He will make promises on a daily basis which basically includes ''today/tomorrow/friday'' when asked about when he will send the pay. He makes it looks like he is doing everything to pay you but then again, you end up waiting for nothing when ''today/tomorrow/Friday'' comes.
He sends me money only when he is in the mood. Sometimes $27.23, sometimes $23, he even sent me $8 the last time, and told me ''You said I was a moron, you are right, I couldn't find enough zeros for your pay.'' He owe me $800 and he sent me $8!
Everytime I ask him for my money, he calls me a liar, a b****, a w**** and tells me ''I will send your pay on Friday so go pound tar and wait like the dog you are.
My mother was in the hospital and I was begging him to send me my money for her hysterectomy and he sent me $20.23 saying ''this should buy you noodles and a pint of blood.'' He is CRUEL AND AN A****** AT THE SAME TIME, and I'm sure anyone will cringe at the bad words he says everytime I ask for MY MONEY!

I had a deal with this volucall handled by - president charlene - and run by -ceo - thomas crain. The first week of working with them is fine, they demand 50 agents, per week i am giving them atleast 10 agent every week, ofcourse i am scared too for what if he wont pay. So i did not gave him the full 50 agents! we started working with them the first week of jun, as he promised the salary would be weekly to be sent to my paypal, he provided a contract and that is amazing since he provided a contract so that is fine with me and gathered 10 of the agents that we had and submitted a recording to charlene which all of them passed, they worked for 2 days, june 3 and 4 and dr. Crain owe me $150 which will be paid on the 10th of june. On monday the june 6 i had give him another 10 agents to work with, since there are complaints from the ceo and president that some of the agents internet connection are not good, so i added another 10. Then in tuesday the 7 there are just 5 agents left, i asked my agents what happen, they said some of them cant dial, they cant log in. So i did let the 5 agent dial for the week till the 10 so from june 6-10 he owes me another $208 which will be given on the 17 of june, so the 10 of june which is a payday for the previous week, i received a paypal transfer via e-check for $150, which it was credited to my acct on the 16. So i had to talk to my agents regarding it, since he did paid for the 1st week i am a bit comfortable with them because they did pay. So from 13th of june i hired 17 agents additional for the campaign- all of them passed and so on. So i was very happy that i had helped people for a job, on the nexy day i was shocked of what happen, they offered all of agents to work with them directly offering them hire rate with no contract and my agents are why do they need to do that and my agents were not comfortable, i really do not know what happen why do they need to call my agents 1 by 1 and offer them to be hired directly, and to offer my agents to blocked me and my partner in my company. I was shocked by the revelation of the agents, till the agents were asked by charlene that all of the salaries will be sent to them personally by paypal, but the problem was all of my agents is not connected to paypal, i am paying them by our payment method which is money transfer here my area. The next on 15 of june my agents called me and they were transffered to a new group which i am not included. I was again shocked by what she had done. I had to take this down and talked to ceo for what charlene did, to complain and raised the problem, the ceo is blinded by charlene, and wont listen to me. He said that i was lying. But i had proofs and agents can vouch for me. I really do not know what happen to the contract we had, me and charlene had an agreement together with the ceo.
The agreement was like this they will offer me 4$ per hour per agent so i will give my agent a lower pay of 2.50 since they are not paying me for recruiting, hiring and interviews,getting information, sending payment and to look after my agents, so i need a agent to dial for me to earn too. Which i am almost up everday for 24 hours to look for agents and hire them and provide them information and get their info etc. So we had a deal and they both agreed. And i had a contract signed sent to all of my agents. And had agreement with ceo and the charlene that they dont need to discuss the pay with the agent, untill i found out that she talked to all of my agents and she said to everyone that she is offering 5$ and i am giving just the half of it. Which i was very surprise. Because that was not what they gave me. Agents were asking and i told them the truth.
Then the 17th of june came, so he suppose to transfer the $208 to my account so nothing came, i asked him the ceo about the payment but nothing came, so i message him again, but still no respond, so all of the agent were asking about their payment, so i sent them a screenshot of my paypal indicating that dr crain did not sent any payment yet, i have proofs so agents are waiting still, so had to send another message asking for the payment, still no response, then what happen the agents received a message from charlene, that they were a problem in their
Accounting, so how was that possible? Since they were using paypal. Again last night i had asked them the money they owe me i gave them a whole day to send it but still no response. And did not send the payment. So totally now ceo owes me $208 - june 6-10 then $1500 from june 13-17 which the payout will be on the 24 of this june. The total amount he owes me now is $1708. Which he will need to pay it in full.
I cannot speak for anyone but I can speak for myself. Thomas Lee Crain is the most evil man on earth. He is also the only man who is always having Issues with PayPal, western union and Money Gram. When you work for this man you will get pay for the first few weeks. However this is only because you are getting paid through Upwork. He is going to do all he can do to have his Upwork account band, because he wants to come off Upwork. Now because Thomas Lee Crain have been paying you through Upwork you feel safe, He is going to tell you he is going to sort it out shortly so you must continue working until do does that.
Mistake he is not a man you can trust, Charlene Silvia (his wife) is going to play to nice person with you and tell you she is going to work on your pay for you.
