Do not use this place at all. They take forever to close an escrow then when its time to fund they dont have information correct or anything. Then they drag their feet to close an escrow. Aaron is one of the worst and i mean worst escrow officers in the 25 years i have been in this business. He is rude, lies and doesnt follow through with things. The best advise i could give anyone is stay far far away from this place and him.
