They don't even return calls

Didn't ship said part was bad. Said they will ship next week after reading reviews trying to just cancel order but no answer from my calls they just auto call you to hold the lines.

So I canceled my credit card and going to open dispute for payment with my master card company.

Ordered a transmission months ago .They took over 300.00 from me and no transmission, they refuse to answer my calls. They tell you they have what you need then they get your money and deliver NOTHING.

I also have had to go to my bank because my account was hit hard after dealing with them. i cannot believe they are still doing this and getting away with it.

Full of shit

Like most I ordered an engine and transmission for $1,360. Promised two weeks. Then it was shipped to Detroit in error. Then the trucking company that was delivering went on strike. Now no answer as phone goes dead immediately, and no email. Ordered part May 18, it's now Aug 17th. At my bank filing a fraud case and consulting with attorney to sue.

I ordered a transmission from Zeno Auto, specifically a liar named Dominic, if that was in fact his name! three different delivery dates have come and gone....no transmission. They no longer answer the phone and have never returned a phone call. I have called as many as 35 times in one day. The credit card number that I gave them was also charged an additional six times since they were given the number. Stay away from this group of liars and thieves!!

Business scam

i ordered a transmission June 22 2016, paid with discover card promised delivery within 10 days called July 7 to check on progress was told had been shipped to wrong address was told was returned to warehouse will be shipped out today. will be delivered by July 15. called again July 21 was told transmission had been damaged was being returned to warehouse for inspection.I cancelled order and contacted discover card. Funds have been credited to my account. I have filed a complaint with Better Business Bureau 1262 Whitehorse Hamilton Sq. Rd. Bldng.A. Ste.202 Hamilton NJ. Phone 609-588-0808 email [email protected] Discover has been extremely helpful...ZENO has not been.

fraud

I ordered apart from them and paid in full $340 they never sent the part said it would be here in 3 to 5 days then when it did not arrive I called them they told me that give them 2 more days still did not arrive then they told me it was shipped to another Warehouse by accident and would be here in 3 to 5 more days till did not arrive I called them again they said it was dropped and broke I told them that is bull crap and I want my money back ASAP they still did not receive my money or my part so I reported it to my city police department nothing was done I also reported it to the bank I am in the middle of figuring this all out but I cannot stand people that ruin people's lives like this never got my car part and I lost my job because of it still have no car now I have no job and a daughter to take care of

Never Received My Engine and was Charged

We ordered an engine on June 21, 2016 from them that they said was in Oregon. It was to be delivered to Seattle within 5 days. They would not offer a tracking number and stoped answering calls from us. When we called from a different telephone we were able to speak to someone who said the shipper was confused and shipped it to NJ instead of where we needed it. They will not answer calls any longer. I was charged for this on my credit card and they have not removed the charge. It is no July 23, 2016. I have emailed them twice with the invoice attached asking for a refund. I have received no response! I have disputed the charge with my credit card and they are now working on it with me. Complete scam!!!

they got my money and i got no part

I ordered a transmission from zeno auto parts and got the run around. I ordered the transmission on may 30 2016 from a sales person named Ozzie he said he has one in stock and I will get it in 7 to10 days .all I got was excuses like we had a problem with the shipper it got sent to there warehouse. After 11 days he said he would ship it on Monday and should get it in 5 days but still nothing. I called again he said its at the warehouse and will ship it Monday and I should have it by the weekend still nothing. I call again he said it didn't ship until Tuesday and I should get it midweek still nothing.I call again and he said our truck is broke down.by now 30 days have past .Ozzie said he would send my 400.00 back but would take 48 hours really? After over 48 hrs still nothing.just a day after I cancelled my order my account was debuted 8 times for 50.00 a total of 400.00 and Ozzie is the only one how has my credit information. So I have no transmission transmission or money.what a great company to do business with RIGHT.save your money and go somewhere else its a SCAM

On May 20,2016 I ordered and paid in full (credit card) for a $270.00 part. I was verbally given a guaranteed a dlivery in 3 to 5 business days.

After 19 business days I inquired and was told "the part was delivered to another of their companies warehouse, and it would be shipped out immediately, and would be delivered in 3 to 5 more business days".

Another 10 business days went by. I contacted them again and was told " the driver was taken ill and was unable to continue the delivery"

Another 5 bus. days went by. I have atttempted contact over 20 times since. My calls are forewarded to an extension with an "unavailable" message, or I am put on eternal hold. I believe my number is being blocked on their end, because if I call on a different phone I get thruogh, but as soon as I say my name I get forewarded to the same unavailable extension or put on hold forever.

I have attempted contact more than 20 times / same result.

I have also filed a complaint w/ BBB New Jersey.

It is now June 25, 2016...still no reply!

This seems like an internet scam business, and I have been ripped off!

Bought an engine of them . Worst mistake of my life . Had been waiting for 3 weeks , each day i would call and everyday was a diffrent excuse . Finally i canceled my order i have and still am fighting with them everyday to give me my money back . An know they have been ignoring my phone calls
