I have been a paying member of BBRT/WET MEDIA, INC. on and off for a few years now with no issues. Beginning of 2018 was when I decided to just stick with an auto renew each month. Again, I had no issues until Nov 1st 2018 sometime in the evening. I checked my account that morning and when trying to access it again later that day I got banned from the site. I thought it was a glitch at first and tried retyping it, repeatedly restarting my phone, etc. The message would say that specifically my IP address was blocked and I cannot access the site. I then checked Google with the subject question, "why am I blocked from bbrt?" Turns out I saw many case file complaints against the company dating back all the way to 2010?! Not only that, but it was also said that he (owner(s)) would accept membership payments with the illusion that they are getting use out of the full product, but instead the owner would take pleasure in deleting member(s) messages on the site, which is pretty sick and petty.
So some people you are communicating with on the site could think you flaked on them or rudely ended a conversation when in reality the owner deleting messages was the cause of the potential conflict, therefore making a member look bad. We already have enough tensions in the gay community. We don't need anymore. This owner(s) needs to pay for these fraudulent acts and to give us our money back!! I have attached to this report complaint file numbers and subjects of these report cases in proof that this maniac owner is a thief and needs to be dealt with in terms of refunding members he has been stealing from for almost a decade!
Similar deal here. Was accused of harassing someone when I did not. And was accused of "drug trafficking" which is totally ridiculous. Yes I'm a consumer, like 80-90% of the members in my area. But not a supplier in any way.
Originally I thought someone had gained access to my phone, but after reading some of the complaints online, I'm now considering the guy that was so totalitarian, unfair and without any direct evidence to prove his accusations may be the real culprit. I tried to explain that what happened wasn't my doing and had no part in. And that I simply do not sell drugs ever. But instead of being heard, i was shut down, shown part of one of my convos that was supposed to prove what he said in some way but actually did not at all. Still he stood by it making himself look very foolish and he banned me. Since he had been unfair and clearly not heard me out I didn't feel the conversation was over. So I sent him a third email pleading my case and that was when I found out he'd blocked my email, He was answering me from the support email address....like how unprofessional is it for supposedly a site support worker to block the address of a paying customer thats having an issue with the site?? He dismissed everything I said and refused to give me even an inch. It really seemed he wanted more than anythingelhis "pound of flesh" and nothing else. I couldn't really figure out why he was coming for me the way he did and why he was so determined to kick me off the site..... But after reading these other reviews, it's a clear and
pattern of behaviour from him it would seem. THATS fucked up.
I was a paying member since 2008, but as of 2019, no more. Members make petty complaints to the webmaster about other members (even if there's no evidence to back the claims) and you get banned. Simple as that: no recourse, and no refunds. It as if the webmaster gets a sick thrill from deleting paying customers who are keeping the website going. Even if you make a new profile and block your IP, they still find you and delete you within a few days/weeks. The website is not managed the way it should be. Good riddance.
