I ordered the Wonderhear Aid for my partner and it took weeks to get to me in Australia. Ordered on 18/2/17, on the 5/3/17 I received an email stating my order had been transfered to a local post office for delivery with an invalid tracking number. I emailed the company again on the 12/3/17 to request where the order was as I had not received it and it arrived the next day the 13/3/17. My partner tried it and it was so full of static he couln't stand to use it so on the same day the 13/3/17 I emailed the company and told them it was faulty and I needed to return the product for a full refund. This is the response I got "I do appologise but at this time you are outside the 30 day money back guarantee for refunds." This was the response everytime I contacted them over and over again.

I ordered this online. When it came there were no instructions with it.

I tried to call but was put on hold because all representatives were helping other customers.

I was on hold for over an hour and I finally hung up.

Ordered Wonder hear hearing aid, then found reviews were bad so emailed and cancelled my order the same day. What was to be $39.95 ended up costing me $116nz dollars as they took the money from my account immediately! I cancelled my card and emailed them a number of times about my cancelling of the order but the just kept sending shipping confirmations. THESE PEOPLE ARE THICK! I ended up phoning and some rude b**** just kept telling me they had emailed and asked me to phone them! After arguing with her for 15 minutes and getting nowhere I hung up. They emailed again saying they hav refunded $41 dollars less the 30% restock fee! This place is such a scam! Hearing aid arrived today, no instructions and it's absolute CRAP! DO NOT BUY OFF THESE CON ARTISTS!

This company sells JUNK! Their product does not work. I have contacted customer support numerous times due to a lack of any instructions regarding the use of the product I received without any instructions. At first they promised instructions would be sent within 24 hours, but none were evr received. After at least 2 other phoned calls and 3 emails requesting instructions I received an email message with instructions for a product I did not receive. Again, I made a number of attempts to tell them they were sending information for the wrong product, a product they never sent to me. I even went so far as to send them photos of what I received only to receive an answer that was operating the wrong product. I would seriouisly advise against anyone doing business with this company since I even question the ability of anyone to even read English and am extremely doubtful if they even know what they are doing. Without any written instructions their product is a piece of crap!

I thought I was ordering a hearing aid for $39.95 but found out it was for a monthly subscription

Then they charged me for an upgrade to double strenth

final charge was for $58,85 which says it is for the wonder hearing aid.

Feel that the ad was totally misleading. Offered the hearing aid for $39.95 and then they add all the other charges. Got unit with no instructions, tried it but it didn't work. Need to have my money refunded.

I ordered the Wonderhear hearing aid. it was 39.98 and for another 20.00 you could get an enhanced one. I bought it. Arrived with no directions, no customer support and no return address. It did not work at all. It came with a charger, I charged it up and nothing worked.

Wonder Hearing aid. On receiving 2 x ordered hearing aids. One worked ok. The other did not.

On calling the help number. I reported the fact. I was informed. That another WEHA device would e sent ASAp.

I waited a month. No device. So I called again. and again and again and again. Over a period of two months.

It was obvious at the start. That the complaints department was another company. As I had to repeat everything that happened time after time. I kept being told that the complaint would be referred to upper management.

I was, at last, promised another device. Waited two weeks. No device.

It's a shame as the one device I did get is still working ok. I was prepared to buy another 12. To give away to friends.

Take a chance. But if it doesn't work. Don't expect your money back.

Auro Gold, Auro Liquid Gold is a **repackaging** and RENAMING of Adya Clarity.

They are the SAME product! Both are proposed miracle water purifying products with absurb claims of what they can do.

The claims state that this product can "NEUTRALIZE" Fluoride, Remove over 250 contaminates and all sorts of other ridiculous claims such as turning a $5 bottle of wine int an $80 bottle and turning your hot tub into a "hot Spring"....

Municipal Water Supplies also use Aluminum Sulfate but this is then filtered out... the people that are promoting and selling Auro Gold and Adya Clarity are stating that it's OK and SAFE to drink this accumulated sludge at the bottom of the bottle once it settles stating that it is no longer harmful. This should only be used in absolute emergency situations and not in everyday drinking water!

Even scarier... most people filtering their water are trying to stay away from heavy metals! Auro Gold and Adya Clarity have ALARMINGLY high levels of Aluminum and Iron which are not stated in levels on the label! See below:

http://www.naturalnews.com/036012_Adya_Clarity_FDA_lab_tests.html

These Scam artists are PREYING on people concerned with the purity of water they are drinking. They use "Truther Topics" to gain trust from their "Followers" and use this trust to sell a deceptive product. This product is NOT safe for consumption!

Please do some research and here are a few excellent sources:

http://www.naturalnews.com/034022_Adya_Clarity_Health_Canada.html

Imported as "battery acid"

One of the tips NaturalNews received on this story claims that Adya, Inc. was importing Adya Clarity under the description of "battery acid." I could hardly believe this was true, so I checked it out myself.

