I only ever been in short relations and I don think there anything wrong with how you feel. I know this may seem absurd, But I just ordered a couple of 14lb balls after I read increasing is their biggest center post on this sub. I ended up placing your order for The Storm Match Up Pearl for my strike ball and the Storm Ice for spares. I took it to 14lb and with a ball that less aggressive than the dark legend. (Do you guys think this was the ideal choice?) I know I have a lot for increasing on in form but 15 just felt too heavy regardless.

The dark legend solid was a used ball that my proshop was selling and I had the itch to get a ball right then and there. They drilled it for my fit and I had slugs installed on. may for finger tip grip (definition the first knuckle). I like it and plan to get the new balls drilled equally.

I in the same boat. I lost my dad, grand daddy, Grandma and childhood best friend. It why I thought we would move and take my mom with me. It just us and I haven had much luck looking for serious partner (at this point). The journey hasn been easy. I 32 and my mom a elderly now. My emporium account was sold to Monterey financial my payments made to pacific group and emporium was not given to Monterey finacial and when I contacted Monterey financial they said I need to contact emporium so I do so and they have no access to my account I purchased 3 Samsung galaxy phones from emporium for 199.99 each I paid down payment 28.00 in December 2016 made regular payment for 105.37 for January and February those payments was not accounted to Monterey financial Monterey sent me email saying I still owe 948.34 I have paid 105.37 for 9 months on 3 phones for 199.99 equaling 599.97

This company was formerly named "Venue" and they have a history of taking customers' down payments/payments and never sending the merchandise ordered. Emporium doesn't pay vendors timely because of lack of funding which is why items are shipped late or never shipped. Additionally this company takes part in tax evasion, by not paying payroll taxes in years as well as paying payroll in a non-timely manner because their sales are horrible.

This is a total scam! They get your information, then take money out of your bank account before you even have the product. I have a paper trail of canceling my order because they sent me an email that it couldn't be shipped before Christmas. In the email, it stated, that if I wanted to cancel my order, to respond to the email which I did.

2 months later and 3 payments later, the item arrives. It's fake, I know for a fact. I take it to Coach and they agree that it's not authentic. I contact Emporium 25 times telling them that this order was canceled and that I needed a return shipping label to ship it back to them. They keep taking money until I told them to stop taking money out of my account and that I don't authorize another penny to be taken. I asked again to send the fake bag back. I can't, they said.

This is a canceled order via email. I've sent them the cancelation notice at least 20 times.

I finally said I'd pay for the darn thing to get them to go away! I called and made payment. I was told it was paid in full and would never hear from them again. HA!

Now, I get a collection notice and they took money out of my account again (I have emails from them stating that they would never take a another cent from my account). Unauthorized!

I call and the CS rep states that now I owe another $250+ for the bag since I didn't pay it off in time. This is ridiculous. I canceled the order to begin with and got confirmation from their CS on the phone of the account paid off in full.

Who all can I report this to? They are totally fraudulent. I'm already working with my bank and will go as far as hiring an atty. Shady! Do NOT ever buy ANYTHING from them!

This company calls and calls and calls again! They also record your phone calls and by law you cannot record someone without letting them know. If they call you and don't let you know that they are recording you may want to ask them if they're recording you because you coudl be entiteld to a substantial amount of money under the local and federal lawsof your state, and at zero out of pocket for attorney fees. They will end up having to pay your fees, but I'm not an attorney and you should always seek council.

