winehouserealty.com, phone Number 347-208-9343, operates as an unlicensed apartment sharing agent, takes an advance fee from housing seekers and then they provide you with a list of apartments or rooms that are old and outdated, usually rented months ago.
I know someone who worked at the winehouserealty.com office in Manhattan, and that office has a web scraper program that goes to other websites such as backpage.com, craigslist.org, etc., and the program copies the apartment and room listings from the target websites, and loads the Data into the winehouserealty.com database.
Total Scam, do not give these scammers your money $$$$$$. Stay away from winehouserealty.com it’s simply a consumer fraud that operates in cyberspace, so once you get RIPPED OFF, you can’t go get them!

Took an upfront fee of $129.99 and gave me 1 report of listings that were rented out months prior or just non existent. Claims to have this huge database but all it does is give us a list of properties that are already rented out by using realtors reports of successful rentals sold out Total scam,no answers to numerous calls and emails, changes name often which is the clearest sign to stay away, unfortunately I fell into this as I was in need of an apartment asap. Better off paying a broker fee in person to an actual person/company maybe? At least you have some recourse if anything like this happens
