2013 we do metal roofs was to fix leaks by flashing around skylights and installing metal roof after about two months heavy rain and the roof still leaked in same spots call them over and over they told me we needed new skylights and they would not fix it because I was trying to extort money from them they would not return no more calls. I paid them in full at time of signing
I contracted We Do Metal Roofs to install a roofback in about March 2016, seemed like a good company to deal with and Micheal Bloom seemed ok guy also. Signed a contract with him and in April-May it was set to install. The roof install was pushed back several times and for several weeks. Michael was terrible about returning calls and answering messages. I paid the job in full and was not sure the roof would even get installed. Almost four months later the roof was installed, the first day they were working on the job, by two different crews the roof leaked and it was not even done yet. They were supposed to tear off the old roof instead they covered over whitch was stated in the initial contract , which was not done.
Once the roof was completed, i had some water leaking again, a member of one of the crews came back and siliconed the area, I was not impressed, silicone is not the fix for a poor install.
It needs to be flashed correctly. This is the reason for this complaint, Michael Bloom refuses to return any of my calls and Bob ? will not answer my calls either. The few times I do speak with him he just blows me off and said they will take care of it or get back to me. To this day the roof is not repaired correctly. All that is needed is the valley flashed correctly. Also with any wind the roof sounds like it is loose I will most likely end up hiring someone to correct their poor install.
Buyer be ware do not hire We Do Metal Roofs find a reputable local company and pay the few extra dollars for a better company.
We needed a new roof put on our rentals and got we do metal roofs to do this. They required half down so we gave them a check for 18000.00 dollars. It was in the contract we had three days to change our minds. The next day we had a contractor tell us he could do the job and more for 26000.00 total so we cancelled with we do metal roofs sales person said he would take care of this and told us to send a cancellation paper in, we did. well we didnot get our check back with in a week or two so we call the office and talked to the owner and he said we will never get our money back. Now we go and get a lawyer, he looks into this, we come to find out that robert deharder is a scam artist. We tried the attorney general they dont want to help because we have a lawyer so our lawyer said he would let this case go the attorney gereral said they wont do any thing because it is a commercial propery. Now we find out that he does not have anything in his name, everthing he owns is in somebody eleses name. This man belongs behind bars
