, 2018

After ordering, I noticed how much the product cost, and I tried emailing them several different times. I called several phone numbers, but never found the correct name number. My credit card company tried calling and they couldn’t get a hold of them either. There was not an email or phone number on the receipt, so I sent the email to the address that sent me my confirmation number as soon as I received the confirmation.

They tried to push the charge through on my credit card 4 times. Luckily, I didn’t have the funds to cover it. I am worried about paying my credit card off because I know the will probably try again. All I want to do is cancel the subscription as I have wanted to do since the day I made it.

  • Mar 13, 2018

Ordered free trial of radiant revival and was not aware that I would be charged the full price after only 14 days. The cream irritated my face and I couldn't use it. When I called to cancel, I was told the $95.00 charge would go through because it was after the 14 day trial.

They offer a 50 % discount and longer shipment date but since it burned my skin, it was of no use to me. They refused to credit my account.

I did not realize the trial was 14 days and not 30 but since I did not get any return info with my shipment, I had no number to call. I had to wait until I was actually charged so I was able to get a contact number. This is a scam.

  • Mar 10, 2018

I order a trial sample and was charge $2.49 and 4.95. Two weeks later I got a charge for $89.95 so I called and cancelled. They tried to talk me into a lesser price but I said no. My order email and comfirmation emails are dated two weeks apart so I cancelled in the time frame.

I recently got a text that they had charged another $4.95. When I called to find out why, they told me they couldn't find my account with any of the information I gave them. When I said I'm looking at my bank account with the charge, they hung up.

I called back and got another person. She basically told me the same thing and then I heard her start the same "canned" speech about not being able to find my information. I knew she was going to hang up on me so I stopped her and tried to get someone higher up and she hung up. I called my bank and had them cancel my card. Learned my lesson.

  • Mar 8, 2018

Radiant Revive They charged my disibility card direct exress twice $89.95 and$88.47 I did not order or receive any products from this company I cannot get any help from either company or direct express. They tell me I donot have a account but told Direct Express I do dont know what to do???? radiantrevive.org

  • Mar 5, 2018

The product contains propylene glycol which is harmful to many people and I am allergic to the substance. I called to offer to send it back and they would not comply. Theu initially offer it at $4.95 and then try to bill you a subscription price of $89.95. Just a warning for anyone out there to avoid this scam.

  • Mar 1, 2018

I saw a Facebook ad for this product as a trial product. Thought I would give it a go. The trial offer was for $4.90 then another screen comes up for another product @ $4.95. Not much money - why not. Shipping was $2.49. This was purchased via an online site as referenced above.

This purchase was on 2/12. On 2/26, the company made two charges one for $89.98 and a 2nd for $88.47 on my card which were unauthorized to my knowledge. I called the number on the credit card statement 855-633-0203. Had to wait at least 5 minutes for an operator. They did give you the option of pressing 3 to have them call you back however I waited.

A very nice lady came on the phone. When I explained the program, she said that I have approved it when I ordered the first product. I told her that I did not authroize the product and that I wanted the charges reversed. She said the same thing again. I replied that if they would not reverse the charges, then I would have the bank reverse the charges and report it to the BBB as a scam. She said the same thing again. I said the same thing again.

We did this same routine one more time then she said she would speak with a supervisor. She came back on the line and said that her supervisor agreed to reserve the charnges. I got her name and the cancellation numbers and was told it would take 3 to 5 business days to come through. Next week I will be checking my statement every day. If it is not off by next Wednesday, I will have the credit card reverse the charnges.

I did not check them out thoroughly enough. There is no address on their website. When you received the product, there was no complete invoice and no address on the invoice. (In my case, the invoice was for $2 which was not an appropriate cost.)

IF this happens to you, fight it. Call them at the number above - although they will probably change the number. Have your bank or credit card company reverse the charges as fraud. Don't let them scam you for your hard earned money!