This company is a complete scam. I gave them my personal information and was approved up to $1200.00 financing. I placed an order for my items as well as gave them a down payment. Front the start I had several problems with the company. They have extremely poor customer service with employee who hang up in your face, refer you to different departments, and give the complete run around. I should have known then that this operation was not legit. After paying a down payment,

they never sent out any items but I begin to receive an invoice notifying me I would be changed monthly for my purchase. They wanted me to pay money for items that had not even begun to process the order for. In the course of a month I made over 20 calls to them (which included being referred to several different other departments and ridiculous articles wait times). Finally, I just wanted my money back and to cancel the order. The cancellation proceeds was ridiculous and I was told it would take 3 business days to cancel an order on items that had not even been processed. After requesting and leaving several voicemails to speak with a supervisor,

I finally got a call from someone named Diana in the escalation department. She confirmed my items had not been shipped or ordered from the warehouse and said she would cancel my order and cancel my payments. She said I would need to call the next day to get a cancelation confirms number. When I called someone the next day for that confirmation number, they told me my items had been sent out and signed for by me. How is this possible. All of a sudden, when I ask for a cancellation number they say I have received my items?

I had to block the company from my bank account because they were still requesting money for items I never got. This problem began in October 2016 and it is now March 2017 and it is still not resolved. I am in the process of retaining an attorney because they stole money from me and continue to cal daily harassing me for more money. I have no idea what they are attempting to do with my personal information. Since signing up for them, I have received almost 10 inquiries on my credit report (none of my own)!!! EMPORIUM AND ASSOCIATED COMPANIES ARE DOING BUSINESS ILLEGALLY IN THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA.

These companies are provably engaged in mail fraud, bank and wire fraud, and tax fraud in California alone.

My husband's ID was stolen from his Medicare information at a doctor's office and used to order goods from Emporium using a false address. Now Emporium is harassing HIM because he will not fill out their illegal Fraud Affidavit, which asks for copies of his driver's license and/or passport, and 5 notarized samples of his signature.

Emporium's listed owner, VNU Holdings LLC (a Delaware LLC) is doing business illegally in California because they have NEVER filed the required paperwork.

Emporium's credit partner, Pacific Credit Group LLC, was suspended by the California Secretary of State 3/1/17 for unpaid taxes, and is now taking collection action illegally.

Pacific Credit Group's owner, Drori Capital LLC, was suspended earlier for unpaid state tax, which makes Pacific Credit Group guilty of filing false business documents.

None of the related Delaware LLCs doing business in California have EVER filed the required Statements of Information required by the California Secretary of State's office. They are "foreign" (out-of-state/country) businesses doing business illegally in California.

To check their status where you live, look up the business entities on the secretary of state website for your state.

These companies report sales of 300-500 million dollars per year, yet THEY HAVE NOT PAID THEIR INCOME TAXES IN CALIFORNIA. Beware, because their assets can be frozen at any time. I place an order with emporium on Decemebr 09. 2016 for two watches. Recived an email in late December saying they would not ship for another two weeks

Called again in January and Emporium said they would call me back within 24 hrs to update me on my order. Well that never happened and have called three other times witht he same result.

So they have charge my back account every month for the payment yet no one can tell me if or when the two watches will ever ship.

And so here it is March 06, 2017 and still nothing from Empoium !!!!!!

Got 1800 credit, never delivered anything when ordered at all. Been waiting on a refund for over a month that they have never processed to date. Every time we call we hear oh it's never been processed and we will get right on that. Over 10 days is against our policy. Well over 30 days now and they tell us another 10-12 day's and have to wait on their check. Ya crooks took it off my card put it back on it. This company is junk!!

This company is not a company at all. its a scam. they take your

info and set you up with acct. i ordered some crappy desk from them

and 2 lamps. i made a pyment of 50.00 before recieving the items.

the items came there were crap. i paid for shipping them back.

they have never credited or adjusted my order. they just keep billing

and now charging late fees.they will not close my account.

