Placed an order on 10-26-2016. Item Received 11-13-2016. Size was wrong. Called for a return label 11-15-2016. Was promised in 3-5 days.

I have made a minimum of 25 phone calls. Never the same person. When asking for person by name, they do not who that is, or person works another shift.

Multiple contacts Ralph, Cat, Edwin, James, Trevor Ashcroft. E-Mailed twice at [email protected].

Connected to Support Specialist - line says "mail box is full" and disconnects.

Every person I have spoken too guarantees the label will be e-mailed. They all state they will expedite the request for the return label.

Today is 12-12-2016. Nothing. I want a refund of my payment. The items in my garage returned.

Someone has to be able to assist me. Please Help.

So I placed a order on 11/12/2016. Gave them all the info the money then was pulled from my account and established. I foolishly thought that my order was in fact placed. I was told the item would ship in 3-5 business days. It's now the 9th of Dec and nothing. I've asked for the order to be canceled and every rep I speak with says it will be canceled yet no refund nor has the order been canceled. I've email and called somewhere around 20 times and every rep doesn't know what I am talking about and they say well the order is going to ship tomorrow so if you want just reject the shipping. It hasn't shipped in a week since that was said. I've already purchased the item somewhere else and yet the will not cancel the order. They did however TRY and pull a payment from my account which is now closed thanks to them. Don't be a fool do not buy from this company. It's a fraud and they will not ship your order they will however ask you to pay for it. I just received another response from them today saying they will cancel the order but only when I return it. RETURN WHAT? The order has not and will not ship. I've already closed my account and have disputed the charge I'll get my money back but please don't fall for this scam!!!!

This company is a SCAM. I placed an order for a metal detector for total cot of $92.47. After a week and nothing in tracking status I called them on 12/8/2016, they informed me they could not verify my CC and needed me to "snd them a copy of my DL) to me this is never ever asked. So I called Billing this morning on 12/9/2016 and NOW they claim to not be able to locate any order for me. Luckily I am able to stop them with a dispute and will get my $93 back from my CC Company, I have also filed a complaint on BBB and FYI their rating is 92% NEGATIVE Experience. LOTS of complaints, wish I would have checked first.I am also reaching out to the TV station advertising for them. I WAS going to use a credit line, THAK GOD I did not. I also posted this warning on FB Public Media for all to be warned and not taken in by this company which by the way, very odd they are also a Debt Collection Agency. Do NOT order from this company... You will never get your items and they will try and scam you.

Goodafternoon, I would like to make a long complain about emporium online business and mostly the customer representatives. I placed an order about 2 1/2 weeks ago..order #106667 and my name is Marychele Camu. So i placed an other for two item which are a junior drum set and an adult size drumset. The same day i placed the order i called customer service and requested for one of the item to be cancelled so they said they will make a note of it and send it over to the main office so i said ok. The next day i called again to make sure that only one of the item is cancelled and they said no problem. 3 days later i get an email from emporium saying that both my orders were cancelled so i called again and the representative told me that he will reinstate the order and send a note to the main office..he also informed me that the order is in process that it will be sent out by the end of last week. So to make sure i called the next day and a woman representative answered and i told her my situation and she told me that once your order in cancelled you cant reinstate it..i wouls have to wait for my spending limit to be put back in my account mind you this was last week. She said my spending limit will be put back after 2 days its been a week and a half and no email no nothing. I have been calling every single day to try to speak with a manager or a supervise and they tell me the same thing the manager on duty is in a meeting or they left or they are on the phone. I mean mind you i call 4 times a day for a week now and its the same answer no manager. I asked for the main office number or HR number they dont have it instead they give me the number for the billing department. I mean what kind of business are you guys runnjng here. I feel like everytime i call i am being lied to all the time. I would like for all my info ans my account to be erased and cancelled. If nothing is done on your end i will have to file a complaint about this company.

My complaint is the same as others almost exactly. I was extended credit and ordered on Nov. 3rd. The down payment was taken from my account within a day or two. I called to find out where my item was when it hadn't arrived in the seven days I was promised and cancelled when I was told it was 7-10 business days from teh date my payment was taken. I have made multiple calls, each went to an offshore customer service, and I have been transferred to another customer service and to escalation several times in attempting to cancel this order which I was told would only take 48 hours. A week later they tell me no payment would be taken from my bank account since I cancelled the order Nov 17th. Guess what? Right, they took the payment today and I can reach absolutely NO ONE in charge.

