Scam Company

The company does not comply with their own disclaimer. If you decide to purchase this products you will lose the money because 1: the website which is run on wordpress doesn't work well, it will load partially many times even if you have a high speed internet connection. 2:they just take peoples money. The owner doesn't take care of his business all he does is advertise it which he does very well through webinars. On the video training you will have a chance to listen to him yawning as he goes through the material, except for the times when he is showing pictures of his wife ( Sarah Grace the fitness model) half naked. Over all the tool i very interesting but it doesn't work well, you will spend a lot of money! The support staff will treat you like you know nothing here is the email I sent to them and how they handle it. Make a wise decision and don't give wealthery.com your business

Hello Bette,

I would like to know when will I get the refund for the software I already mentioned. In your last email you informed that my account was canceled but didn't mentioned what happened with the refund? I would like to know if you will be able to help me with completing the request or should I open a demand through my bank services. I'm copying the Disclaimer advertised for the service this company offers in case you missed in the last email.

Best Regards

Visit the http://wealthery.com/main/ link and scroll down to the bottom and click on disclaimer http://wealthery.com/disclaimer.html it states the refund policy as it follows: as stated, if you purchase Wealthery, and you do not enjoy the financial freedom that you expected, do not make as much from our methods as you expected, or indeed for any reason, you may claim a refund for the product within 60 days of purchase. On a sidenote we do ask you to put the techniques into use before requesting a refund, for both our benefit: however, our refund policy is unconditional and this is a suggestion, not a requirement. We are aware that some buyers will not achieve their personal goals despite our best efforts to the contrary, and we stand by our refund policy as such. Please forward your receipt number (given to you when you ordered) to us and we will action your refund request as quickly as possible, typically within 24 hours.

her answer:

Hi:

Thanks for your email. Sorry if you forgot about our service, and we are happy to cancel your membership moving forward you won't be billed again. However, we are a service provider and when you signed up for our program we state, clearly, that you will be billed each month to use our service. Much like a cell phone plan, if you don't use it, you aren't allowed to refund because the service was still supplied.

Your subscription has been terminated at the end of the subscription period. You will not be billed again.

Forgot about their service? Hello lady I'm contacting you to cancel!

Don't trust this people they clearly do not care about their costumers.

This is a complaint against the company called Wealthery, with domaim name wealthery.com whose main support person is Sean Stephenson, brother of the product owner of InterOptin. I am also raising a complaint and warning others about the two involved payment companies, Infusionsoft, Mark from Infusionsoft, and the sister company, WePay who are all joint culprits attempting deny me of my money by refusing and delaying my refund of nearly $400 for Wealthery's product, InterOptin which was fraudulently charged on my card on the InterOptin.com site and payment processed by Infusionsoft and WePay In May.

Below is a copy version of the email that I first sent to Sean Stephenson, Infusionsoft and WePay a month ago now, back in mid May regarding the fraudulent charge and my demand for a refund:

I attempted several times to make a payment for a US$397 product called InterOptin today with no success except credit card payment error message. See attached screenshot of error message. I went to the following two URLs to try and buy the product.

https://ta274.infusionsoft.com/app/orderFormRendering/showLockDownOrderForm?identifier=Interoptin-Special-3-Pay

and ...

http://www.wealthery.com/RSlive/

Both sites produced the same credit card error message. See attachment.

After about 30 minutes, I checked my bank balance and to my surprise, I noticed that the amount of US397.00 was later deducted from my account without my acknowledgement and consent. There was no receipt, no Thank You page and I never received a payment receipt in my email account about the payment. NOTHING!

Also upon looking at the merchant details from my bank account transaction details, something doesn't look right in the merchant details. The merchant details are as follows:

WPY*TA274 DIVORCE THE h*o

What legit company uses that name for business?