My account still showed order accepted after 9 more days. I called again to cancel. About a week later I attempted to email the customer service. It was returned four times. I finally received two of the three products I ordered right before Christmas. I called again about the third and heard the same thing over and over. In January I gave up on receiving the third item. I called to make a payment for the items I did receive. I was transferred twice. On hold for 30 minutes, finally given another number to call. Nobody could find my account. I sat on hold again for nearly and hour after getting a little angry that I just wanted to make a payment and save my credit. I finally gave up. It is ridiculous that the orders take so long and it's impossible to make a payment. This place is absolutely not on the up and up.*

I purchased two TV headrests for my vehicle. It came to a total of $268. I received my items. I have paid $47.15 (monthly) since October 2016. They have my bank information and charge my account t on the 2nd of every month. I called January 30th to get my balance that I owed since it cannot be seen online. The gentleman said including Feb. 2nds payment, I will owe $186. I told him to go ahead and pull out the $47.15 on the 2nd still, and that by the end of February, early March-

I will pay the remaining balance. The NEXT day, I received an email from Emporium that they had transferred my account to Monterey financial services, and they will be taking over the account as of February 1st 2017. They received their payment of $47.15 in February, than reported to my credit (unlike Emporium) stating it as a "other loan" , with a balance of $424!!!!! I emailed Emporium that day and have not heard a response back. I also did a credit dispute against the balance owed, and it is now under investigation.

This company has many sites and alleged address..the address it uses in CA. Is up for sale ..The company its sale is up for sale on Domain Market .com was listed for sale in January 2017 last month..took money out of account their server rejected my emails customer service hung up on me a never have received any thing I ordered after investigating them. Found nothing but fraud reports many address and numbers scam and fraud for sure..

I place an order for 3 things from emporium on Dec 4 2016 here it it Feb 3 2017 and I still haven't received my order and every time I call them I get the same story " Your order is being prepared for shipping and you'll be emailed a tracking number in a few days" but nothing every arrives to my email or to my house and every time they say someone with her call me in 24 to 48 hrs but no one ever does and there is never a supervisor on duty

This company told me i was approve for a 3,000 online shopping. I gave all my personal information-employement-income-banking etc. Never heard back from them so i contacted the company via email. They don't answer phone calls. They responded with it was a internet issues and they would complete the order. Long story short never did i receive items and due to the expectation of receiving the order items my son didnt have a Christmas. Have made 40 phone calls and 10 emails, it has been 74 days since receiving my INCOMPLETE order with NO HELP. I received outdoor furniture with NO cushions. Customer service is a joke, non existant, repeatedly hanging up on me, refusing to let me talk to a supervisor, every time I've called they say they're going to fill out an "escalation ticket" and I should hear back within 24 hrs. 74 days later in still waiting. I have been paying on my account to Emporium for over 6 months but due to an uusual withdrawal from my checking account I called the company to find out why money had been withdrawn from my account without prior notice. I inquired as to how much was left owed on my account I was informed that an amount of $41.34 was left to pay off my account. I set up for the payment to be made only to receive an email informing me my account was being given to a different financial group called Monterey Financial Group so I called Emporium again only to be informed that I supposedly owed 180.?? and change. This is a rip off these people cannot be trusted it's a bait and switch they wait until a time they think a person will not remember and tell that person they owe more money than they actually do.

January 19 I order Christmas stuff for my son, I'm a single parent who's five days a week. I have not received any thang from emporoun. I called three weeks ago they told me they get back with me of what's going on wit my order. I waited another week and now they not answering the phones. I still didn't get anything for my son's Christmas. You guys really are wrong when you take advantage of single parents w/o needed help. I am filling my taxes so I taken him shopping for Christmas. It a shame that people would mess up people's holidays like that, you could have told me something earlier so I could have went out and for his gifts.

Real frustration and insanity was dealing with customer servicedepartment. Representatives barely speak english, when asked if i could speak with supervisor was All in one day) told by 2 different reps that first, supers on vacation; second tht they were all on break.

Finally gave up and called the freight company that delivered the items. They said, "no problem you don't need a return authorization. We will p/u next day repackage at our warehouse and send back to the emporium. And they did just that! however, i then began getting emails and phone calls regarding my "delinquent account." i had made a first one-time payment and thought i had set up ach payments. Apparently, and luckily, these ach payments did not set up and the emporium was therefore unable to debit my account. Upon repeated, and repeated calling discovered my order still had not been canceled; billing would not stop until it was canceled and "customer service" kept saying they had sent the cancellation request.

