There is/was a phone number on the website (ending in 4505). A very nice woman explained to me that she's had this phone number for 30 years and does not want to change it however she's received at least 300 calls from folks looking for Voiana. She swears its not her. :(
On May 31, 2020 we ordered a cuisinart 4 waffle iron from Voiana.com. Their site said the item was in stock, and on completion of the order through paypal. their page stated that we would receive confirmation and shipping information as soon as the payment processed.
We used paypal and received confiramation from paypal that the payment was processed. But no confirmation forthcoming. No email, no phone call, nothing. After 17 days of no contact, and not answering our emails, we contacted paypal directly, and filed a complaint. As of today, June 30, 2020, they have not responded to paypal either. Do not buy from them.
