They said first time my engine have no problem when I took it to them now I they r returning my truck with bigger issue cost over $25000 and they refusing to even give it to me back same like I bring it working engine , jane lew
My truck was broke down on the road and that's was because small electric issue the engine was running fine but the truck wasn't move I tow the truck to World wide equipment and after they checked out and saw my engine turning and you can idle it fine they told me they sure it's electric issue but we going to take the ECM off (the computer ) and replace it with another one from another truck damge they have it at the yard than they told me still the issue present that's mean my ECM is good Next day they told me the truck are fix and we did road test and everything is good I ask them what was the problem , but I didn't get the answer they just charge me $800 and I said no problem as long is my truck fix After 1 mile the truck was overheat and shut off !!!! I called them back and they tow it back to the shop and after few days they told me,, the engine are not working at all and not evening turn or idle and we not responsible for it ,,???!!! I went to speak with the manger and the owner and after long conversation they ask me to give them more days to educate more about the engine and find out why it's not turning Than they called me and told me your truck need new engine it's blow I said but I didn't bring the engine to you like that , and you guys checked it out and told me there is nothing wrong with my engine first time So I ask them What you did with my truck to cause to be overheat like that and blow my engine Off course they want take they hand off and keeping saying we didn't touch your engine and now they ignoring to even my call but my truck are still there at they shop.
