My wife was looking for an independent movie called “The cup.” She found a link showing a poster for the movie that said “Netflix Free Movie Online.” I clicked the “Download now” button and was redirected to lilplay.com. The site asked for my credit card information, saying that I just had to prove what country I was in and that the card would not be charged. I filled in the credit card information using a credit card reserved for on-line purchases (not my regular card).
At the next screen I was told I could sign up for a five-day trial of “premium service.” I didn’t want to do this, but I couldn’t figure out a way to opt out. When I pressed continue, I was informed that I would be charged.
When I finally got to the screen where movies for download are displayed, the movie I wanted wasn’t even listed! The whole experience was a complete waste of time, but I wasn’t done. There was a link that enabled me to cancel my subscription. It was very confusing and also asked me to pay another 99 cents to “expedite” the cancellation. I cancelled without paying extra and received an e-mail confirming my cancellation. Then I checked my credit card account on line and found I was charged $1.00 three times. I called the credit card company.

Did your credit card company help you delete these charges? I just tried the "free 5 day trial" and was charged for "media" that i did not ask for and is now trying to send me cancellation fees. I noticed numerous $1.00 charges on my credit card from this lilplay website. I have never visited said website, and don't know how they obtained my credit card information. Normally there is a phone number next to the descriptions on my card statement, but there was no number to call. I've reported this fraud to my credit card company, and I believe they will probably reimburse me themseleves rather than chargeback the funds from the fraud website. I suspect the website is purposely using very low dollar charge amounts in order to be less than most banks threshold for chargebacks.
That's really stupid that this website is still running on the internet after all the complaints and reports of fraudulance they have done. Lilplay is a shit and a lier. Like many people above I fell for their scam because I thought they had the video I was looking for. They said membership was free and there was no charges but they tried a $.01 charge, and at first my bank declined the transaction which is where I should of red flagged it, but I was tired and didn't think clearly. Once I cleared it thinking maybe it was temporary they put up a fake page to confirm the premium membership free trial with a nice message to donate $1 to UNICEF. I again clicked continue which charged that. Then I felt wrong about the site and looked online to see if it was good or bad, found all these reviews and immediately cancelled within 6 minutes and got charged the $1 for expedite cancellation not even realizing that was a thing.
I'm still concerned about them using my info based on everything above so I'm going to go through my bank and try to get a replacement card with a new number. Hopefully that works.

On the site you had a 5 day grace period if you had chosen to stop the transaction. This was done and my credit card was still accessed and 2 payments were taken out of my account in addition to other money.

April 2015 lilplay internet game company found my number and began using it illegally. They withdrew the amount of $34.95 from my account every month without my knowledge. I make jewelry and thought this was a name used from a beading company through Amazon. By the time I realized what was going on they had stolen $385.95 from my checking account. I called Lilplay Company and asked them how they are recieved my number. They pretended that I had an account with them and had all of my information I explained to them that I knew nothing if their business nor had I been on their web site or used any thing that they offered. They returned four payments of $34.95 and told me I would have to send in a written statement explaining what had happened. That my bank account had been taken through theft. They recieved my letter four months ago now. They refuse to make this right. Even being threatened with the BBB. I want my money back. They have taken my money from my checking account illegally. I have a hard time making ends meet as it is. I want justice. I never used my credit card, they stole it.

They ALSO charged 1c to my card! -- ALSO to test I hadn't put a STOP on the card, so the bank says.
The bank has refunded my $1 already as a "good faith gesture", because REALLY getting the $1 back from them would actually cost the bank almost $50 apparently!
My bank has had LOTS of reports about LilPlay, they say, but won't refuse ALL charges to it, OR add it to a FRAUDSTER database, "because it has legitimate aspects" ..... WHATEVER THE FUCK THEY ARE!!!

I have signed up to lil play.com and said i wouldn't be charged. Now i have found in the past they have taken out over 200 hundred dollars of momney. That money i need for rent and to get food and pay other fees i need. Im a 16 year old and im in dept as it is.

The website offered to play the 2016 jungle book movie, i signed up with my account with credit card information. It was a 5 day free trial membership with a premium membership automatically starting afterwards. I realized after i signed up that it was a scam and i tried during the free trial to cancel and even after the free trial expired to cancel and there is no option and no way to cancel my membership.
Withdrawn $25 out of my bank account mysteriously where i don't remember signing with the website.

Same as everyone else. Directed to lilplay.com from utube for a video that was probably never on utube. Signed up for a free 5day trial and immediately charged 16.65 plus 1.00. I called to complain and was told i would be refunded in 5 to 10days. We will see. They had the nerve to tell me if i call my bank that my refund may take longer. Do i have idiot written on my forehead? I feel like it at the moment. Stay away from lilplay. Total scam.

