I was looking for a european shoe that I could not find in my size in Australia. I found the Sala brand wedge shoe on a supposedly UK site called Wallisbs.co.uk. After googling the site and finding no bad review i ordered my shoes at a cost of $110. In time I receieved no confirmation of my order and at first thoguth I must have sent an incorrect email address but in time I received a pacjage from Wang gane in China with an Asian branded wedge that I would never had prchased, totaly different from what I had ordered.The address was no 16, 253 Lane hang Dong Road Shanghai MinHangQu Shanghai.
Not exactly the UK address where I ordered from. I promptly emailed their fake customer service where initially I was was told "sorry our warehouse workers mistake" We offer you a partial refund which was for one ridiculous and for two, not genuine anyway. After repeated emails to 'Abby Caroline" I never heard from them again.
I was reallg mad and contacted my bank, eventually getting a refund. If they want their dodgy shos they are welcome to send me retuen postage and that can have them back
Beaware of , Wallisbs.co.uk which is similar to another , probably reputable company. If there si no contact address or email and just a blank form, do not order anything, This site is still online.
