I have been dealing with Mr. Liam Crotty for several months now trying him give me a refund for photographic services that were never provided as described. This report is long overdue!
We reserved a wedding with his company wedding photography by Liam based out of Miami Fl, for our wedding for March last year. We spoke on the spoke several times with him and agreed on the pricing and he assured me that the services would be provided as we requested, after all we had to pay a premium fee in order to him to accommodate our requests.
Everything start to go south within 5 hours after we made our deposit. We called him several times, left several messages, sent him over 4 emails and never did we received a response. My wife was very upset and so was I...
This man had the nerve to call our home and tell my wife that why were we acting like stockers when he clearly said he would contact us asap to go over the details of the wedding. [continued below]....