The online company Emporium for some strange reason is still open for business in the USA. how they can get away with everything they're doing I don't know. After buying a few items from the company we ended up looking online for review since we never received any email or phone call from the company two weeks after buying the items. So we called and spoke with somebody and cancelled the order. Two weeks later we received 2 out of the 3 items in the mail. We called and asked why it was sent to us anyway and didn't get an acceptable answer.

After that we repeatedly called Emporium for three weeks trying to get a return shipping label and always received the same resolution, " We are sending the return label by email today " and then nothing. So we went to the post office and paid $45 to mail everything back (we sent with signature confirmation and tracking #). They received the items and signed for everything. One week later, after they received the items, they still went into our checking account and took out $134 payment. We filed a claim with our bank and our bank reversed the charge and we got the money back.

We never received the first $35 deposit taken by Emporium or the $45 for mailing everything back. Today, 2 weeks after the bank refunded our money, we have just received a new email from Emporium to let us know that they are going to take out another payment on 12/16. We called and talked with somebody in India who transferred the call to the USA and we got a message saying the mail box is full. The online is full of complaints about these people but the Los Angeles Attorney General offices has not done anything to stop these people from ripping off the consumers.

We purchased a product from you on November 6 2016. as of now we have yet to receive the product. We keep getting told that the product is in transit yet no one can provide tracking information. According to our online account the merchandise is still unavailable. We have tried cancelling the order on the 14th, 15th, 16th and 18th of November 2016. We are told that the product cannot be cancelled because it is in shipment. So we check the status of the product and as of today it is still NO LONGER AVAILABLE. This is a catch 22 that has been caused by your company.

We began recording our conversations with your customer service agents. The story told by every one of them is different from each other. The only constant remark is that the order cannot be cancelled due to the product being in transit. (Again the order status says the product is NO LONGER AVAILABLE. No tracking number provided for the shipment.

We have requested to speak to a supervisor at least 3 times. We are told that we would receive a call back. As of today no call. We asked for corporate phone numbers. The numbers given are cell phone (confirmed by Spokeo). The number rings for 15 times then you get the automated response saying leave a detailed message after the beep. Lo and behold it immediately says this voice mail is full and not able to take a message at this time. Pretty shady don’t you thing.

We have tried to log in to the account on paymentservicing and it will not let us log in. We have called the number 866-283-3896 many times. They tell us that they are resetting the account. Tell us to wait for 10 minutes to allow it to reset. Ten minutes later nothing. Call back the number and they say they are sending the call to the escalation department. Guess what the same 15 rings the same recorder message than the announcement that the mail box is full.

We had our legal counsel call last week (also recorded) and he received the same run around then was given the same phone numbers.

We are convinced you are running a scam. Our first payment is due December 1st, 2016. We have sent my bank an ACH/Debit Card stop request for that. The only way we will release the payment is if we receive the following within 72 hours. A valid tracking number or a suitable replacement for the product that is NO LONGER AVAILABLE.

I purchased a 55" inch television monitor on November 11, 2016. The price on the website was $102 dollars. I purchased it but since this was the first time i used this company i decided to call that same night to make sure everything was on the up and up. When i spoke to the customer service agent she looked my info up and then all the sudden she says the price of the television was over $2000 dollars. she told me i needed to call billing to verify how much the tv was and how much they will be charging me. I called billing they told me in total tax and all the tv cost $153. I thought everything was a go but monday the 14 of november came around and i had not recieved any conformation number for the purchase of my tv. I called back and thats when the run around began. They told me that the item was not in the warehouse and they needed to wait for confirmation they told me i would be recieving a call from the warehouse to confirm a date and a time it will be sent out and that i should be recieving a call the following business day. I never recieved a call so i called costumer service back. They then told me that their was a mistake on the website that the tv could never be $102 dollars. They told me that I would be recieving a phone call about this situation and it would be rcdified. Again i never recieved a call or an email. They took the initial payment and and never sent me anything. Now im trying to call to cancel my order and the city is wrong on my billing information and they can speak to me. i keep getting hung on and now they are telling me that i dont get a confirmation that the order was canceled. This has been the worst experience with customer service i have ever had. I was even told it was only 6 dollars out my account and that i need to get over it its life.

