Owner/Landlord rented my boyfriends apt with all his belongings still there. Rent was paid in full until the 31st. Boyfriend went to jail first week of March AFTER full rent payment was made. While in jail landlord rented it on the 15th of the March. Now he is having problems getting any thing he owns even tho he was released from jail the 30th and went there that day. There was never an eviction filed and the security deposit paid by the Veterans Assistance Program for the Homeless was kept. A real crook that doesnt know tenant landlord Laws.
