I purchased the ring at zales in Oceanside . A stone popped out of the set so I took it to the zales in plaza Bonita mall in national city, instead of replacing the stone they talked us into taking anew ring. When I took the ring in to sell it. The implant put the ring in a Yehuda Sherlock Homes 2.0.

It’s a machine that tells you if the diamonds are real, man made or fake. The man three stone on the ring. One of them was man made and several more down each side of the ring. I took it in and they appraised it and said they were real diamonds. They basically blue me off. Now I have to sue them.

I dropped of my ring on 5/12 to have 2 diamonds replaced. This was a second attempt for one of the diamonds. They called 5/31 and said the ring was ready. They inspected it and said everything was fixed. They did replace one diamond that was missing underneath of the setting. They never replaced the ring missing on the side.

I took the ring back on 6/2. They check it again and said the diamond was replaced. My husband and I had to point out where the missing diamond was. They agreed that the diamond was still missing. They said it was their fault and I would have the ring back by the end of the week. 6/7. The return date on my receipt is 6/9. I've been in contact with them and it's a different story everytime.

Barb told me I would have the ring back by 7/5. I called 7/5 and they changed the date to 7/9. I called today and they claim it was shipped out 7/9 and I should have it by the end of the week.

I have offered to pick up the ring myself, but they won't tell me where it is. I called their customer service number and she said the ring is in Akron, Ohio. It has been a unacceptable amount of time. I want my ring back and I expect to be compensated for the time I have not had my ring.

I ordered a ~$2500 ring from Zales.com about 6 weeks ago. It showed as available online but was placed on backorder because Zales cannot manage inventory control. In our digital age, real-time inventory control with a major corporation should be a given, not a first-come-first served “race” among customers involving an antiquated 1-2 day processing scheme.

I called a couple of weeks ago and was assured the item would be delivered. My 25th Wedding Anniversary came and went, and I still waited. (Yes, it did not arrive in time for my Silver Wedding anniversary, but I was told it would be sent). The shipping status changed to “In Progress”, so I was getting hopeful it would arrive soon. Today, the order was canceled by Zales. No prior warning, No alternative offered. The item was simply canceled, with Zales claiming to “apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. My zales credit card was stolen and after we cancelled it, we called the company to request a new card since you have to have the physical card in order to make an online payment. It has been more than a month and they still have not sent the replacement card so I still cannot make an online account payment. After a hard day of defending my country, I tried to call the company to make a phone payment and although they claim to be open until 9pm CT, they were already closed at 7pm CT.