What I found was surprising but true: On the ImportGenius.com website, a query of "Adya Inc" from Coldwater, Michigan turns up numerous entries of imported materials from the SHIMANISHI KAKEN CO. in Japan to ADYA INC in Coldwater Michigan.

The contents of these shipments?

INORGANIC CHEMICALSHS CODE 3824 BATTERY FLUID ACID

Aluminum sulfate's use as a chemical flocculant

Aluminum sulfate, of course, has long been used in municipal water treatment facilitiesas a "chemical flocculant" or "coagulant." (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aluminium_sulfa...)

This is one of the observed properties of Adya Clarity -- when you pour it into a glass of dirty water, many of the impurities in the water coagulate and then, over 24 hours or so, they settle to the bottom of the container, leaving the water above these coagulants less polluted.

In municipal water treatment facilities, aluminum sulfate is often used for the same purpose in one stage of the water filtration process. But importantly, there is another stageafter that which REMOVES the coagulated metals and minerals so that they don't enter the water supply. No one in a water treatment facility would recommend you actually drinkthe coagulant!

Yet Adya Clarity implies this behavior on its label, where it says you add Adya Clarity to water and then "enjoy the crisp, clean taste of Adya Clarity water," without mentioning that you should never drink the coagulated gunk in the bottom of the glass.

Adya Clarity also sold as "black mica extract" and "ionic minerals"

Be aware that Adya Clarity has also been sold as "black mica extract." In addition, it is sometimes marketed as the following:

• ionic minerals

• mica water

• magnetic minerals

This does not mean that other products marketed as "ionic minerals" are somehow bad for you, by the way. This solely refers to Adya's product being described or marketed as "ionic minerals" or "mica water."

  • Apr 12, 2017

I orered the hearing aid for $39.95 as advertised. Was asked to upgrade and I declined. Received billing and 2 additioonal charges for $58 and $19 were added. Calls and loud verbal arguments resulting in the charges being removed.

Received the item and there was no instruction on use. Calls to customer service resulted in no satisfaction. Employees has such accents could not understand. Was told there was no instructions by one and they were on the web by another but could not locate. I kept asking for a supervisor or technical person that could help me and they would not and hung up on me.

I was searching for instruction on the web and came across the same exact new hearing aids on ebay for $11.95. This definitely is a ripoff I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB.

They advertise that the hearing aids are state of the art when in reality they are junk.

They make multiple charges to your credit card. I cancelled mine.

There is very little they will do to address your complaints. They will not refund your money. Sales are final.

They are parasites.

  • Mar 14, 2017

I ordered a Hearing Aid from this company, That works like junk, so much static, that you cant hear a thing. Figured I wasted my money. Then today..I get another one in the mail....Cant find a web site, or a way to contact them, to return either of them.

  • Mar 9, 2017

I called the company after checking my bank account and found a charge for $58.85 Once I got someone in the line I was put and hold a couple times for a long time each...for the person who tell me they he couldn't find an order with my email address...then I provided my mailing address and he then said my order had shipped just 5 days ago and that I was supposed to have it already...still I had no idea what I ordered and for what. My hearing is perfect now... When I asked for a refund they told me I was over my 30 day refund policy and that my account was frozen...what???? Anyway I asked to speak with a supervisor, I got one with a thick accent, who said she didn't know how the order delayed so much and couldn't issue a refund because she had no idea what her bank was... If the supervisor doesn't know who their bank is, what kind of people this company hire or even worse what kind of company is this???

  • Mar 7, 2017

They charged my credit card twice, once for $80.51 and again for $25.51. When I called them about it, the guy told me that they had only charged $59.95 and $8.95 and $19.00. When I told him that I wanted to know why the charge of $80.51 was on my card, he hung up on me!!!!

  • Feb 22, 2017

Company is suppose to give 30 days money back guarantee. What they don'the tell you is that this starts day you order. My order did not come in until 2 weeks after order. Box with hearing aids had no paper work, instructions or invoice. I am not use too Internet so took me awhile to find their phone number. I tried to get address to send them back. They would not give me address. I was told instructions were on line. Could not find them. I was told it was over 30 days. Person named Amy was very rude . All but told me to live with it. Would not give me phone number for main office. Would not give me address to mail complaint to. I wish I had a way to let people know how they are ripping people off. These hearing aid are not what they said they were. They are so large rhea won'the fit in my ear. This has really up set me. I will probably not order anything else on line.

  • Feb 10, 2017

On January 13, 2017 I recieved a hearing aid from Wonder Hearing aid I had purchased thru the internet. I purchased this from an add on Facebook listing a hearing aid (amplifier) for $19.95 special deal. I ordered one on line. When I looked at my credit card history, the $19.95 listing was their plus an upgrade for $58.85.

When purchasing this unit, I recall nothing about an upgrade or a final bill of almost $80.00. they also sold me some type of buying service for $5.00 a month that i did not request. I called the company and they cancelled this part of the purchase.

