I order a product from this company in march 17,2017 I have tried several times.to email and call With no response ,they took my money I never received the products and have bee email them For 8 months I have the confirmation email from them with the order number every time I try To go to there website or call the number I get no reply

I ordered a rolling knife about 3 months ago, never came, emailed the company thet kept saying it was shipped, It was never shipped. They emailed me at first. then stopped all together, never received the knife, but they got their money.

I asked for a refund and received no response.

I ordered a waist trainer online from Xpressary three months ago; did not get a confirmation number. I emailed them again a month or so later and they said they would email me when the order was shipping. I have not received the product and emailed them again a few weeks ago. Now, they do not answer the email at all. Want my money back.

I purchased two shirts from Xpressary in the begining of March. I paid about $50 and didn't receive it with the rush order extra shipping fee that I paid a week later when I was suppose to receive it. I contacted them and they said that it would arrive the following week. This went on and on and on for several months. They kept saying that they see that my order has been processed but still I never received my products and it is now the end of June. I asked for a refund and/or a tracking number. They have now ignored all of my emails and have not helped me no matter how many times I try to reach them. I gave them the order number, etc and they refused to help me. Now, the website says temporarily offline and that it will be back soon. This company takes people's money and doesn't provide the products that you purchased. I have tried calling too but this ghetto sounding lady answers and says that I have the wrong number. Don't ever buy from this company.. if it is even one.

They're terrible people. Just a scam company. I hope this company and all of these people get in serious trouble. Looks like multiple people have been ripped off by them as well.

I ordered a waist trainer in March. April 9th i emailed them letting them know i did not recieve it. I was told there was a mix up at the warehouse and that it was shipped and i would recieve it. Then May come along and i still did not recieve it i again emailed them and was told i should recieve it by the end of the week. It never came when i emailed them june 9th saying i want a refund no one got back to me. All i want is my 31.00 back.

On March 13, 2017, I purchased Xpressary sauna wasit from Facebook from my debit card. I was told it takes about 7 to 8 weeks before the products arrives. This is the conversation:

5/17/17-Good Afternoon,

I'm checking on the status of my order that was placed on March 13, 2017 in the amount of $43.86. Also, could you give me my order number? Thank you for assisting me in this matter.

5/148/17-I show that your order was already shipped and you should be receiving that any day now. Give it until Next Friday and if it is not in yet let me know so I can put a trace on your order and reship if need be. Sorry about the delay. Thanks so much for your order. 6/12/17-Good morning. I have no other conclusion at this moment as to why I haven't received my product as of June 12, 2017, but to say that this is not legit. I have been very patient. My options at this moment is to request a refund or re-order the product (which would probably take another 3-4 months to receive) which I doubt at this moment I will receive, not to mention my refund. I am sure I am not the only one who has been duped. I tried to go to the website, guess what, it's down. It's a shame and sad that this has happened. If I am incorrect about this company, my apologies.

On Monday, June 12, I went on the website, its gone. I have not received a response as of today June 14, 2017.

My name is yonkella burney I place an order with expressary in febuary 2017 and expressary took my money off my card which was $ 42.00 and I never receive my pants. so i sent alot of emails to expressay, the last email i got from expressay was on 5/18/17 this guy name ray email me and said he show that my order was already shipped and i should be receiving it any day now. ray told me to give it until next friday and if it is not in let him know so he can put a trace on my order and reship if need be. ray said he was sorry about the delay. ray said thanks so much for your order. ray said sorry about this delay in shipping. ray in customer service. I done said some more emails now they want even respond back. If I have to take them to court I will. please don't order anyhing from expressay they will take your money. that's bad business.

Xpressary is a joke. I ordered the sauna workout tank top in February, i have sent several emails and asked for tracking numbers. They keep saying it shipped, willl not provide a tracking number. These people are criminals save your money.

Xpressary was advertising an "Amazing Roller Knife" on facebook, I ordered one on March 21, 2017 and paid with a credit card, recieved a confirmation notice stating they would contact me when it was sent, never heard from them.

I emailed them on the email address that they sent my confirmation from on June 1, 2017, I was assured it had been shipped.

June 8, 2017, still have not received, I emailed once again requesting a refund of my money. No response yet.