I am in the process of rebuilding my credit and was told that emporium.com is a good choice because they will not put a hard inquiry on your credit report and they will report your payment history to the credit agencies. I was approved for a $1200 line of credit and I was told i have to make my first order within 30 days and that it must be a "lease" of $100 or more. I went ahead and bought a watch and it was delivered and it is a good watch. The problem i have is that they are not reporting to the credit agencies and the customer service agent actually told me they do not do that anymore. For me, that was the only reason for setting up the account. Several websites including their own mention that it is a great place to rebuild credit as they report to the credit agencies your payment history. Obviously they are misrepresenting that and I made a $100 purchasd for nothing.

I ordered a garmin gps nut cancelled the same day they took $7.44 from my account i called everyday since even today 11/14/16 then they took another $31.38 from my bank on 11/3/16 for product i dont have. i called everyday to reslove this and try and get my money back. they send me to different departments never getting my issue taken care of or my money back.

I ordered an iphone 6s plus and after getting the runaround for two days about shipping decided to cancel my order. I was assured by customer service that it was cancelled and my initial payment would be refunded. A month later my account was debited the payment amount I again called customer service and was told that my order had been cancelled on their end so i would have to talk with someone in billing. I did and was told that they cant do anything that i would have to talk with customer service. I explained i had already done that and was then given another number to call which was a nonworking number i have contacted bbb and will pursue this until i get my money back. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CON ARTISTS.

I just want to cancel my order and get my $11.68 back and have nothing more to do with this company. I do not authorize any additional monies to be taken out of my account and the stop payment charge from my bank is a hardship. These people take money from folks who can't afford it.

I just want my money back for a table. They took $11.68 and are scheduled to take upwards of $50 a month for something I do not have. I want to cancel and all I am getting is a voicemail that is full. I want my money back and do not auhoirze them to take any more from my account.

The customer service at Emporium is absolutely the worst I have ever seen. I ordered 2 products from them in hopes of building credit (which I have none). I gave them all the information that was requested and was told that it would be 5 days. 2 weeks later, I called to see what happened. Pacific Credit said I gave them the wrong information. Now I have been known to mess up a number here and there, but, address, email, bank number and phone numbers? We started over. One week later, I called again. They said my bank hadn't approved the monthly transfer. I went to my bank. They showed me all transactions for 3 weeks and there was nothing from Emporium. We double checked all the information that was sent. Bottom line... they never sent it. 2 weeks later, I'm sick of doing battle with people who could care less. I'd sent them a payment via credit card 1 week earlier. Asked to cancel my account and send me a full refund. After all, it had been almost 6 weeks. Been 4 weeks since then. Not a penny. Don't ever deal with these idiots. They seem like they care but all they want is your money. Shameful ripoff.

I cancelled and order that I placed after I try to talk to someone got no answer,phone just rings,voice mail is full,when I did get someone they gave me a bad number and just hung up.a after I have told them to stop calling and emailing me after aweek and a half they still call and email . they took my money and Said it would not refunded for up to 3 weeks .

I purchased a laptop that the company failed to deliver. I notified the company they failed to deliver the product I ordered and they told me I had to file a claim with UPS. I contacted UPS and they told me the sender has to file the report. I email the company back and they ignore me, yet keep taking money out of my bank account so I had to change account numbers due to fraudulent charges. They then start texting me that my payment is late. I text them back that I am not paying for something I did not receive and they text me saying to call customer service. I text them back saying my attorney advised me all communication with them needed to be in writing since they had already been caught lying and to please reply to my emails and they said they would notate my account. Not that they would fix the issue. That they would notate my account. The next day I get another text saying my account is past due. Again I text them back saying I am not paying for something I did not receive. They refuse to take responsibility for anything. They don't ship what they are supposed to and they lie and tell you that you have to file a UPS claim when your item doesn't arrive as they keep taking money out of your account. All merchants know that SHIPPERS have to file claims with UPS. Recipients cannot so this is their way of pretending to fix the problem. Telling you to file a claim you can't file. Complete frauds. Do not do business with and do NOT give them your bank account info.

