Do not purchase invoices from John Stach and VSP

I purchased $12,000.00 of invoices in December 2016 and $30,000.00 of invoices in February 2017. I was supposed to get paid $15,000.00 in February 2017 and $32,000.00 in May 2017. None of the invoices were paid. Since 2016 none of the retailers paid on the invoices. I had to call and email John Strach hundreds of times to get any payment. The only time I got paid was when I threatened to expose his scam in the paper. Today is August 11, 2018 and I am still owed $15,000.00. Stay away from this man and company.

VSP North America purports to sell generators throughout North America. They then sell their "invoices" to investors at a high rate of return. They claim to have credit insurance to cover their customers and that they will immediately replace any invoices not paid on time. They fail to disclose that the invoices are contingent upon the buyer/delaer reselling the generators and that the buyers have the option of returning the merchandise if not sold. This makes the credit insurance invalid. I have now been waiting over 3 months for a replacement invoice. They have made several promises to deliver but none have been provided. They have stopped returning emails and phone messages.

They claim to be located in Grand Rapids, Michigan but this is false. They are now subject to multiple lawsuits and attorney general investigations.

Business opportunity. Manufacturer has invoices out to its retail stores for 7500.00 and 15000.00 each. We are selling these invoices for 6000.00 and 12000.00 each and the retailer pays the invoice buyer 7500.00 and 15,000.00 in 90 days. You can buy 1 or as many as you can afford. Hi there,

A colleague noticed this ad in the online addition of the globe and mail Toronto-based newspaper), and call the company. He talked to a “john stach” who promised to sell him invoices. I am in the commercial finance business and it sounded fishy to me. In about 30 minutes i found the following information:

A gentleman by the same name John stach), with a similar company name Vs products inc.), and offering a similar invoice discount ‘opportunity’ was named in an ontario lawsuit in 2015 for apparently ripping off someone off for $156,000: https://cases.Legal/en/act-ca1-943357.Html

‘john stach’ has also been named on this website, “Outscam”, in earlier this year for running the same scheme.

And the registrant of urls for both companies is “john stach”: https://whoislookup.Ninja/whois/vpowerenergy.com and https://whoislookup.Ninja/whois/vsproductsinc.com

There is another company named vsp north america llc based in grand rapids with the url http://www.Vspnorthamerica.com that does not have “john stach” has the url registrant but does have what appears to be the exact same gallery photos on website as the galley photos on the www.Vpowerenergy.com

This could all be a remarkable coincidence but i doubt.
