Obviously I am not alone in dealing with this company I have come to find out. So all we can do is band together and keep trying to get them to change their unscrupulous business practices. I have the same issues as everyone else. The company takes your money instantly upon placing your order. Gives you a 4 week ship date. Then states a disclaimer it could take 8 weeks. And when 8 weeks comes and goes they stop communicating. Of course there are no refunds allowed since these products THAT THEY AREN'T MAKING FOR US are custom. I sent this note to Jen Watts:

I placed an order for a Color Shifter Tenor Kick Pad on April 6, 2019. They gave me a 6-8 week production time.

As of January 1, 2021 I have not received my product. I have over 40 emails sent. I have complained to the Better Business Bureau three times. I have complained to the Attorney General in CA and my own state. I have reported to the Federal Trade Commission.

This company has recently emptied their warehouse in CA and moved to WA, address unknown.

I have a facebook page with 65 members who have also paid for products from Xymox that have yet to be delivered.

This company is still advertising on Instagram. They do not allow negative comments to be seen. They are running sales and taking people's money but not delivering product.

Where to begin. I ordered two sets of tenor practice pads and two sets of drum sticks from Xymox on December 3rd, 2017. What an idiot I was for not checking the company reviews before ordering.

It is now April 30, 2018 and the order is still not delivered. I received one of the tenor pads in late February 2018, but am still waiting on the other. Dont bother calling to get a status update. Not even sure the phones ring to their offices.

Melissa is the customer service rep that I have dealt with who has been prompt in replying back to me, however, each time with some sob story about delayed suppliers, lost orders, misplaced components, etc. By about the ninth email and four months passing, it is pathetic the continual onslaught of excuses.

Xymox must have a series of canned excuse emails they send out too because I actually recieved one email twice - literally, exactly the same email twice.

So - save yourself some time and money and order a set of practice pads, drum sticks, or anything else that Xymox may sell from a reputable dealer that actually delivers on their promise because the only thing that Xymox is prompt at doing is charging your credit card immediately and in full for your order.

Ordered full tenor pad on 12/1/2017...4.5 months later still no pad. Lie after lie after lie from them. The excuses stack up. Liar liar pants on fire Xymox. Just remember Xymox what goes around comes around. What you give out comes back to you, and you’ve got a lot coming your way.