I applied for a credit card and did not get one but Emporium Black Card. Application said instant approval etc. so I completed it, My daughter was going away to college and need things for her Dorm. She went online and ordered after a week and a half I called and they said they were waiting on my bank to approve the 50 dollars a month deduction. They had no problem taking out the 11bucks for a deposit. I called back today a week later and the lady said they cancelled my order because it was out of stock. I told her I never received an email she seemed shocked. I asked about my deposit she said it will be mailed in 10-12days. I told her I think there company is fradulaent and of course she appologized. My 19 told me she thinks it's a scam but I was so desperate to buy her dorm stuff I did not use my better judgement. Of course I did not look into the company until this happened. I hope people research this company before getting taken advantage of. The website looks so real it is fake.

DO NOT BUY FROM EMPORIUM!! ON SEP 6, I placed an order online for items. I agreed to their down payment $36.41, I agreed to the withdrawal monthly of my money $153.67directly out of my account each month for 1 year until items paid off. I was advised it would take 3-5 days to ship. I needed these items for a special occasion in a week. 2 days before I called and they advise me that the down payment bounced and they were waiting on approval for ACH withdrawals. I check my statement which I have attached and there was no bounced amount for this , only their withdrawal. I requested item was shipped immediately. They said ok, then 3 days later I check again still not shipped. I call they say they are still waiting for ACH approval. I call my bank , the bank says they don’t fill out forms they just submit the ACH.. I call back and tell them and they act as though they knew that. But they say again they cant ship it out yet. I tell them I really don’t need it anymore at this point, but ok.

So after 2 weeks, I call and the order still hasn’t shipped and I advise them that the down payment did not bounce, because I showed it in my account. They transfer me to billing and I speak w/ someone there specifically going over the fact that when this does ship I will not have had the items the 30 days so to NOT bill me on 10/5 instead 30 days from the day it ships. They assure me this adjustment was made in the system and I would not get a charge for the first payment on Oct 5. Another week goes by and I get emails from billing advising of my contract and that they will deduct ACH etc, I check my account and see that now 61.47 was withdrawn from the account. I call and advise again I never received anything. They say I have to talk to customer service because they cannot see the orders. The Billing dept cannot help verify when this will ship but it take 3 days normally. Customer service says they will check and get back to me. No response, I send multiple emails requesting cancellation and refund, with no response. I start calling we are now getting closer to the 30 day period. I am not needing my money back and do not care what so ever about the items on order. The manager in Billing, Moses , decides he will check on my shipment and get back to me on Monday Oct 3. He assures me and that he will research the billing issue and refunds. Monday comes and goes w/ no calls or emails. I call and ask for Moses and I am hung up on several times by the reps and advised there is nothing they can do and there are no managers there until later in the morning to call back. I do call back several times before 10 and at 10, the rep checks to find Moses and he will not take the call. Instead I have to call customer service. Billing can only see charges and has nothing to do with shipping and cannot cancel the orders. I advise I asked for cancellation days ago , and they assure they are cancelling now. I am transferred several times to Customer Service and it rings and goes to a voice mail that is full. Finally customer service tells me they have cancelled the order, but it twill be 7-10 days before I get a CHECK in the MAIL for my refund…. I advise that is not acceptable this wasn’t my fault. They say there is nothing they can do and once again no managers are available.

The next day I see the charge for the 153.67 pending in my bank account. I call the customer service dept on 10/5 and they advise that billing took the $ out, they did their job by cancelling. And If I will just send my bank statements then within 72 hours I will hear back from the escalated servicing dept. I explain but I need this $ it has caused other things to bounce. They tell me that this is not their problem but rather billing dept. I have to check w/ them. I completely have lost it by now and begin a claim with BBB and start typing this letter. I send my bank statement in, the email has no auto reply, so I call again to verify it was received. I am told they can’t do that.. someone will let me know;… In the middle of call we get disconnected. I call back and then I’m told the billing dept. is who has it and is responsible for refunds I must speak to them. I get a different answer every time I speak to these people. I request from Customer Service a manager AGAIN, and I am sent to someone named Joel who claims to be a team lead… He says I can reference him a s a point of contact, however his hands are tied and he cant tell me if the email was received nor can he tell me if my situation can be escalated .because “things take time to process”…

It is not Oct 7, the money is still not in my account , I still have no items, and I have heard nothing. THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVERY EXPERIENCED DO NOT DO BUSINESS YOU WILL REGRET IT FOREVER. Between Moses, Joel, Jose, Perla, and many others I would’ve thought someone would care but NO ONE DID.

