Alright!!! if you are ready to experience one of the most frustrating events in your life, well step right up and throw your money down this fraud vacuum called wigsis. Not only do they fail miserably to deliver any product as described on their website, they also have an extremely effective way to refuse returns and refunds even though their policy allows for these issues Albeit with very specific guidelines). These little devils have tapped into a world wide market, via the internet. Through intentionally fraudulent product descriptions and photos of models with their own heads of hair, a potential buyer gets lured in to the fantasy product advertised enough to send money to china never to be seen again. Story after story of the unethical and fraudulent business practices can be found at multiple consumer websites across the globe, focusing mainly on the us, uk and australia. While these thieves have swindled me to the meager sum of $249, their consistent practices to keep any consumer from actually being able to return an item due to dissatisfaction for refund must have their pockets bulging at the seams. I have been emailing daily for over a month wanting to return for refund a thin-haired, synthetic, and totally disapointing little rag with no foreseeable chance of ever getting my money despite their own posted advertisement, policies and guidelines. I will look for any legal way possible to try and make these bottom dwellers pay one way or another. If you have had a negative experience with this company please post about it as often as you can. I would love to get a class action together to take these scammers out for good!

Remy wig

Wig I received was not what I ordered. Went back and forth with them. Filed a claim with paypal and pay pal went with them. I cannot believe paypal would award them the right of me not returning the wig. I am really disappointed with paypal. With all the bad reviews I have seen after the fact of me ordering a wig from them.

I ordered a Remy Human hair WIg from Wigsis.com. It looked beautiful on line and I had ordered wigs from other online stores and had always received quality prodcts. Not this time. When it arrived I knew immediately it was a synthetic wig and not Human hair. And the color was almost pink rather than auburn. I took it to a local wig shop that only sells synthetic wigs. They confirmed that not only was it synthetic but a very cheaply made synthetic wig.

I returned home and immediately emailed them demanding that I recieve a refund and asking for their address to send it back. Two different people began emailing me. Obviously not knowing that the other was handling the complaint. After several days of getting nowhere except emails saying we will give you 10 percent back and a 50.00 coupon toward your next order, (like i would EVER order from them again) I finally filed a paypal complaint. The one lady that was writing told me i had received a beautiful human hair wig and that it would cost them and me greatly to refund it as I would have to pay to have it shipped back. I told them I would not pay to have it shipped back that i had paid to have it shipped to me and they had sent me the wrong product. That is what I believed at first. I thought it was a mistake since they sold both Human hair and synthetic wigs. Finally the one lady admitted it was synthetic, but that it was a good quality wig and that most customers are so pleased that they either dont mind that its not human hair or they cant tell the difference. She then apologized for my disliking their product and told me the highest they would go would be 50% refund, a 50.00 coupon and I would have to pay shipping to send it back to china. Which by the way cost $35.00.

I began researching this company and found a page on google when tons of woman had experienced the same thing and the responses they recieved were identical to mine.

Finally Paypal ruled on my behalf but I did have to pay to have it shipped. I waited two weeks after the post office confirmed the package had been delivered. I then emailed the company about my refund. One of the same ladies emailed back that they had never received the wig and could not refund until they did. I emailed back that i knew this was a lie and that I had confirmation from USPS that they did indeed recieve the wig. She did not respond. I again contacted paypal and they eventually refunded my money but the whole process took almost two months.

WIGSIS looks great in their advertising and claim to be an established company servicing clients for years, but they are not. They are Ripoff company out of china. Do not buy from this company.

The wig I received looked nothing like I ordered. The color was really awful, the wig was stitched incorrectly, causing the shape to be unwearable.

When trying to get my money back (even though they have a refund policy, and I followed their requirements) They offered me a 15% discount on future purchases (I will never order again!) or they would remake the wig.

They charged $20 for shipping the new wig - different color and correct style. They will not send new wig until the original one is sent back - to China! I must pay the shipping, extremely expensive. I will not spend another penny on this terrible wig. I want my $150 back!

Their styles are very cute but do not trust a picture!

I ordered a wig from WIGSIS on May 13, 2021 and received it on May 31, 2021. The advertisement for the wigs were very impressive. I ordered wig a brown wavy short african american wig, what I received was nothing like what was pictured. The price of the wig was $109. I sent WIGSIS an email letting them know that I was returning the wig and I would like for them to refund my money. The biggest mistake I made was using my debit card for this purchase.

