The person that wrote this fake review is named Robert Tucker, and he was a past employee that was terminated for cause after 3 months of employment in 2008, Twelve years ago. Watlee Construction had to file a law suit against Mr. Tucker in 2011 for this same reason, and prevailed in the case. It looks like Watlee Construction will have to sue Mr. Tucker again. Mr. Tucker used his Facebook Page to submit this complaint which was easily discovered by copying and pasting the review into google. The result that was returned was a link to Robert Tuckers Facebook page where the review is still in his cache. It is truly sad that a person can try and destroy a person with false review. Watlee Construction would like you to visit the DBPR for vindication.
Ryan Watley/ Watlee Construction completely took my money and never performed work. His subs tried to file liens on my property because he never paid them. Contractor Ryan Watley has an extensive criminal record and has screwed people over from Texas all the way to Florida; Hence why his last name is "Watley" and his company name is "Watlee" Construction. A true scam artist. I have contacted the DBPR Construction Industry Licensing Board. Something has to be done about these thieves. I know multiple subs he has not paid either. Watlee Construction is the correlation of a Family Company run by Husband and Wife, Ryan and Brandy "Lee" Watley. The company has had the same name since it was founded 20 Years ago. If a state licensed contractor takes your money, and they fail to perform the agreed scope of work, you can file a complaint against that contractor with the DBPR. The DBPR will investigate the complaint and make sure the issue is corrected, or they will take the contractors license. Almost all of the horror stories you hear about with contractors are unlicensed contractors which are not regulated by the DBPR. So Flo Home Design. It was later discovered that SO Flo Home Design did not have a license to install window fashions or insurance, and Watlee couldn't recover a dollar from them. Watlee Construction replaced all of the fabric components of the shades for their client at their expense. Watlee construction always completes their projects no matter what because we put our name behind it. Watlee easily found this person Jamie and Eric Wietholder as this was posted using Jamie's email. Jamie doesn't even use her husbands last name in business anymore because of the damage that follows his work ethic.
