Youth Renu Reviews

My wife was taken in by this company, I went to the site and tried to find the terms and conditions, there is no link to them. when I tried to click to order every single link on the page sends you to a similar site but its a different product. Its the same type of product, its simply relabled. They refunded 35 % but thats all of the two charges of $89.97 and $85.97 for two tiny little bottles. this is exceptionally deceptive marketing and the product is the same as ageless beauty serum and pure radiance as well as simple beauty. all of these products are the same thing just relabled. The youth renu site is now sending you to Pure Radiance, earlier today when you clicked any of the buy now buttons it sent you to simple beauty. This is obvious fraud.

Youth Renu has charged my account on 7 occasion and I have only received there products once. It started as. Trial of eye and skin cream.

*Youth renu eye and skin was ordered by me on a trial . The first charge to me account (5.97) (.99), (4.97) then 89.97) 85.97 the most recent 94.97and 9194 . I cancel the subscription but they still charge my account. Called today 7/17/17 was transferred to a supervisor before I could finishing explaining to Bryan that I had cancel the subscription but the company was still taking money from my account. Talked with Matt the supervisor he accused me of not paying my bill and not wanting to pay for what I receive. I informed him that I don't steal nor do I not pay my bills . That this company has already received my payment with me receiving any products he offer to send me products, offer to reduce the product as much as 75% I told him NO I need 100% of my money put back into my account. With all of the complaints this company need to be closed down. I will report to the BBB and will be looking into legal actions*

Youth Renu skin cream and Youth Renu Eye cream offered free sample trial on the internet and I paid shipping fee of $4.97 and $5.97. When I found out that my credit card was charged $89.97 for skin cream with the bottle contained only 30 ml while the youth renu eye cream charged me $85.97 and the tiny bottle contained only 15 ml.

I called youth Renu right away at 888-422-7521 and I told them that I did not authorized them to charged my credit card with that such big amount and I told them what I received is just sample and a very tiny item. I told them I am NOT satisfied with their products they sent me and I did not agree to pay those big amount.

The very RUDE customer service is not helpful at all and does not want to give me any refund. I asked the assistance of my credit card company and I told them the situation. My credit card company from specialist relations spoke with the rude customer service from Renu and we have 3 way conversations and we asked to at least give me half of refund but sadly, I cannot get any refund at all.

Youth Renu skin cream and eye cream offer online is VERY DECEPTIVE and they did not disclosed the real amount that they will charged your financial account. What a BIG RIP OFF !!! I am very disappointed. I am NOT satisfied with their product at all nor their service. WORST customer service ever....

I ordered Renu face and eye cream. I was to be charged $4.95 and $5.95. When I got my bank statement they had charged me $85 and $89. Riped me off and I'm very angry.

I clicked on an ad for Youth Renu when I was at another website. It took me to a page where I could order a trail size for $4.95. There was absolutely nothing on the website about signing up for auto delivery. I would not have made the purchase if there was. I received the product and then received an e-mail 2 weeks later saying that my auto dlievery shipped. I contacted them using the information in the mail and was greeted by a very rude customer service person when I asked why I was being shipped another jar of the product. He insisted that I had approved auto deliver. I told him I had not and would be returning the product. He adamantly said there were no returns since I approved auto delivery and I would be charged $94. for the jar they shipped. I told him to cancel my order and he said he did and I received an e-mail confirmation. That was a month ago and I haven't heard from them since. When I search the web for their website, at the time I did find one at youthrenu.com that did have a disclaimer about auto delivery. But that is not the site that I ordered from. When I search for them today that site doesn't exist. These people are scamming people $90. at a time. I'm just hoping I don't get more charges from them and am hoping they can be stopped.

I was looking at an ad on Facebook for a trial of a skin cream for $4.95, Youth Renu.

when I pressed yes for the sample, all kinds of other products popped up, but I didnt choose anything.

It seemed weird, so I called my credit card company and the representative knew about this scam.

When you order the sampe, it sets you up on a monthly program, and charges random charges for products.

The credit card company closed that card bc this is a known scam.

However, somehow, YouthRenu charged my new card, with a new number, that I had not even activated.

The customer service people lie. I am going to call the police bc they charged almost $300 and ran my card over the limit. I am not sure why these people arent all under arrest. When you call, they say you should have read the terms, but there arent any. Very rude customer DIS-service people.

Also, each charge has a different phone number on my credit card statement.

It is stealing, plain and simple.

When I saw this offer I signed up for the Free trial - only pay the $4.95 shipping.

I was careful to make sure that would all I would be charged.

2 weeks later my bank account was charged full price for the product. am in the middle of disputing it right now.

I did check carefully to make sure I was only receiving a free trial..... not.....

this type of scam sould not be allowed on line/internet/facebook.