I am hopeful that I will receive a refund, but after seeing another complaint on RIPOFF, I am concerned as to whether I will or not. Everyone reading this, please be aware that when you order something on the internet or from a company period, always use your credit card and not a debit card. Your credit card company will see to it that your money is refunded if you did not receive your merchandise you paid for.

I purchased a wig from a website that gave a picture of the wig. They have a return policy if you contact them by e-mail ([email protected]) which, I did the day the wig came in to let them know that the wig did not look like the picture. I was also, not even the same color as what was pictured.

The keep telling me not to send the wig back and that they will give me 10USD back or to send them a little bit more money and they will send me another wig to satisfy me and I keep emailing them back to let them know I do not want another wig back that I do not even like.

All they are giving me is a run-around. I,ve not had this problem before so do not know who can help me.

This was my third or fourth wig. I always shape the wig around the ears with a razor as i wear glasses and the earpieces have difficulty fitting in.I also have been known to take tucks in the cap to make it fit perfectly as i have no hair. People are not aware that i am wearing a wig unless i tell them. I have alopecia and while i don’t always wear a wig, when i do, i know that it looks natural and fits well.

Beware also of Wigsis' sister!

Uwigs.co.uk is virtually identical to Wigsis and just as fraudulent.

I bought a wig from this company (wigSis) and not only was this wig poorly put together but it was nothing like the picture, they refused to refund me after policy states you would get a refund if reported within 7 day if not satified with purchase in which i contacted them the very next day and now they are refusing to refund me.

Instead asking for $30 more money to make another one which is even more puzzling because i've already bought one. I have been going back and forth with this compay for days now only getting a negative response about how they will now charge me $35 to $40 to return this wig that i have spent $127 on. I believe this company is a rip off and needs to be reported

I ordered a wig from Wigsis online on 12/01/17. I needed a wig due to severe hair loss from a medical condition. On 12/26/17 an email promised the wig would be delivered within 3-5 days. I waited 7 because Christmas volume may have influenced delivery time. But when wig had not arrived after 8 days, I cancelled the order. The rep kept insisting I would like the wig; I insisted I didn’t want it. The wig was delivered via DHL on 12/29/ 27 at 5 pm. I have not opened package, but their website states a delivered wig can only be refunded at 30% of cost. Since I cancelled the wig and haven’t opened package, I feel a full refund is due me. Had I known this company’s reputation, I would not have ordered from them.

I have tried numerous times to return the wig in question as it didn't fit.

I had to take pictures of everything and show them that the wig was in excellent condition, as I never wore it.

Have tried to return merchandise to get my money back to no avail. I used Paypal to pay for the transaction and filed a complain.

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! THEIR WIGS ARE HORRIBLE AND CHARGE AS MUCH AS ANY OTHER RETAILER.

On 08/18/2017 I ordered a Refined Straight Short Black wig in color #29. It cost $126.00 and the seller indicates to use only Paypal. On 09/06/2017, I received the package but the wig sent does not resemble anything like what is advertised (and what I ordered) on the website. The seller can be directly contacted by using their website. In 48 hours I was responded to via email by Daisy, who requested a photo of the sent wig. I requested a full refund but first the seller wants a photo of what they know they already sent. I complied but the email [email protected] Daisy used, mail returned. I then found an email for the seller on Paypal: [email protected]. On Paypal, I saw that my payment to the seller was "complete" meaning the seller, a Qiang Zhao, received it. I used Paypal resources to contact the seller. I was unsure if any of my communication was sent so I used the email directly from mine.

A Molly responded. What transpire is a cat and mouse game. The seller uses all the same phrases on me that I had seen others post about their poor experience on the Better Business Bureau site. I realize this is a game of phrases such as, "we are so glad you receive the wig but sorry you are disappointed," and "we'll help you solve the issue asap." And, of course, "This item is one of our best sellers. You're complete satisfaction is our top priority." Their actions say otherwise. The seller just wants the customer's money and once it is paid, they reluctantly refund, if at all. They know the strategy as they've been playing this game of bait and switch. Here is an excerpt of Molly's offer, even though I have firmly stated all I want is a full refund:

"Your complete satisfaction is our top priority. In consideration of the long time and expensive shipping fees, I suggest we make a new wig for you at a great discount. I have consulted our manager, you only need to pay $50.00 for the new wig. And you also needn't pay the shipping fees, and we also give you a wig cap, and brush, and stand as a gift. So how do you think? I will try my best to help you."

