I have subscribed to Bead & Button Magazine for 3 years. I had all past issues on my iPad. The most recent wouldn't download so I tried to remove and re-install the app thinking there was a problem with the version I had. After re-installing, all my downloaded issued disappeared. I can read them online only. They also say there is no way to restore my back issues to my device. I am often in areas where there is no iternet service and need to refer to an issue. The help app for Zinio has no way to salve my problem and offers no alternative such as a phone number. I feel I have been ripped off and all my past issues of the magazine have been taken away. Their suggestions under Help do not work. Since they do not respond to any direct requests, I felt it necessary to resort to this website.

I was charged twice for a single issue (past issue) eMagazine purchase by Zinio, LLC.

They say they never refund on single eMmagazine issues purchased unless the file is unreadable. Clearly this is designed to prevent people from buying an issue, reading it and then asking for a refund when they don't like it. But in my cases I have two issues sitting in my library of the same eMagazine and two orders of that same eMagazine in my order history.