I kept trying to speak with a superviso and "escalating" my issue. Again, frustrated i googled the emporium hoping to find a corporate # to call - none there. But i did see the Outscam and scanned complaints, etc. And discovered an email address for something called vnu retail that was in an emporium rebuttal. I googled vnu retail and low and behold actually phoned them and got it all taken care of in about 2 minutes or less with excellent customer service.

Sooooooooooooo, call vnu retail for problems with the emporium. If they can't fix it they will tell you who can!!!!!!

After months of fighting with this company about products they never sent, they continue to take money out of my checking account. They have supposedly closed the account and mailed a refund. I received a credit card approval through credit seasame and received 1400 credit limit. So I went Christmas shopping for my girlfriend. Well to my surprise I ordered on Dec 8th and is Jan 27th they have taken a 30 dollar payment for who knows what and a 120 payment and I still have no shipping confirmation. I called numerous times and get an overseas call center. They repeat the same stuff off of what ever response is the best. No supervisor, they are in charge , they are on vacation, shipping dep. Has been notified. You will receive it this week sorry look for an email. Etc... Then you receive an email saying there is a delay. I have called email talked on the Web. Every thing possible. Girlfriend is upset I'm out money and have no products. Stay away from Emporium.

I have been scammed by Emporium. I have contacted company numerous times and have not received expected purchase. Company has been deduction funds from my bank account. Phone number listed does not contact customer service but a telemarketer site.

I have contacted the company on numerous times, Have been placed on hold and then disconnected. I have been told that my item had been shipped several times. Most recently the number does not contact customer service but a promotional site. I am convinced that this is a SCAM. Please help if you can.

I ordered a large order from this company on December 9, 2016. I received an email stating that orders were delayed due to Chhristmas Holiday. As of today Jan 18, 2017, after mulitple phone calls with the same response of its on its way to the warehouse and once at the warehouse it will ship. After they had taken the inital payment and the 1st months payment, I called to day and told them that I wanted to cancel my order and that I wanted a refund and that if I didn't receive my money that I would be filing a law suit. They said it would take the refund about two weeks to clear. But I have already changed my banking information and stopped ACH payment with my bank from their payment company. Do not buy from these people they are a total ripoff and scam.

I just wanted to say I am VERY disappointed in Emporium and the service I have gotten thus far. I ordered a small laptop./tablet back in December and received an email that due to holiday orders the order was going to be delayed and if I wanted to cancel to email. I decided to cancel and send that email and got absoulutely no reply back. After Christmas I got in the chat box and verified that my order was cancelled. I was told it was cancelled and that it was an “IT” error of why I couldn’t see that, again I didn’t get any emails or any kind of confirmation of this happening. A few days later I got in the chat again and ask if the order was cancelled and to verify I would NOT be charged.

I was told once again it was cancelled and that my account would update is X amt of days (which I was told before) and not to worry I would NOT be charged. I do believe I got in the chat box once again because I receive in the mail a statement saying I was going to be charged on 1-2-17 and was once again told I wouldn’t be charged and disregard that letter it was automated yada yada yada. So January comes and guess what happened? I GOT CHARGED $101. I am beyond pissed off. I get in chat again and I am told I will get refunded in 10 days, its been 16 and no refund. Get in chat today and I am told that I will receive a check refund. I wasn’t told this before and the account that was charged is now overdrawn and I am getting charged by my bank for all of this this is absolutely ridiculous. I don’t get any email replies to anything, especially from the billing place I have sent email after email and get no responses.

So besides all of that happening I did decide to try again on January 8th I put in another order for a similar item I order before that is a little cheaper thinking maybe it will go well this time. Its January 16th and nothing has shipped I don’t get any reasons of why. I get in chat and I am told they are waiting ACH approval or whatever, which doesn’t make sense because they charged me on ACH for the old order so this was already done before! I don’t know what is going on but this is an absolute mess. I am very disappointed with the service I have gotten from emporium and never have I had to go through all of this crap before. I really hope something can be done and I get ome kind of compensation for all of this mess. I really don’t want to cancel this order yet again and still get charged. Both orders were supposed to be presents and both times I don’t get them so very upsetting when I try to do something nice and cant even do it.