  • Feb 28, 2018

I dont like the price. Take me off the list. I do nt want it. I have & read A lot of the way they this com. Dose many of their guest. ALL SO I'LL TURN YOU IN IF I DON'T REFUND ALL MY MONEY YOU WILL BE TALKING TO MY LAWYER

Just like I seas MY MONEY BACK OR MY LAWYER.

  • Feb 28, 2018

I ordered the supposedly free sample of eye cream only. I didn't see anything about their 14 day trial.

In one month on different days my credit card was charged $89.95, $4.95, $88.47, $89.95, $4.95, $4.90, and $2.49 for a total of $285.66 Even the charges make no sense. I was so scammed the This company needs to go down.

I can't believe celebrities are supporting this.

  • Feb 24, 2018

1. misleading ad 2. their order dates over phone different from order date sent to me 3. how can one determine effectiveness of a product within 14 days of order as it takes several days to arrive. 4. didn't reveal actual costs

  • Feb 20, 2018

Cream is not worth the price. Olay is just as good much cheaper. Scam people with the $4.95 trial price

  • Feb 17, 2018

Scam

I placed a order for the trial and never receive the trial. They told me a completely different town that it was delivered to and in the end the person I spoke to obviously could not read. She referred to the product being delivered to "Williamsburg" when in reality the town was to be Willow-------- no burg. I told the woman I did not want the product since it was well past the date it should have arrived. She was reading from a script of what a wonderful product it was, etc. I told her I did not want it if it did arrive and I offered to return if so. She told me that I did not need to. During our conversation she offered to give a discount which kept going up and even to the point of offering a 75% discount, I kept refusing. Considering the fact that I had to go through the internet to obtain a phone number, it is not on their website, I would not do business with this type of company. A scam I am sure.

  • Feb 17, 2018

Stay away from this scam! They lead you to believe you are ordering a sample and only have to pay for s&h. Then they charge your credit card $89.95. They are crooks! Would not take unopened product back. I am going to tell everyone i know about this.

  • Feb 3, 2018

Ordered free trial and was also scammed. I did read their terms so i did cancel by email and a phone call within the 14 days. Got an email with a cancellation number, i never got the rma# they say they will send. I finally sent the product back within the 30 days and then called about getting my money back. I was told the never received it at their warehouse. Well i sent it back signature required so i know someone signed for it somewhere. After arguing for 20 mins. She told me i could get 35% back told her no, then she finally went for 50%, told her no, finally after telling her i had no problem contacting my lawyer and putting bad reviews all over the web her supervisor told her to give me 75% back. Well by now i am getting really tired of messing with them so i took the 75% and told them i would be going to my bank about fraudulent charges and posting bad reviews. My sister is in a mess for 350.00 with them as they sent her more after cancelling. I got lucky with just the one i guess and getting at least $67.62 back. Good luck everyone and make sure to always read terms and agreements on anything you see on the internet.

  • Jan 31, 2018

I ordered the free sample of face cream and recieved eye cream as well which I did not want. I called them and told hem I wanted to retrn the products and they told me that they do not take returns, then changed their story and said I could return them for a $9.95 fee for re stocking and I had to mail it back at my expense. I also old them I did not want to be on their auto ship program and was told I had to wait until the trial period was over before I did that. After going to the RIP OFF page I contacted my bank to see if they could "red flag" any charges from this company but because I used my debit card the only thing I could do to keep from getting any more charges from this company is cancel my debit card and get a new one, that way if they did try to charge me it would not go through, so that is what I did. However now I have to wait a week or more before I get my new card and I used it to pay bills etc. which is going to be a problem as I normally do not carry cash with me. I hope all the reports of rip offs closes these kind of scammers dow