Youth RENU offered a 14 day supply free trial of their Face Cream and Ageless Eye Recovery. They requested a credit card to pay for shipping. Shipping was charged to my credit card through 2 separate transactions under 2 company names: AGELESSSKINAID and EnhanceEye. Both products arrived in 1 box. On day 14 I am being charged $89.97 from AGELESSSKINAID and 85.97 from EnhanceEye. I called and was told that since I did not call to cancel my order by yesterday (day 13), I am being charged for this originally adversited "free" product. When I told them I wanted to cancel my membership, I was asked if I wanted the product for a 50% discount. I was told that each of these charges were for the product that was already sent to me, which was originally represented as a free trial. I canceled all orders and was hung up twice. I got confirmation of the cancellation via email and even thought is day 14 of my trial they refuse to give me a refund. Finally I got through a supervisor who aside from being absolutely rude told me that the best they can do is give me a courtesy refund of 35% of the charges and that if I did not agree with that, he was going to keep my account open and continue to charge me these fees on a monthly basis. Now I see a new charge on my account and got an email saying they processed my new order which I never placed!! They are absolutely shaddy, don't release the required information but hide it at the very bottomo in a link of terms and conditions. Even the email receipts do not show data on any charges or autorenewals. Total Scam!

I ordered a sample of Yourh Renu. Was asked if I wanted it continued & I answered no. In about 3 weeks received another jar of the product & amount was deducted from my account, I think of $90.00. I can't verify it at the moment.

Youth Renu offered a trial of their eye and face cream. If you don't call within 14 days to cancel, you will be charge full price for the next order. I received both again and was charged $186.88. I wasn't going to order again as I didn't like the product.

When I called the number on the product, the customer service rep told me that since I didn't call within 14 days, I had to pay the full price, but she would discount my future purchases by first, 20% and then 50% and when I told her I wasn't interested as I didn't like the product, she discounted to 75%.

I went online to see where the "agreement" was that states I agree to call within 14 days to cancel. It was hard to find as it was in tiny font near the bottom.

The third party customer service company they are using are absolutely no help. You have no other options to seek help.

On April 17, 2017 I responded to and internet offer of free sample for puffy eye reducer cream from Youth Renu with a $4.97 charge for shipping. I recevied the product and started using it. It did not perform as advertised and did not reduce the puffiness.

On May 1, 2017 while reviewing my online bank statement I found a pending charge for $89.97 from Youth Renu. I immediately called the number on the statement for the company of 888-853-3479. Spoke with a woman named Candice. I told her I did not order any more of the product and certainly did not authorize any further charges to my credit card. She told me that I had enrolled to receive the cream and agreed to the monthly charge when I ordered the sample. I told her no I did not, and she informed me that I did not respond within the timeframe to decline that was supposedly on the website when I ordered the sample.

After going back and forth disagreeing on the charge, she told me that she could cancel my enrollment and refund only a 50% amount to my credit card. I releuctanly agreed to the 50% and was told I would receive an email within the week confirming that I canceled any further shipments and the 50% refunded would take a couple of weeks.

Needless to say I have not received any email confirmation as of this date nor recevied the 50% refund of the amount charged.

  • May 12, 2017

I tried the free trial for 14 days, and of course it was too good to be true, the product did not work and almost $400 later, because I forgot to cancel I have a product that I cannot return that does nothing and I am out the money.

YOUTH RENU gets you to purchase their Skin Cream and Eye Cream for $4.97 and $5.97 Upon ordering and giving your

credit card number, you are not advised ot informed that this is a Trial or what that means. It means that they will charge your card $85 and $89 in 14 days. It is not disclosed and is deceptive advertising. Report to BBB and Attorney General.

Dispute with your bank and have you bank card or credit card number changed. It's such an inconvenience. Calling Customer Service will not get you anywhere with Youth Renu. Buyer Beware

  • May 5, 2017

This company has multiple websites. The website that I ordered my product from did not say anything about a free trial. The company eventually charge my credit card $89, and would not offer me a refund.

  • May 4, 2017

Saw online a video of a miracle eye cream, thought I would give it a try. Trial version, pay "shipping and handling only"

unfortunately several charges later, I realize they are charging me for something I never received.

Disputed my charges with card, only to find out they just added the charges back. No where on the order did it say I was

agreeing to an auto-delivery of anything. I've participated in those before, followed the guidelines, no problem. I would

have taken the steps to cancel immediatly had I known. Very misleading. I am in the process of trying to cancel whatever it is I signed up for. Someone needs to put a stop to this. It has to be hurting their business. Who knows, more people might actually like their products if they were clear about what exactly you are signing up for.

Should have figured it out, when I was first looking at it, I believe it was advertised as something completely different (name wise) than when you got to the actual odering. Will try to update when I hear back from them.

These people have been stealing money from my account since last year. I have contacted them and I have in writing that they would stop sending me supplies and charging my account over 160 a month! The continue to charge this. In January they charge me twice, which is $320.

I cannot afford this, I am not working and disabled as they know. They continue to do this and I am not freezing my card.

I intentially looked in the free trial for information on reoccurring charges or shipments and did not seen any such notice. I never agreed to these shipments and yet they are charging me and shipping this.

They need legal action taken!

I need help to get my money back!

youth Renu

This company is a sham. As the other comment - ordered the FREE trial for shipping only. Credit card billed $85 and $89. Utter nonsense. ALL of the contact numbers listed belong to various "call centers." Unable to find a number or good address of the actual company anywhere.

I got these trial size for the eye care and face cream from Youth Renew on Jan28th; my credit card was charged on F2b 5th for $85 on the Youth eye and $89 for the face cream. I thought I have at least 30 days to try on today on 2/22 I called for customer service they stated that once the products has been openned and used there is no refund nor any partial credit. They said the term and conditions is listed at the bottome of 2 1/2 pages and I should have read it before calling to for the trial. Very disappointed!!!