Warning. Do not ever use this company. Big time scam.

I placed an order with this company on December 8th expecting to recieve the item before Christmas. A week later I got an email staing that the items were delayed and wouldn't ship until the 28th at the earliest. I immediately called them to cancel the order. I have called a total of 14 times now to cancel the order as well as emailed them.

On January 3rd they charged my checking account for a payment even after all my calls canceling the order. I called the bank and got it canceled and then called Emporium and the guy laughed when I told hinm that I wasnt paying for item they never shipped. He told me that I willpay for them one way or the other. Advised them to never contact me again.

Called me on January 10 saying that my account was past due and demanded payment. i told them again That I wasnt paying for anything since they never shipped anything and to never contact me again or I would hire an attorney. He laughed and said good luck with that.

Today January 13 I recieved a text from stating my account was past due and to call to make a payment. I called and asked for a physical address to give to attorney so he could serve them papers and the lady refused to give it to me.

All they want to do is charge peoples accounts, take their money and never ship any products at all.

I ordered a couple of products a necklace and a bracelate on october 26 2016, i received the products around november 9th 2016. The wife tried the bracelate on and it was way to small so we put it back into the wrapping it was in the neclace was a crosss that was way to big i never even took it out of the wrapper. So i called the # that was provided on the return site and was told i would receive the rewturn autorization in 7 to 10 days, i have called numerious times and even emailed a few times and i am also being charged for the products. So of course i have even been on the phone with the billing to let them understand that i amm not going to pay for these products that i am trying to return them and of cousre theres nothing they can do to help me. So here we are 1/2/2017 and still no return labels and being billed for the products just want the situation to stop. Or i will have to change my checking acct # and thats going to be a hassel.

I seen Emporium. Com. Online and applied for Credit and was approved and on Nov. 16 ordered my 12 year old son his Christmas and they took a payment out of my Bank. Then a week later called to check on order and was told it was in shipping Dept. Waitting to be shipped . I never recieved anyof his 7 items totalling close to $ 1,000 . So for next month I kept callibg and asking why it wasnt beibg shipped, and every time they acted so polite and said all they know is computer says is in process of being shipped . December 22nd after calling credit dept and Customer Service over 17 times they still tell me they don't know whats wrong and I asked 7 times to speak to a supervisor or someone over them and was told he was busy or on vacation. On Dec.16th they try to take another $ 135 payment without ever sending any of my sons Christmas Items. I stopped payments and credit dept. Said they understood and would not bill me until I recieved Items but now they are billing me and sending letters saying I am behind on my payments and will be sent to credit Bureau if I dont make payments! Thr have told me several times they are not allowed to give me the phone number to the main Company or shipping dept. And they are not allowed to call them but will send a email tellibg problem and someone will call me back in 48 hrs. That was a Joke . No return call ever . This has to be a Rip off And is no Company or would have gave me a phone number and would have been called by now . Emporium.com is NOT REAL! Do not send them any Money!! They Destroyed my Son's Christmas!! How do you tell a 12 yr. Old its supossed to be coming and is 55days late? I Need Help ?

I placed an order with Emporium on Nov. 16, 2016. The company never told me that it would be rent-to-own. I never received my order.

I cancelled my order, but they are continuing to bill me for the order that I never received. I have called them and I have emailed them. But the problem as not be solved.