I started using the unit of Jan. 14 and it worked as I expected for a hearing amplifier. Then on Mon. January 6, the unit started squeeling when I turned it on. It had not done this before unless the mic was too close to the speaker. I tried ever poition and it still squeeled. The next day, I tried it again with same results. I have a temporary hearing problem so I had my wife call the company and they said it should not do that and there was not warranty.

I admit I had not read the terms and conditions. And apparently there is not warranty, which I can accept. Although that is a poor way for a company to do business and I would never recommend them to anyone.

The main complaint is why was I charged an upgrade fee. I am sure they slipped it in when filling out the order for the unit, but I was never given a final cost before I hit submit, which should be illegal.

  • Feb 17, 2017

I purchased a hearing aid, received 3 Invoices within a few minutes of putting the order in. Tried to send an email back to the address on the invoice as well as their recommended invoice. One invoice was for $8.95 for a monthly subscription, tried to cancel it before it came off my account but was billed nonetheless. Tried to phone US but appears to be a bogus number, BWare. Not sure if i will get the product or not says i should get it within 6 days. As mentioned tried to cancel immediately when

I purchased a hearing aid last night, immediately i was sent 3 Invoices and the shipping was supposed to be free. I also saw an invoice for a monthly fee of $8.95 which i had not signed up for as i deliberately pushed the NO button. Tried sending them an email to the address on the Invoice (although they said sent to another email addresses which I also did), no response and yet it says open 24 hours 7 days a week. I tried to ring from NZ but only got a engaged type line or in NZ it means it is disconnected. Not sure if the hearing aid will arrive as they say up to the 20th Feb. My main concern is this $8.95 which is supposed to be a monthly cost.

I think i have been scammed and need to get to the bank immediately

Placed order ($39.95) on 02.08.17 for Wonder Hearing Aid. Source for the purchase was online. Within 6-hours of placing the order, I received three separate order confirmations for a total of $86.80. Called the number provided on the order(s) confirmation and after 2-hours of "busy" signals, tried the following: [email protected], which was bogus listing and all emails bounced back. This is the customer support address listed on the confirmation. I have contacted my bank to have the transactions cancelled and not to accept future billings. Strongly recommend not doing business with this company.

Wonder Hear Hearing Aid says it's $39.95.When you are billed it is $89.95.They say the sent you a better one that you never asked for. Box has no instructions .Works for one day and stops working. No help from company

Total rip off.And no refunds.Police need to close them down..

  • Feb 1, 2017

I purchased two hearing aids and an upgeade package for each. The aids don't fit. The ear bud will not stay in my ear. The control unit hangs down below my ear. All I hear is static. If I lower the volume to stop he static, I can't hear. Bottom line is they are junk and I've been ripped off. So far every method I've used to contact them has failed. I want my money back! I wound up using a different credit card fir each aid since the second purchase was denied by chase.

  • Jan 28, 2017

Ordered Wonder Hearing aid and was quoted a price of $39. , but was charged $58. in reality.

  • Jan 21, 2017

Does not work! No instructions.no contact number.overcharged. criminals.

  • Jan 17, 2017

It has been over 6 weeks since I ordered the "upgraded" version. To begin with the original version was advertised as $19.95. I ordered the upgrade but no price for same was given. Two separate charges were taken from my debit card. When I called the CS# I was told that the added $59.95 was the cost of the ORIGINAL version and the $19.95 was the UPcharge. I was told the item was in shipping. That was prior to Christmas; it is now mid-January and no product received as of yet. Email and phone calls are runarounds, product is non-existent, and this is just a ripoff of limited income seniors like me.

I placed an order on the internet on 11/22/16 to Wonder Hearing Aid. They shipped the order on 12/4/16, I received it on or about 12/10/16. I decided to return it with the package not opened, on 12/17/16, and I called them t get the mailing address, during the conversation I was told to send it back, but he didn't have return aurthorization number at time,he told me he would email it me soon. so I sent it back 12/21/16 without return #. Then I got another email saying they would not honor theier 30 day warranty because order was placed 11/22/16 therfore it over 30days. I argued I didn't have the product 30 days I only had 6 days. They said theire company policy was 30 days from the time the order was placed, not when it was shiped.

  • Dec 23, 2016

This product is worthless and the company does not stand behind it. After researching them further the supposed reviews on their site (www.wonderhearingaid.com) and two supposed review sites www.supplementpolice.com and www.supplementdoctor.com are clearly bogus. None of the sites provide a way for customers to enter reviews.

There was nothing on the packaging I received to indicate it was the upgraded version I paid for. While the hearing aid arrived promptly, it generates so much static that any amplification is drowned out by the noise. I tested it at all possible settings in multiple sound environments. When I complained to the company they responded that there is no money back guarantee.

I placed a phone order for a hearing aid off an Intenet ad and my credit card was charged. After three weeks I inquired about the order and was told there was no record of the transaction.