  • Jan 30, 2018

I ordered the free samples of radiant Revive, changed my mind & cancelled order. Received confirmation of cancellation, no facial creams came, assumed all was OK. A few weeks later, I received notice from my bank that Radiant Revive had charged my card not only for shipping on both face & eye cream, but also full price for both. Told my bank I had cancelled the order. I then called the company, told them it been cancelled & I had never received anything, & to put money back into my account. Was told not possible & charged would stand. I had to pay the whole amount. They did cancel out the account; I demanded email confirmation & saved them. My bank is still pursuing the issue. This was in November,2017. Then early Monday morning, January 29,2018, my bank notified me Radiant Revive had just charged 4.95 to my card. Bank started another dispute case. Called the company & was told even though my account was closed, my Rewards program account had not been closed. I knew nothing about rewards program, but I guess they send you "valuable” coupons on monthly bases for a charge of $4.95. I did not sign up for this. Told him to cancel everything that in any way was connected to the company & to return money to my account. He said he would;I guess I will wait & see.

  • Jan 26, 2018

See the complaint from the disabled lady above. Same thing happened to me and then some....I ordered the sample for 9.85, which I paid by my debit card. The info program I was watching said nothing of any additional charges for trying her product nor did the packing slip contain any information saying I needed to cancel a subscription to her product.

The big shock came when my account was debited 88.47 and 89.95. On top of getting the charges, I NEVER received the product! I called and screamed at the operator and she kept telling me how great the product was and offered me a 25% discount, then 50% discount, then a 75% discount. I told her I'm not paying a penny for something I did not receive.

She had scripts she kept reading and I yelled at the top of my lungs to get her to shut up!! UNBELIEVABLE!!!! Buyer beware! She finally came back stating they were reversing the charges and canceling my monthly subscription (that I didn't sign up for!!) I hope the lady above reads this and calls and YELLS loud.. RIP OFF!!!!!

  • Jan 24, 2018

I spoke to customer service and said what a scam this is. Read many complaints on the internet. They will refund me $35.00. I didn't see any fine print on the original free trial offer thiat said I was now a subscriber and would receive the p;rodouct every month.

  • Jan 18, 2018

I would love to have someone put a stop to these scammers. I am so bewildered That this is happening to me. I didn't realized until today, January 16, 2018 that the funds were being taken from my main checking account. I have two checking account. I've been hacked.

  • Jan 18, 2018

I sent for a trial bottle and upon receipt I find they charged me $89.00 and the second bottle of a serum they charged me $88.00.

I refused both products with orders to CANCEL and I am still 6 months later receiving 2 shipments and being chrged each time.

I have returned every bottle and the last 2 times, I included the invoice back in with a letter written on it saying "CANCEL THIS IMMEDIATELY AND REIMBURSE ALL FUNDS AND SEND NO FURTHER SHIPMENTS."

They cannot say that they have not received them as I sent them via CERTIFIED MAIL and the last shipment which I refused and returned ON DEC 29, 2017 was delivered on JAN 2, 2018 AT 3:51 PM.

  • Jan 16, 2018

I saw a link on Facebook for a $4.95 trial of this company's face cream and eye serum. Of Course they used a celebrity to advertise the product. I received the sample of the face cream and serum and nothing else was in the box, no terms no shipping, nothing. Then after about 3 weeks I was sent another packet from them that contained another bottle of each. They charged my account over $160.00 for this. I didn't want the product so I didn't open the packet and sent an email to the company requesting a refund.

I received a response from them on 12/20/17stating they had received my request and a ticket was opened. It didn't state that a cancellation couldn't be accepted by email. They gave a number to call a representative. This was during Christmas and I didn't look at my email.

Then my daughter ended up giving birth prematurely and my grandson was sent by life flight to another hospital. I have been at NICU since that time. My husband called and said I received another package in the mail and they had charged my account $160.00 plus to my account. I didn't have access to my email during this time. My husband said I received yet another package and was again charged for this product.