While searching for websited to download free movies I came accross this website. Despite not making any purchase 2500 INR got deducted from my account. I did a mistake of uploading my persoanl debit card details on the site, but i did not made any purchases still money got deducted, I Wrote them mails for couple of times but they have been fooling me that we already refunded your amount. When I mailed them my bank statement that no refund was recieved they again replied wait for 5-10 working days. This has been going on from last 3 months. Please dont fall into trap guys. LILPLAY is a fraud.

Very negative opinion. Hadn't heard of them until today when my card company called me to query a lot of low value charges on my account. Luckily card is being reimbursed. I've no idea how this company got hold of my details.

lil play is not the best app i ever used i am more into hulu witch is a fair site of only 8 to 12 $ a month and has a great selection of movies and tv shows to watch unlike lil play i like the fact that it only took 3 $from my bank account but i had to cancel the account thorugh the support thing as of right now it says i am unsubcribed and my premium account was canceled for the subscirption status i dident deactive the account just the servis just in case i want to attempt to use the site lil play again for those that have been sucked into this site lil play i say view the support function under your account and your troubles will be all over hopefully the so called scam will stop and you can save $2.99 instead of spend it on a website like lil play oh and people i use surffing protection from advanced system care 9 and it would have redirected me off the site if lil play was a true scam so for the people that acutly take the time to read this it may save your cash from going into the trash and have a great rest of the day or night where ever you may live?

Like many people above I fell for their scam because I thought they had the video I was looking for. They said membership was free and there was no charges but they tried a $.01 charge, and at first my bank declined the transaction which is where I should of red flagged it, but I was tired and didn't think clearly. Once I cleared it thinking maybe it was temporary they put up a fake page to confirm the premium membership free trial with a nice message to donate $1 to UNICEF. I again clicked continue which charged that. Then I felt wrong about the site and looked online to see if it was good or bad, found all these reviews and immediately cancelled within 6 minutes and got charged the $1 for expedite cancellation not even realizing that was a thing.
I'm still concerned about them using my info based on everything above so I'm going to go through my bank and try to get a replacement card with a new number. Hopefully that works.
I wanted to download a a pdf file for my textbook online, and i saw they have it and it was free, according to lilplay. So i signed up for it, and when i logged in, i could not find the book i want! they pretended they have a free trial!!! f*ck them!

Additionally they quote the prices in US dollars but billed me (UK resident) the same number in UK pounds.
I couldn't make the web site cancellation process to work so in the end just cancelled the debit card.
Google should remove this company from their search engines.
Subscription made, you have anyway to cancel it.
The way this website is treating truthful people, is criminal and should be object of further investigation from authorities. In my case, but in the case of such a multitude of people writing down their dissatisfaction, take money from you without offering any service, is shamelessly stealing, and more not giving you any form of defense, is literally corruption!

I accessed an online site to get some movies and the next day I realised that my credit card was accessed and money was taken out of my account. On the site you had a 5 day grace period if you had chosen to stop the transaction. This was done and my credit card was still accessed and 2 payments were taken out of my account in addition to other money.
I wish to file an official complaint and to have my money returned to me. I am making efforts to have this company denied access to my account.
I wanted to watch twisted but it wasn't on netflix so i google it.I came across lilplay and it claimed to have the show...It said membership was free so why not...I later on canceled my membership only to find that i had been charged for things i hadn't purchased...Is there any way i can somehow block them or something.And how do i delete my account?

I had to report my credit card stolen because they would not stop taking money from it monthly. I had to fill out a police report and now I am going to try to get my money back. I see that I did a trial in October, 2015 for $1 and then cancelled it, but then they started to charge my card. If you give them your card information then they are going to ding you every month. Don't do it.

I was suppose to receive a refund but i never did.
April 2015 lilplay internet game company found my number and began using it illegally. They withdrew the amount of $34.95 from my account every month without my knowledge. I make jewelry and thought this was a name used from a beading company through Amazon. By the time I realized what was going on they had stolen $385.95 from my checking account. I called Lilplay Company and asked them how they are recieved my number. They pretended that I had an account with them and had all of my information I explained to them that I knew nothing if their business nor had I been on their web site or used any thing that they offered. They returned four payments of $34.95 and told me I would have to send in a written statement explaining what had happened. That my bank account had been taken through theft. They recieved my letter four months ago now. They refuse to make this right. Even being threatened with the BBB. I want my money back. They have taken my money from my checking account illegally. I have a hard time making ends meet as it is. I want justice. I never used my credit card, they stole it.
