i registered to this site to watch t20 world cup match of cricket. but on registering to this site they charged me $1 twice and $2.95 on 19th. march 2016 .
lilplay took money from my account after saying it was free to subscribe , then when I tried to cancel subscription it would not let me, the site froze had

If I could enter a negative value, rather than 1 star, I would. If 1=bad, then -1 would= worse. Don't mess with it. It's a scam. Was charged 2 times for roughly $4 total and got nothing but frustration out of the deal.

Part One.
First I joined up coz the kids wanted to watch the movie 'Paper Planes'
I join up. but then my password wouldn't work.
the kids still want to watch the movie, so I take the drive to the video shop (didn't want to drive there that's why i joined your site)
When i get back I decided that i would cancel my membership to the site I was unable to use and suck up the $1 fee.
couldn't do this as I needed a password to cancel. Decided I would call your number in the morning.
Checked my back account the next day before i went to call, and saw there was money taken out of it by Lilplay. Therefore i believed that somehow i was able to cancel.
Part Two
Yesterday i checked my emails, and do the weekly 'junk email' clear out.
saw this email from you's and thought HELL NO. I had canceled and money had been taken out.
Check my online banking again and saw that not only had you taken money out once on the 17 Jan, but ya's did it twice! (See attachment for screen shot of bank record)
Now ya's charge me for the month!!!!!
Then I thought I'd try see if my password would work today. and it did. Why the hell didn't it work on the set up day but it works now?
So now I have some questions for you
On set up, why do you not ask joiners the enter the password twice (password confirmation)
When I did have a look at your movies by category today. I didn't know a single title. Why are there such crappy movies and nothing worth actually watching?
Why was payment charged to my bank on join up day if it was a Free Trail?!

I was scammed by lilplay.com yesterday.
When I tried to sign up, the company demanded my credit card information for verification. After I signed up, it charged a dollar.
And, it didn't have the content it advertised it had, so I searched google for the company's reputation. It turned out to be a scam.
I tried to cancel membership, and it turned out that the express membership cancellation charges a dollar again.
When I noticed that I had to send an email to cancel membership for free, it was too late.
I contacted my credit card company for fraud, and I'm waiting for their reply.