First off Avoid Emporium.Com's credit lines like is the bobonic plague. This company is ran by complete morons where each department cant talk to one another. My wife opened an account with this company in hopes to purchase gifts for the holidays. I put the order on well before the holiday rush and it is now past the holidays and still have not received anything from them. I called them daily for a week straight to get a status update and all i could get from the customer servies line was the order was in process and still in the warehouse I explained the frustations on why does it take a month to fill an order and all they could do for me was state that they would fill out a report to inquire about the status. After a week of doing this and getting the same automated response I had had enough and told them to just cancel the order and cancel my account. Again all they said they could do was they would submit the request and it would be processed by their cancallation team.

I checked back daily for a week on there website and no change to the status was seen. I called them back and inquired why after I cancelled the order does it take 00a week to update in there system that I do not want this order. First when they reviewed my order in there system it was still showing in process (7 weeks at this point in time) and only a minor note that i called to cancel it. All they could say is there must a problem in there system and all they could was file another report. I told them this will be over a dozen reports now and still no update or cancellation. Customer Service would just keep reporting the automated message about reporting the problem and as far as I can tell they dont do anything and just wait for me hang up.

I have used several other similar companies in the past and never have I ran into any kind of problem them that I am getting from Emporium.Com. I urge everyone to stop using this company as it is just a scam that just steals your information. Again avoid these people like its the plague. I would only wish this type of abuse to my worst enemy. If you use this company do at your own peril.

Back in November 28, 2016 I ordered and paid with CC christmas gifts for my wife from Emporium.com. Now it is December 28th 2016 and still have not received the items ordered. Contacted customer service. The girl hardly spoke and english and could not resolve my issue. Had no idea why items did not ship, had no idea what the items were, had no idea how much I spent. Would not give me corporate office telephone number. She did state a cancellation would be requested. When ask about giving me the cancellation confirmation number she could not do that either. So bascially I guess I am out all the money I spent.

Don't purchase from these thieves hiding behind the veil of credit builders. So my story began with an ad on a credit monitoring website promoting Emporium.com! This site promotes itself to be a credit builder for people with below average credit. It's very much like a Fingerhut but without the high prices. Instead the put up items for sale that are somewhat at the higher end of brand lines. They lease the items purchased to you at a weekly or or otherwise rate plan and at the end you can option to purchase. They say if you have a job and its stable you qualify for a credit account. So I applied I have owned my own business that's legit with tax ID and all the other proper documents. Bank account that's verifiable and all that. So I apply and with no reason given I was denied credit. Ok so I didn't get a line of credit so I saw that their pricing for the products were very good and some below the national average.

So I decided to purchase a desktop computer. I pay the money. Wait a couple of days to see if they shipped and provided tracking. Instead I got no item and no response for weeks. Then they send me an email telling me that the item isn't in stock and they have to source more and that my order is "pending cancelation." So I go back on and find another desktop a slightly better model. Pay the money and nothing again and this time no response. These guys are a scam. They get you to pay for a product and never ship you anything and when you ask what's going on they give you the run around and still never send or refund your money. Then I read on another scam watch site that Emporium.com doesn't even report your payments to the credit agencies. I'm shocked that credit monitoring websites promote these thieves praying on individuals trying to build their credit. Stay away save your money and protect your credit. Fingerhut even though they are pricey at least you get the item and if there are issues they work to resolve them. STAY AWAY FROM EMPORIUM.COM.

I came across emporium credit card. com one day looking for a credit card to help build credit that I could pay off in a few months, anyway that didn't happen. I ordered a benq projector I was fixing up my living room and needed a projector when I received the projector it wasn't the right one. I contacted them numerous different ways and times trying to return or exchange it for the right one not one person could tell me where I needed to shop it. I was furious so now I have a projector i don't want and I'm getting charged for it.. I never recived and call back or contact never got a returns depatment and after trying to do somthing to help build credit now it's messing it up even more what a d**n scam!!!

I was offered over the internet a credit line linked to my bank account. On Cyber Monday Emporium on line offered a Electric Range and Microwave, computer and printer on sale price and very good specials. I placed the order on line and than later got a invoice that didn't reflect the sale prives but regular price or the items I ordered and they confirmed disappeared fron the invoice.

