In Feburary of 2017 I purchased a Watters bridemaids dress based off the measurements taken for me by a Bella Bridemaids employee. After paying $215 dollars plus $25 dollars for shipping, I recieved the dress one week before the July 1st wedding. To my horror when I pulled out the dress it was stained on the back and looked unfinished. With only a week left to clean and fix this dress in time for the wedding I took it to alterations where I was told the dress was poorly made and had dirt smuges on it. After paying $240 and waiting 4 months to have this dress made I could not belive any reputable business would send a paying client the quality dress I recieved. After trying to contact the store in which it was purchased (Bella Bridesmaids) and Watters I finally heard from back from them and all they could off was to pay for my dry cleaning. I would recommend any bride thinking of buying Watters brand to reconsider. Save yourself the stress and headache and go with a company that cares about the quality of their work.
