Avoid Zapwalls. I ordered a canvas from them and it came damaged in multiple ways. They have not responded to emails, questions submitted via the site, or via phone. Their customer service is non-existant. On the left of this page, it states that Zapwalls "Typically replies instantly". The responses is actually automated. Once you send a message they never get back to you. If you click on the "Talk to human" link you are sent another automated message. Two weeks later and no one has yet responded to my queries. Avoid Zapwalls and spend your money elsewhere.
I have sent multiple emails, contacted them via Facebook, and called mutliple times this past two months - ZERO RESPONSE from Zapwalls.
Also note - their website feedback is curated. They do not allow reviews of fewer than 5 stars to be added to their review wall. This is wrong and is intentionally skewing their ratings up.