I called customer care 8 time and each time got a offshore answering service and you can tell they are reading what to say to me and eaxh time they promised management would call me and work this out and they said of course they would honor the published price. No one has called and if you can find my account in there system ( which I can only find a amount not a invoice showing what each item was billed for) Ican't get any information. I have tried to email them and their email doean't go through but is returned not dekiverable.

They have taken the first payment from my bank but noe shipped any thing to me.

This is the worst company i have ever dealt with and due to no responding from them I am at a lose of what to do. I tried the Ca Attorney general office and got a form letter back saying thye can help ( I guess with thme it is OK to steal from the citizens of the state of Ca)

I need help, I need a smart lawyer who cares about comsumers to talke this cause and get ti corrected, and if they are doing this to me just think of other people that they are doing this fraud to.

Stay far away from this company. I really believe this is a scam to get your information. I placed an order on November 23rd. Received an e-mail one week later that my order has been placed on hold. Called for two straight weeks and was given 9 different stories on why i have not received my product. Every time i called, customer service would send me to billing and billing would send me to customer service. I even asked to talk to a supervisor and every time i was told they were not there or "in a meeting". I was told for 3 straight days that a supervisor would call me. Never received a call.

I was told everything from the product was not in stock to i have to call my bank to get them to release the ACH. I was told by one rep that they are running really behind due to demand and my order was not in the system even though they sent me an order number and it was in the system for customer service. Every time i called they put me off and tried to tellme something to get off the phone. Asked the name of one of the reps and she refused to give me her name.

This was my first and last order with them. I cancelled the order but still expecting issues even though i cancelled. I really believe this company is a scam. Every person i talked to had an accent so i do not think they are from this courntry. Really believe this is a scam to get my information. I will be filing a report with the BBB as well as the Attorney General. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

I placed an order on November 14 2016. Five weeks later my order is still sitting in a warehouse and no one has any idea when it will be shipped but they did try to take the first monthly payment. This company is a joke! A total of 5 phone calls and speaking with one supervisor where I was guanteeed an answer when my product would be shipped and a conformation email by end of day every time. It will take 24 hours to cancel my order but two weeks to reimburse me. I doubt very seriously I get my money back and pray they no longer take payments.

I ordered an iPhone 6s Plus on 12/05/16. I heard nothing for almost 2 weeks. I finally chatted them and asked what's up. They claim they were waiting on a small down payment to clear my checking account, despite the contract said no money is due until 01/17. A few days later I asked again. They said it was being sent to the warehouse and shipping in 3-5 days. I then almost immediately received an emailing stating my order had been delayed 3-5 days. Their customer service is borderline rude as well as ignorant.

For 3 weeks in a row we have called emporium asking where our merchandise is and get told we will get a call back from corp, that our email will be sent out. They have told us that our order is on hold due to a price glitch and not sure on what part of our order is priced wrong. Noone will return our call or email. We ordered these last month. They pull the amount out of our account without us having merchandise. We are still wacting for shipment. Our order number is. 101406. This is getting out of control and will not tell us what the price glitch is, these were christmas gifts. We are tired of being told we will get a call back and have not in now 4 weeks. Please help us.

They lured me in with you have been approved for 1500 in credit. So I thought I would try them in order to get my children a Christmas gift this year. So I picked out a PlayStation four filled out their info made the first payment and it has been almost two months no product. I even changed my bank account because I did not want them to take anymore money out of my account while they send no product. I have emailed them several times just told that it can take a long time to have product shipped. Two months. They will not be getting any more money from me. I would love to get my money back from the payments made but I'm sure I won't see that money again. It's really sad because that was the only gift my family was going to get instead we got ripped off of the money we did have before Christmas. Please do not do business with this company.

Advertisement stated helps rebuild credit, it dont, it's a lie... Also stated must email to get an rma label to return items, they won't respond. I was also sent multiple items of same thing and I only ordered one. Now I am stuck paying for it. This is a fraudulent ploy to reel people in so they can profit twice as much as they are suppose to.