I placed an order online March 20, 2017 and my money was taken from my account on March 22, 2017 for $24.90. I ordered a waist trainer top and was told there was an error in the warehouse and that he would check on my order and email me the tracking number. I have called to no avail and sent numerous emails trying to find out where my order is. I STILL have NOT received ANYTHING.!! I am frustrated and beyond irritated with the way this "company" conducts business... they took my money and had no intention to send my order. I want money back

On March 13, I placed and order for a Neoprene Sauna Waist Trainer. $24.90 was immediatley taken for the purchase of this item. $19.95 for the item and $4.95 for shipping. Message recived upon order was:

"Thank you for your purchase! Hi, we're getting your order ready to be shipped. We will notify you when it has been shipped."

March 21st no product delivered, so I made contact via email asking for the status and was told: "Thank you for contacting us! Please do not worry as your order will be shipped very shortly.We let all customers know upon checkout to expect there order to arrive within 3 weeks from purchase date. Your next email from us will be your tracking number.Please keep an eye out on your junk mail box too.Thank you for shopping with us! Can I help you with anything else at all?Thanks and have a great day!

April 9th still no deliver of product so I reached out again and received this message: "I found your order. There had been a mix up at the warehouse. I have it all set to be shipped out next week. I will email you the tracking number once the warehouse sends me the tracking information. I am very sorry for the mix up. If you have any further questions or concerns please email. Thanks again for your order! Shad in customer care."

April 21st still nothing, so I reach out again advising that wanted a refund to receive this information: "Your order has already been shipped. You should be receiving that soon. Thank you for your order and have a nice weekend." I sent another email asking for the tracking infornation and they stated, "Your order has been shipped. Once your order enters the US a tracking number is generated and emailed to you. Your order is on the way and you should have that very soon. Thank you for your business and sorry for the delay."

Today is June 4th and I have yet to recieve the product, the tracking information or my money back. My lesson was learned with this incident and I am glad that it not a larger amount of money they ripped me off for.

I have emailed them numerous times and they assure me that it is being sent. This is a scam. Do not let this happen to you. The money was taken out of my account and I have still never received the product. They have stopped communicating with me via email as well.

I Ordered the roller knife on March 20 2017 It is now May 21,2017. I Wrote an email on May 12 2017 to complain & at first it sounded legit. The reply said It was confirmed that it should arrive any day give it til Friday so I did this was the 19th IT DID NOT ARRIVE ! I write a 2nd continued message with the same complaint I got another response that the order had been confirmed that it should arrive any day to give it yet another week.I responded to that email only to get yet another very false sounding email to wait another week blah blah even after threatening to call the BBB I got the same response again. I ordered and paid for this product on Feb 26, never received a tracking number. First email I sent was March 12, response I received was that I would receive my order in three more weeks and they would credit my shipping of $4.95.

Again on April 11 I emailed that I still had not received my order or any tracking info, they responded that now the item was on back order and they would refund me 20% of the purchase price and ship as soon as available and they would provide tracking info.

On April 26th I again emailed that I had not received and they responded saying they had confirmation that the product shipped, still no tracking info, but that I would receive in 1-2 weeks, from Shad in customer service.

Yesterday May 11 I emailed again, stating I no longer wanted the product, that another two weeks had come and gone and I wanted a refund of all my money. They are now not responding at all, and this is almost three months to ship a tank top!

THE AMAZING ROLLER KNIFE March 10th, and never received it. It is supposed to ship within 3 weeks of the order. Everytime I try to contact them they would say it was shipping soon. Now they have stopped responding. I called the number on the website and it goes to message and you are to leave a message.

They have deposited my money but 2 months later I still havent received the cutter.

On March 14, 2017 I ordered shapewear(sauna waist trainer) to use while I work out. My order was $23.91. They have taken my money and though I have contacted them several times, the item has not been shipped nor will they refund me.

In my last email to them, I stated I am no longer interested in the item but they told me I have to wait to receive it and then I can get a full refund.???? That was over two weeks ago and still nothing. I have tried calling their telephone number and have to leave messages each time, no one calls me back. I am very dissatisfied and at this point just want my money back.