I just arrived home last night and called this company this morning. They refused to refund my money or accept any of the product they sent to me even though all of them were in the original package they send them to me in and had not been opened. I explained my situation and all they would do was say that I agreed to this when I ordered the sample and I had to call to cancel or it would be auto-shipped. I don't recall seeing this when I ordered. Then they offered a discount on future orders several times and I kept telling them I didn't want the product but they continued to refuse to accept the product back or to refund my money.

I asked to speak with a supervisor and this supervisor told me the same thing. I asked why they wouldn't accept the product back if it had never been opened. All they said was company policy. I tried again to explain to her that I was not able to access my email during this time and that I wasn't aware that the response they sent was an automated reply. They said it was in the terms I agree to. I offered to keep the first package and asked them to refund the ones they send after my email and I was told they don't respond to emails. Finally they cancelled the account and agreed tp a 35% refund on the last order only. I was charged approximately $535.00 and all they will refund is $63.00.

  • Jan 10, 2018

The terms of the trial offer aren't easy to find. They are at the bottom in tiny print without appearing like other highlighted choices. One one page they are in a very light gray while everything else is clear, dark and legible. The light gray is very easily unnoticed. My point here is to let others know that, if you speak hard enough you can get 50% of the cost back. It took some serious talking and giving evidence of the lack of information they claim they provided. I actually hung up on one representative and she called me back with the 50% refund offer.

  • Jan 9, 2018

This is a scam!!!

  • Jan 9, 2018

I wish I had known this site existed prior to being taken in by the Radiant Revive scam. This is totally an illegitimate company with disingenuous advertising. Most importantly, unlike a legitimate company, they do not accept nor credit for returned product. Their "free" sample is anything but free and, as stated in other reviews, there is no contact info for the company in the package. The initial advertising is completely misleading and false. Unfortunately, once product is shipped to you, whether you want it or not, they do not allow returns nor refund your credit card. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! TOTAL SCAM IN EVERY WAY!!!

I was able to get in touch with them to cancel my order. I received an email reply that they had received my request for the cancellation back on 12/16/17.

However, I just received another package from them. Also, if you don't cancelnthe order before the trial ends, you are charged the full price.

How is this a free trial?

Ordered this Anti Age cream called RADIANT REVIVE about one month ago. It was sent to me from NC and had been promoted on the Interet under the name Sally Fields for the discount price of $12.34. When I reviewed my Bank Statement today I found at least two withdrawals from my account which made no sense! One was for $88.47 on 12/26 and one for $89.95 on 12/23. These withdrawals were illegally made from my account by RADIANT REVIVE!!

My bank is closed today but I had to make a long distance call to cancel my bank card as I discovered that an additional charge of $94.90 is being taken out of my account!! NEVER have I ever encountered such a situation!!! I am a 72 year old widow on a small, fixed income!!! We are in the dead of winter here in Montana and I may not be able to pay on my Heating Bill!! I have "HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE" and it is now over 200 after checking. I depend on others to take me to the store as I have no transportation of my own!! I will try to contact my bank Monday But I am a widow with no family near by.

I will NEVER purchase anything again over the Internet as a result of this as my health will not take this. IT IS NOT SAFE for anyone to purchase over the Internet. I thought the price of $12.34 was a safe investment as no other chazrges were mentioned, whatsoever!!! By the way, the cream does nothing to help your skin. After nearly a month I got no benefit, wharsoever!! WHY is Sally Fields promoting such a terrible SCAM? I used to respect her but I will be telling ALL my senior friends about this. WHAT can I do?? Is there any consumer protection left in this country?? PLEASE HELP, if you can. Thank You Joyce VP

They charge you $4.95 and call it a rewards amount, then they charge the FULL amount for the product you received, and start auto shipping, w/o any

warning or heads up.... and ~45 days later, another charge and shipment appear w/o any notification... when trying to get credit for product I did not order,

the won't take back any unopened boxes or products due to health concerns(guess because it is product used on your face); nor will they credit your account

$200.00 later, your out and have cream you may or may not use because it does not work for you....

they try to offer an employee discount fo 75% to keep you as a customer.... but they cannot credit your acct for productyou did not really order??? ?what is up with that

Bad business all around...

would be nice to be able to get my money back but guess that won't ever happen

As you can see below my credit card was charged three days in a row during the Christmas holidays when the likelihood I would not notice. Four packages were also delivered to my door of "two months of product" after my sample was delivered in October.