I followed their instructions and when I placed my initial order, and I indicated a different shipping address than the billing address. This is because there is no one at the billing address during the day, and it is not in a safe location to make deliveries. However, when I received the confirmation email, the shipping address on this order was the same as the billing address.

I wrote them back immediately to tell them of the mix-up. I also told them that if they could not stop the order and change the shipping address to the one on my account, to cancel the order, and I would re-submit. I did not get any response (even if the email address I sent to did not receive emails, I should have been notified - I wasn't).

I did not get any response from my email, so the next day I attempted to call Emporium to speak to someone regarding this problem. I was not able to speak to anyone that day, only a voicemail, so I left a detailed message. And re-submitted my email message again.

Part of my voicemail message was that if the problem had been corrected, they need not contact me again. I heard no more from them, so I believe the matter corrected.

After some time, I received an email from United Parcel Service that a shipment was to be delivered at my billing address, and someone would have to sign for it. I was not able to sign for it, or pick it up from their drop-off location. Once again I attempted to call, and again got their voice mail. The merchandise was sent in two shipments, and the same thing happened with both. Therefore I have none of their merchandise.

Now I get my bank statement for my chcecking account, and an amount has been deducted for this merchandise!

I keep trying to call, and I keep getting their voicemail, and no one returns my calls. My next move is to go to my bank and advise them not to honor these deductions any longer (over $150/month). I have also invested many, many hours in this problem, mostly being on hold when I call there. The only human I have been able to speak to is a young man named Carlos, and he was quick to tell me that he couldn't help me, that he would transfer me to someone who could help me. Which rang over ten times and went to voicemail. I keep leaving messages, and my calls are never returned.

This pretty much sums up my issue. Thank you.

I was approved for a $1200 spending limit, I paid the down payment from my checking account and never received any items from emporium. I called the customer service number and they told me to contact billing. I called the same number to contact billing and they told me to contact the people that I just talked to. I was given the run around for a week. I asked to speak to a Manager or supervisor everyday and I was always told that they were in a meeting. I was given a number 4243637763 to call that no one answers and the voicemail is full. I asked the billing department to stop trying to take the payment out of my account causing more than $200 I'm overdraft fees and they told me that I have to contact the 4243637733 number to cancel my account with them which I don't have! Emporium.com is a complete scam!

Offers line of credit , I never received any product from them. Cancel a dozen times have emails to prove it to them and from them , they still try and debit my acct has to file police report. Fraud report with my bank stop payment and cancel bank acct beware they are liars and thieves do not get sucked in !!!!!

This company offers Rent-to-Own, much like Rent-aCenter; however, they are alll web-based. They will take an order for items they do not stock. They then attempt to get the item to sell to some of the people. The problem is that they do not stock items and customer service is overseas, while billing is in different locations. They will not ship products, but will keep billing your account. While they sell through emporium.com, their billing reputed through a number of sites, all with financial names, that just route frpm one location to the next. Their billing that sends from emporium.com goes through PacificCredit.com, directs through PrivateLoanServicing.com, bounces from Louisiana through Grand Cayman, and their URL for privateloanservicing.com redirects through 1stassociatrs.com, which has an ICANN registration of Jacksonville, Florida. Don't waste your time or money with this pyramid selling scam. If you need Rent to Iwn, just use Rent-a-Center or Fingerhut. At least you'll get what you ordered and won't have to spend half a day filing fraud claims with your bank and changing your account number.

Placed a furniture order on 9/18/2016. This is a lease-to-own business. Trying to build up credit after divorce, I decided to go this route - if you pay in full in 90 days, same as cash and reports to credit bureau. I found the furniture, placed the order. It indicated shipping was 3-5 days.

After several days, deposit had been taken from my checking account, but the order showed "pending" so had not shipped. I needed this furniture quickly, so I called to cancel my order to the customer service number. I called the first time and spoke to Rueben, who told me it didn't ship because they had to wait for my bank to approve ACH. I told him again I wanted the order cancelled and asked if there was a cancellation fee. He assured me the order was cancelled and there was no cancellation fee and I would receive an email confirmation of the cancellation, be sure to check my spam folder.

Called back next day and spoke to him again because I received no email. He told me the email could take 24-48 hours. I explained that was unacceptable to me. My online account still showed the order in "pending status" so I needed the confirmation. He said he was looking at my account and that the order had been cancelled. That I would need to speak to someone in accounting, and he gave me that phone number.

