World Car Nissan Reviews

I just need to put it out there that World Car Nissan Hyundai is trying to pull another fast one over me!! My neighbors as well!! First off, how can any of this be legal when clearly they contradict themselves on their flier/invitation??!! I mean I'm not stupid and get the whole, you have to read fine print thing. Blah blah blah, have to read fine print. Ok so first scam awhile back that they got me on because it was nothing but straight lies to my face on the phone. They tricked me to come in and I ended up walking out after finding out it really was a scam. But now again!!?? Are you serious??!! And then all my neighbors have the same preferred customer invitation with all the same winning pull tabs??!! And of course when you follow all directions on invitation for the game, it still never once tells you to read fine print for "correct" details. Because of course they are trying to get you to come in, hoping to sell you a car and a dream to go in the backseat!! So everything is pretty much saying your a winner, call this number and enter confirmation code and then just come in to claim your prize.

Ha!! Wow sounds so easy and makes you really want to come in. Uuummm can you say repetitive mind control games??!! Oh and it's a stupid computer that you talk to that sounds like it's about to break down. So right there it should tell you No Way Jose!! And if they'd actually just note on the side you play the game. See inside for complete game details then nobody would have to waste their valuable time to go to the dealership just to be disappointed and given nothing or a 5$ Walmart gift card!! What a complete scam!!!! That's why they don't tell you anywhere to find and read game details because they know you wouldn't come in!! In the details it even says, dealer not responsible for misdirected prize piece??!! Oh and not responsible for typographical errors??!! I mean come on, every bit of these game details says it all and shows the dealership just covering their own butts so they can't get in trouble!! But yet we as consumers see and hear what they tell us about our so called winnings and are still wrong because we didn't read fine print regardless of everything we were just lied about?? How the heck does that work!!?? This just makes my head hurt because it's like a double negative!! No way to really win with anything and they still are allowed to send these scams to our homes every year??!! Sounds like we're all wasting our time, typing these long complaints just to vent and pray something gets done about this. Hahahahaha, these are the upper class type crooks that wake up, suit and tie and still believe they are doing the right thing. What, just because your not a thug running the streets??!! Hahahahahahahaha, these guys are the worst kind of crooks out here today!! Because they get away with it everyday and are allowed to!! So be aware of these endless scams from World Car Nissan Hyundai in San Antonio, tx off IH 35 people!!

If I could give "0" stars, I would. I learned the hard way that these criminals cannot be trusted. I received their "Money Carlo" promotion by mail on 05/30/2017, which stated that I had won a $5,000 prize. I called the dealership, advised them that I had no interest in purchasing a vehicle but wanted to confirm that I had, in fact, won the $5,000 prize--that I did not want to waste a trip to the dealership if I had not won the prize. The representative advised that "yes", I had won the prize but that she would need to schedule an appointment for me. She further advised that they would "probably cut [me] a check" when I present for the appointment. On 06/01/2017 I drove to World Car Nissan (I do not live close to the dealership) where I was advised that I had not, in fact, won the $5,000 prize but instead had won an opportunity to play a scratch-off game ticket. I left with only a $5 Walmart Gift Card.

Furious, I called the dealership back upon returning home and requested to speak with a sales manager. I was advised by a customer service representative that a sales manager was unavailable but would call me back. I expressed my concerns about the promotion to the representative and advised him that the fine print on the promotion is highly misleading and may constitute deceptive trade practice under both federal and state law. He responded, "I agree with you, sir. I'm on your side. It is a little bit of deception; we have to get peoples' attention." He further added that the staff "probably needed to be trained a little bit more, so everyone's on the same page" and that "several other people have called up here upset about this promotion." I received no return call from a sales manager but instead was forced to file complaints with the Texas Attorney General's office and with the Federal Trade Commission. I am currently seeking an attorney to represent me with this claim. On 06/02/2017 I called the dealership back and requested to speak with a sales manager. Initially, I spoke to sales manager Jason, who began arguing with me when I voiced my concerns about the promotion, stated "this call is now over", and hung up the phone on me. I called back and was then transferred to sales manager Ralph, who also began arguing with me. I advised Ralph that I would be seeing the dealership in court. Do NOT trust these people. They are blatant liars and even admit that they engage in deception "to get peoples' attention."