I did not see the fine print when I ordered my sample and unfortunately used my credit card for shipping. I called immediately when I looked at my account and was put on hold while the operator "spoke to her supervisor." She returned to say she would cancel my account and give a 35% refund.

I explained the product had not been opened and could be returned. She stated, "it would not be accepted." Needless to say, as can be expected, the product didn't make any difference to my skins texture. Since they didn't accept the product if needed in a court case it can be used to show how it has no benefit.

I ordered 2 sample products from them to try. After the initial order they sent another order of both products and charged me full price (more than $85 each). I contacted them to stop sending via email and much to my surprise new charges appeared and then more product in the mail. I had the products shipped back (unfortunately I have misplaced the address), requested a refund back in November, 2017 and to date I have not received a note, a refund or any response whatsoever from this company. The only way I could stop the charges was to have the bank close my debit card and issue me a new one. So now I'm out well over $200 and no products either.

When I got another product in the mail today, I called the company to say I wasn't expecting anything from them and that I hadn't tried the product yet.

This is when they informed me I was past the 14 days to 'cancel' any further shipments and not only being charged the higher price, I was also going to have to pay full price for the second shipment. No where was I informed of this up front. The company refused to credit me from the whopping big price, even when I asked for the supervisor. She said the same thing.

The company would not budge. They would not give me the owner's name or headquarter's phone. They did send me cancellation confirmation that I no longer will receive product but had to still pay full price and not the 'sample' price I agree to in the beginning.

On or around November 27th, I ordered Radiant Revive skin cream, and Radiant Revive "Bright Eyes" on the condition that the samples were free, all I was required to do was pay postage. I was charged twice, in November 27th and 28th, 88 and 89 dollars for each product. On December 14th, and 15th, I was again charged the same amounts, 88 and 89 dollars for a product I did not receive. The shipping slip had no telephone number, no physical address, no email or fax number. Radiant Revive is a SCAM, nothing else, I will file a police report if possible.

When I ordered the cream to try, the website automatically adds an eye serum. You are not given a chance to refuse the eye serum. I don't like that business practice. I emailed the company and told them about not wanting the eye serum and when I receive I will refuse it. Well, both products came in the same envelope so I couldn't refuse it. I should have anyway! The company sends back an email saying "a ticket has been made," or something to that effect. They tell you to call the company. Good luck getting through on thier toll-free number.

Evidently there is fine print somewhere telling the consumer that after a 14 day trial period you will be billed for the product and placed on a list to keep receiving it unless the company is notified. I had hardly time to even try the cream and all of a sudden I see a charge of $85+ on my credit card.

I did get through to the company and told them I hardly had time to even try the product and I wanted a refund. They are completely hard-headed about any refund for that outrageous charge. I did manage a refund of 75% of the money after persistence, but there is no way to recoup the other 25%. You cannot speak to a supervisor. I am a senior citizen and certainly don't have the money to pay for a product I don't even know will work for me.

I want other consumers to beware of their practices. I feel ripped off. I've learned my lesson about ordering trial products. Never again.