I found Emporium.com through American Hope Resources while looking for christmas help. The ad stated NO credit check, and give time to pay. After giving out personal information based on identity questions, I was approved for $1200. I spent a couple hours viewing/shopping based on the fact I'd been approved and that it came from a reputable resource. At the last page of checkout..after I even put my checking account information in to deduct payments, it cancelled me out. It then gave me error message I wasn't approved anymore. Later I checked my email and recd a form letter stating I'm not approved anymore and I can write them within 30 days only to give them 60days to respond why. Horrible.. let down and total scam AFTER they got my personal information which is now stuck in there. Someone should be investigatingredients them. They are advertising with community government resources.

On November 20th I order a product through Emporium and on November 22nd, two days later I canceled my order by phone. I was told I would receive an email with my cancellation. I never did. I have called every day for almost a month. I have cried, yelled and begged to speak to a supervisor. I have been lied to every single day. I have been denied to speak to a supervisor and my order has not been canceled; nor have I received any reembursed funds. I am a single parent receiving no child support, trying like always to give my children a good Christmas. I work 72 to 80 hours a week, this has exhausted my nerves to the breaking point. I am being totally sincere when I say I am close to going to the emergency room, I am wrecked because of this company. Sincerely, Distraught single mom

I originally was given a line of credit to buy online from Emporium.com

I made my first purchase and then a few days later logged into my account which was supposed to have plenty of credit remaining

I waas shocked to find out that my credit line was now zero dollars

When I called to enquire what happened to my remaining available credit line I was told that after a customer makes a purchase they have to make 3 monthly timely payments before they can get thier credit line back and buy something. I expressed that was a bad idea for returning business/customers.

And upon further determing that my approximate $150.00 order was going to cost me well over $300.00 if I paid it out over their payment schedule for the year, I cancelled my order, wrote "Refused" on the unopened box upon recieving it and have the tracking number showing it was received in Los Angeles.

I have been getting harrasing phone calls ever since, since like august/september.

I reported this to my Attorney Generals office and they sent Emporium a letter which Emporium never responded to

And the phone calls harasssing me for payment of something I never accepted continue

I came across emporium.com as a suggestion for rebuilding credit. I was approved and placed an order. After a few weeks I called to check on my order and was told it was shipping soon. Each item was shipped separate. Two required a signature for delivery two did not. I am never home when UPS comes by so I cannot sign. When the items were held at a UPS location to pick up, the hours were the same as my work hours , so the items were returned. I have been charged payments in full for all four items even though it has been over a month since the two items were returned. I have sent nine emails to customer service without getting a response. I have called customer service numerous times to be told they would make a note to fix it. I have culled the payment center and hung up on three times then one time was transferred to a support line that does not get answered and the voice mailbox is always full. There has never been a manager in the building when I have spoken with the customer service or payment center. I am continuing to be charged and no one has helped me resolve the matter. Do not use this site emporium.com or private loan servicing. They do not care about issues and will not help you. They are only there to collect money. If nothing changes I will be paying $350 for a pillow and a wind chime. That is a rip off and fraud to be paying for items I do not have, items they have said are in their whatehouse.

I established an account with Emporium earlier this year with a $1,000 credit limit. I was unaware that I had to make a purchase within 30 days, so went to make a purchase past this time limit and they wiped out my account, despite the fact they kept tellinig me it was a problem with their website and to wait 48-72 hours for the system to be corrected. It never was. I waited 30 days, reapplied, and received an $1,800 credit limit. I immediately tried to make a purchase and got the same run-around: problem with system, wait 48-72 hours and try again. I did as instructed only to find that they wiped out my $1,800 credit limit down to $0. When I called customer service they told me my application was refused, but could not explain how/why my $1,800 limit was approved and then not approved, they refused to get a supervisor on the line and I hung up on them. Never again. Have plenty of good credit established with other credit card companies, I don't need their nonsense.