Well what I think is that I am then out of an additional $50.00 for another inferior wig. I declined the offer. But Molly replied with the following: "We do small business with slim profit margins. We have decided to send you a wig free which is a big loss for us. Please also kindly take our position into account." I declined. The only way to settle this matter is for me to receive a refund of my full payment.

Molly responds with how much she has tried to help me by negotiating with her manager, who has agreed to compensate me with $35.00, rather than my full payment of $126.00. And guess what, Molly says the manager agreed to let me keep the inferior wig. If I do not understand or accept this settlement well then I have to return the wig. The seller hasn't offered the return address for the wig at this point--still!

Tiring of this cat and mouse game, I blocked Molly's email. I went to the website for Wigsis and sent them another message that I want my full refund. Here comes Daisy again with her response with the return address finally! The seller wants me to pay for the postage to return this item. It is my contention that the seller should provide the postage for me to do so. A series of emails were sent back and forth between me and Daisy. Daisy wanted me to look it up on UPS the cost of sending it back so she could tell her manager. The emails stopped and the seller answered to my claim on Paypal. They resorted to having Paypal tell me to return the wig.

The seller gets the wig back from customers and then claims, "It is not in pristine condition," so the buyer is now out of their payment and has no wig either. The seller has the payment and the wig. I wonder how many times the wig I received has been sent to a customer and returned to the seller and sent back out. I would not be surprised if that is the truth.

The return address is as follows:

Receiver: Miss Guo

Address: Room 1003, Huishang International Building, Shouchun Road, Luyang District

Hefei City, Anhui Province, China

Postal Code: 230000

The seller wants me to return the wig via UPS. Daisy added in her note that if I decide to keep this wig, they will refund me $70.00. This has been a drain and all could have been prevented by avoiding the purchase online. I have done much research on the internet to verify if this is a scam outfit. I read complaints about Wigsis on the Better Business Bureau, and on other websites too. This seller is a nuisance and how can they be stopped? I suppose they will recreate themselves over and over like a cancer metastizing.

This isn't over for me as I have asked my credit card company to help me with this dispute. It appears even though I started the Resolution process on Paypal, it appears they are concerned about helping the seller with the chargeback. If I don't return the wig, the seller may prevail. But if I do return the wig, they will have it and claim it is not in pristine condition. I'm incensed about this dilemma. I think I should hang onto the wig and use it as evidence. I doubt the hair is even human and it is such an inferior product. Cannot be worn and it is not even worth $5.00 USD. So what is my next step?

The wigsis company operated by the chinese company is a fraud.

I ordered two human hair wigs from them and i requested return immediately seeing the worst quality of hair. each time i requested return from them based on their return policy, they offered 3 excuses not to process return.

1) the bad smell can be washed off and they will loose money if they accpeted return

2) they asked to send more money to them so that they can make a better wig for me.

2) they asked me to send more money to them so that they can ship me back a better quality wig.

I keep emailing them and they ignored my email and became silent.

The blonde wig photo shown on the website was tapered in the back of neck. The wig received was curly all over.

1st Response from Olivia:

First, sincerely apologized for all the inconvenience that might brought you. Your concern will be highly noted and we thirst for your forgiveness. And Kindly ask for your permission of sendinf pictures to us that we can keep in record and find out the problem. Normally we only receipt return if there were quality issue. Don't take us wrong, we just want to solve the problems effectively. Thank you for understanding.

2nd Response after second request:

Thank you for your cooperation, and we have received your pictures. And we are very regret for the style. You know, the wig hair styles of models from our website are result from professional hairstylist.

Having been taken great care, wigs look like great. So they may look different from the pictures. Once you got your wig, you may dislike it due to the deformation in the process of transportation. Maybe in the course of transportation, the wigs have been squeezed and affect the appearance. You can restyle it before wearing, and make it look natural.

We reall did a lot for this order. Please do us a favor to try once more. Thanks in advance for your cooperation and understanding. Best Regards, Olivia

THIS COMPANY IS A FAKE AND PHONY. ANYONE KNOWS THAT TRANSPORTATION OF A WIG CAN NOT DEFORM WIG UNLESS THE PACKAGE WAS DAMAGED. BUT A WIG SOWED TO PERFECTION CANNOT BE DEFORMED FROM THE STITCH UNLESS DONE BY PULLING IT APART. THIS IS SOME CHINESE, KOREAN, OR VIETNAMES SWEAT SHOP THAT WILL NOT RETURN MONEY.
