I am a single mom who attends a community college to better my living situation. I usually sell my books to textbooks .com but decided to change vendors by selling them to WeBuytextbooks.com. This was the worse mistake. I sent the books off on 07-23-17. This company advertise for speedy check return. This is the reason that I choose this company. Todays date is August 22, 2017 and I have yet to receive a check for my books nor the return of my books. Usually it takes approxiametly a week for the other book company to send check with a few days here or there never a month! The company only has a email address on site so I sent them a message inquiring about my refund I have yet to get a reply. After waiting and waiting I begin to ask around and found that I was not the only one scammed by this company. Don't sell them your books and always check before trying a new company. Usually the internet will provide you with the information you need not to deal with scammer such as this company. I am inquiring with a relative of mine who is an Attorney on how to proceed. Due to his very busy schedule I have no choice but to wait while time passes by with no help in sight. I sent 3 books to this company that was almost new due to most of my work was online and they have deceived me in a huge way as far as I can tell.