So I called the accounting number. She told me that I needed to call shipping, and gave me that number. I called shipping and received a voice announcement, but the voicemail was full so no message could be left. So I called accounting back and the gentleman who answered said the order did not show cancelled, I would need to speak to Ernie or Mia, and he gave me both of their numbers. The number he gave me for Ernie took me to a voice announcement, but, again, the voicemail was full and no message could be left. I called the number I was given for Mia and received a voice announcement but was able to leave a message. That has been well over a week now and, not surprising, I have received no return phone call.

So I started sending email requests to their customer service email address. I believe I have sent around seven emails now, but no reply at all to any of the emails I sent. And I still have not received any email confirmation of the cancellation.

On Saturday, Sept. 24, 2016 I called the customer service line again and spoke to a lady who I believe is Ellie (she had a strong accent and I couldn't understand what she said her name was). She assured me the order showed cancelled and I would receive an email in 1-2 weeks. I inquired again to assure there was no cancellation fee, she confirmed there was not a cancellation fee.

On Wednesday, Sept. 28 I received an email with an invoice for payment that would be due on October 16. What? I have a payment due on a cancelled order? So I called the number listed in the email. I was told they had not received a cancellation, that it is an active account, and the payment would be taken from my checking account on October 16.

So I called customer service again and spoke to Rueben AGAIN. He was what I felt was very sarcastic and rude. Rueben (maybe Robin - hard to understand when they say their names, yet everything else they say is very understandable through the accents) told me I had never spoken to him, he had been out of town last week so it was not possible it was him I spoke to. But he said he would cancel my order and I would receive an email in 24-48 hours.

As of this writing, my account is showing pending and I have received no cancellation confirmation. No furniture has shipped, cancellation confirmation has not been received, and a payment will be taken directly from my checking account on October 16.

Isn't that theft? I will be calling my bank and closing my account to prevent them from taking more money. I am considering calling the Attorney General's office to see if they've received similar complaints.

And they have the BBB emblem on their webpage, but when I looked it up online, I see they are not registered with the Better Business Bureau - so I need to check into this to see if they are or are not registered with BBB. I am very concerned that these people have so much of my information from my application. I am very concerned what is going to happen and I feel scammed and ripped off!

I ordered a Tablet online from them and they took out the initial $6 fee. 2 weeks went by and I called to find out where my tablet was. The guy that answered said it was still in the warehouse preparing to ship. Another week went by, still no tablet so I called again and I was given the same answer so I told the guy to forget the order, cancel it be a it's taking too long. He supposedly cancelled the order and said my initial payment would be returned. I waited another week, no money returned and I called back, the girl said it wasn't cancelled and was still in the warehouse. I told her to cancel it, she said she will. I called back a couple of days later, same thing. A couple more days, I call and I'm told the order was cancelled so I need to call billing. I called billing, the order wasn't cancelled. In the meantime, I'm calling numbers back and forth getting a run around, they not only didn't refund me my initial fee but they also took out another $26. I filed a dispute with my bank and called Emporium twice with the same result. Then they took out $50. I called again and they said that they show it was never cancelled but also can't seem to explain why they are charging me for something I don't have. The little girl on the phone was so rude and unprofessional, I'm disgusted. I had to file another dispute, and shut down my bank account.

Set up an account with this company Emporium.com for household goods gave my banking information was approved for online credit to shop with them.Later recieved papers in mail saying my account was to charged in a week called phone number to ask about delivery because order says pending no tracking numbers customer service always same persons say call this call this number call that number nobody knows anything other than i will be charged for merchandise they dont know when i will recieve even though website states 3 to 5 business days after order.later was told that my ACH WAS DENIED BECAUSE MY account was wrong there was an extra charge of 53.00 for it bouncing back soi i corrected it and paid the 53.00 was told would recieve merchandise then but saw a couple later that order was still pending called was then told they dont know again when i would recieve anything but i would definetly be charged for menchandise i have not recieved.Called to cancel order was told order was canceled but after recieveg an email reminder of pending charge was told account had not canceled and i would be charged.THis company is a scam to the filth power no resolution only run around no one that answer phone can help upper management is a full voicemail will be calling my US attorney in my area and the one in san diego california where they are from
