I ordered the left and right side car organizer to fit between my seats. The photo showed a pop-up drink holder, change holder, and room for tissues. They sent two rediculous pouches that fall between my seats and the console. The pouch is about 1/2" wide and useless. They said i should have paid more attention to my cart. Instead of the photo of what i selected to purchase, they switched to a micro-photo of these pouches; that switched my order.

When requesting a refund, they also only offer to refund 20% of the value. They claim it will cost customers more than $20 US dollars to ship it back to them despite the fact that customers only paid $5.99 in shipping. This bogus company is from China, but the return address on the mailing label on the package is from a location in the US (e.g. Jamaica, NY). They tell customers not to use that address because that isn't their return address. They have to e-mail the address to customers. Customers can only communicate with them via e-mail and they never get the return address or a refund. They pretend that they will help customers by asking for a picture of the merchandise ordered and a picture of the tracking and SKU numbers. In the end, the customers get the run around, are stuck with poor quality merchandise and are scammed out of their money.

You have to contact with in 3 days for return/refund i did so in less then 24, an today get a msg saying shipping back would cost too much they will give me 30% back am i satisfied?
