My 89 year old grandfather bought a hair piece from this place. Not only did they rip him off, they sold him a low quality hair piece. After eight months, it started falling apart and there is a big hole in the front of it. He drove to their location to speak to them about it, and they were very rude and told him it's no different than a pair of shoes. Whatever that meant ?
He wanted his money back, but settled to have them repair it. They told him they are doing nothing for him, and he said he will be taking them to court, and they said "go for it, do whatever you have to do". I did some research on this company, and they have a reputation of ripping off the elderly, and also chemo patients . They have the worst customer service I have ever seen, they show you different hair pieces and wigs, they take your money, sell you crap, then want nothing to do with you and could care less about it .. False advertising, thieves, and rude
