Wireless Workshop Reviews

  • Nov 7, 2015

I honestly don't want to go through the whole ordeal, but please keep in mind I went throught this with Wireless Workshop a few times.

I try to avoid using their customer support chat as much as possible because they are worse than Comcast customer support (I used to work there lol).

Their services consist of unlocking and flashing. In this case I was unlocking a Note 5 from Sprint for a customer of mine, (I own a cell phone store btw). I was having trouble getting some settings to work. After a lot of research I decided I had to contact them.

First of all, they are cut with you. They give me a solution but expect me to know exactly what to do. "Reinstall the firmware" they said. I had like 3 different files from them.

In the end, i spoke with one rep, but he told me they close at 7:30 pm sharp and he's going to need to log off... ok, I guess. The next day I needed more help so I contact chat support, the first guy "Stoner" does not answer me for about 15 minutes after a response I gave him, and finally I am transferred without warning.

Obviously he did not like me. The guy I'm transferred also failed at helping me. He disconnected the chat after he sent a message and I didn't reply within a minute.

Before this I had asked for a refund or credit. The unlocking was not successful. But they he said "No, I'm not crediting you anything".

Like I said, I went through this ordeal several times with them. I just need to express my customer opinion of them so other won't have to deal with their outstanding customer support.

Frustration half vented.