On FB, Radiant Revive posted an ad using Kate Middleton and Dr. Oz as endorsers of their product. When I clicked the ad, they said free sample and you just pay shipping of $5.00. So I ordered just 1 free sample. Then I got calls from Radiant Revive phone number, 855-633-0203. They weren’t shipping the free sample until you talk with their representatives who will get your bank info again ( after you give it online to pay shipping charges). After a few days, I found I got three shipping charges, when there was supposed to be just one. Then after 10 days, I was shocked to see Radiant Revive used my bank info to charge, without my knowledge or authorization, almost $200 for two products of Radiant Revive. This is clearly fraudulent, cause I just ordered 1 sample, for about $5 now the charges ballooned to almost $200. So I went online to research on Radiant Revive and found out there were 70 plus complaints against these scammers. We should file a class lawsuit against them. So I called my bank, and was told to cancel with Radiant Revive. I called Radiant revive, waited 30 minutes where nobody answers, and called my bank’s Fraud Department to report this Fraud. After 30 minutes, thanks to my bank, nmy card was suspended, the report was filed, and the charges disputed, and I will get a new card in a few days.

I cancelled this product a few months ago however I got sent 2 more bottles and I am sure they are going to charge my CC. Product does not do what it says. I am in Hawaii and so it takes a while for the product to come and I was already charged before I had a chance to use the product.

Total ripoff....Not only did I order the free trial for the product for face, I also ordered the free trial for the product for eyes. I saw the almost $200 costs on my credit card and wheen i called the phone number on my credit card, was told "too late"...Two months later, I am still being charged $4.95....Just called again and the agent said, "ok, I'll cancel and credit your account". We should all get together and file a class action suit. Totally unacceptable customer service and very much deceiving........

  • Dec 23, 2017

Try this and only pay shipping and 4.95 then charge my for the full price 89.95 before I even get the product. Now stating it was in the agreements all the small print that no one read. Just mad because they rip me off and can get away with it...

This is a product of Sarah Paylen the senator maybe she should also be jailed with her son. LOL sorry

I signed up for a 14 day trial. I called and attempted to cancel before the end of the trial.

A nasty person told me I wasn't in their database. Finally she acceptd that I was, but told me I couldn't cancel until the end of the trial. I said "So I have to call back on the 19th?" She said yes.

Today is the 19th and they hav aleady charged me $89.00 and some change.

I called my bank. I cancelled my card. I set up a dispute. The bank has temporarily reversed the charge.

This product did nothing for my skin. In my opinion, this is a complete scam. It appears that many other purchasers agree. SCAM!

Lots of ads online for free trial of Repair & Release, Bright Eyes. All you had to pay for was shipping - just like the previous reviews.

I even made a copy of the order, which was placed Nov. 29, 2017. There was nothing in print on my receipt indicating there was a catch, and after 14 days I would be billed for the full amount, if I didn't call and return the product. No phone number provided to call. No information for the products included in the package.

When I found $89 and $88 charges on my bank statement, there was a phone number to call, which I did. They informed me that I agreed to the terms and conditions, which stated I would need to call within 14 days of order date. When I went to their website and clicked on terms and conditions on the order section, it just came up with all kinds of information about the products. They told me they were perfectly legal, because I signed that I was agreeing with the terms, which she agreed was very lengthy to read. By the way, what I agreed to was that I was 18, and then they attached the words "terms & conditions" with the acknowledgement that I was agreeing that I was 18.

On the 2nd page which supposedly had the terms and conditions, I found a place in small letters where again I could click on terms and conditions, and yes, the information was there, just as they said. However, to me small print is not acceptable! It should be clearly stated.

When I put the website of my receipt into my search engine, I was told I couldn't access it. There was a place on the receipt which gave me a place to click to "Contact Us", but how can you click on it, when you are not allowed to get on the website?

Also, when I put the website in that they gave me when I called, my computer said I couldn't access it. I wanted to find and see the terms and conditions that they claimed I agreed to.

They then tried to get me to buy more product at a reduced rate.

So, basically, they are purposely hiding the information that tells you you will have to pay for it in the end, and making it extremely difficult to know when the deadline is for cancelling, and for contacting them to cancel in time! From now on, I will not order any product that is free, and all you have to do is pay shipping. I suspect they are all scams like this! It should be illegal!. I cannot afford $180 worth of merchandise that really didn't change anything on my face, that I could tell.
