While searching for a new car to buy I'm going online to online lending company and was directed to the legend AKA World Car North Kia Mazda dealership in San Antonio Texas the requirement of the online approval was did I only buy from this dealership and the vehicle that I wanted to buy they didn't authorize but they stated at the dealer and I would agree on a vehicle and that would be the one I can purchase after 3 weeks search of all the different used vehicles in their entire inventory across five different locations
I finally found a Nissan Versa SL price that 12,500 I was willing to buy after providing proof of income employment and necessary other financial information they submitted it and came back with a reply that I couldn't buy that vehicle that I wanted because there was a percentage to what it was worth to what it cost at the finance company said they wouldn't Finance but I could buy one of their other used vehicles to the one I finally found was a Nissan Versa s the base model no extra Anythink didn't have the navigation didn't have the cruise can I mean has cruise control it didn't have the satellite stereo it didn't have the internet connection to your smartphone there was a lot of things that did not have the new one and it was priced at 11600
so I got a call from the dealership stating that they approve that one and I could come down and take delivery on it and bring my deposit I did I came down and I drove it home last night after looking at the purchase agreement there was an additional $600 added on as a gap policy and then another 2500 added on for a extended service contract both of which are not required for the loan or to buy the vehicle and was added without my knowledge or agreement. After realizing that I had had the vehicle switched on me where I was giving a lower model with nothing extra on it for the exact same amount as I would have gotten the other model for they had everything on it I realized that I was baiting switched because now they're going to make more of a profit on what they got on the trade-in on this vehicle
cuz they were used cars versus the other one they would move them it has anything on the other one this one they made a lot more on. When I call the lender and verified with them that they never submitted me for the first vehicle to begin with the only submitted me for approval on the second one which I was approved and they never intended to sell me the SL to begin with that 12/5 it was strictly a bait-and-switch so they can make a bigger profit and I'm beginning to understand that that's what this company does so buyer beware of stay away from World Car World Car Kia World Car Mazda all the world cars save your sanity and your hard earned money. Ill be filing charges with the state and the Feds.
