I hired mr. Gene zamler of zamler, mellen & shiffman at the time, now they are "zamler, shiffman & karfis "law" firm. Mr. Zamler as well as mr. Weiner was supposed to represent his clients as well this claimant to the best of their effective/efficient "normal"court room protocol abilities professionally at all times. It is what he/they advertise they do, aaah, even expertly, i may add, per. G. Zamler, right ? However, he & mr. Ron weiner Supposedly one of mr. Zamler's top lawyers of his firm, whom already have a "scamion# 1259693). Claimant will be supporting their claim as well for mr. Weiner is "still" doing the same thing No doctor for this client to scrutinize/contradict or support), but with a different type of "bait-and-switch" approach to his &/or their unsuspecting clients into their web of their unique conspired joint venture ship together of "abuse of their power officials group", mr. Weiner just changed it up from his last report 1259693 ! & instead went with the oppossing side doctor only !! Shocked !? I was but nothing like his next stunt).
Claimant was attacked by a vicious pit bull dog to the point that i have "permenant" not only scars but gouges !!, a big hole in my legs from the dog snactched & ate claimants flesh !!
In turn mr. Weiner told the Conflict of interest judge at the time) that i, the claimant had agreed to a settlement that mr. Zamler or he himself did not at all tell me anything about. Did no have ("no sign release at time of trial"- should've been dismissed then, did not enter the settlement amount, that even the judge did not see but then "malfeasantly" the "conlict of interest judge" ignored my "motion for mr. Zamler & mr. Weiner to "show cause" of their false actions, statemrnts, submission, as well their "hubris omniscient attitudes" of not being reprimanded for their open violations, citations, sanctions &/or actions, but vow to fairly, equally protect & serve the public that you're falsely advertising to. Just to rob their dignity, case funds & respect & trust in this judicial system that these officials including a "deputy stevens" all on audio threatening to come out to claimants residence Personally) just because i had the right to call & i did when they told me to about my case so ...
There ! are some extremes that these officials will go to for their greed, i mean exactly what was the deputy going to do when he got to my residence ?!!? That's an "ultimate question" isn't it !?!!?? I mean, exactly what would/could have happen ? Tell me to stop calling Something he can say on the phone) or put this case to rest for these obvious bullying officials that has no fear, something like a "courtroom mob of officials wrongdoings & illegal interactions" with no fear of accountalbility or reprimand. And these u.S. Supposed to be law abiding officials with oaths are the ones "stealing !!! openly !!!
*claimant has yet to see a penny, dime, quarter, dollar from her case funds to this date of februrary 9, 2023, all these officials mentioned above has violated their own personal "oaths" for the love of money by nothing short of this "profiled picked hate crime" to illegally collect their client case funds and it appears to cash them through 5th/3rd Florida bank) & probably calls it "their client's petty cash drawer accounts"!
But the courts been seen it, trust is gone, do not exist in these courts when it come to one of their own getting caught for openly stealing ...
My people and that's any color, race, creed &/or religion, young, old & those in between. Because we are all in the same boat, & one nation - please be very careful of these courts officials, some of these advertised lawyers do not have your best interest at heart, and if they feel you getting too much ... Than them, than they think you should have ... *they will openly steal it and the courts are letting them, the news too, yep, wrote them too !!! 2, 4, 7, 20, 50 "hold the higher officials accountable !??!??!" ... Don"t bet on them !! zamler pays them to advertise his false claims !!!! if he has a billion dollas as he says ... A 1/3 of that billion is claimants !!! for years of imprisonment of my case funds !!!.
