Vlamorous Reviews

  • Nov 6, 2023

On 3/13/2017 I ordered a "free sample" of Vlamorous skin cream. Nowhere on the site whatsoever did it say anything at all about it being a trial offer or a monthly subscription because I throughly checked. Otherwise I never, ever would have ordered it. So just now I was checking my bank account statement and found a charge from Extravagant Beauty, which is the same name used when I paid for the shipping, for $48.91. So I immediately called them & was told it was just a 14 day trial & if I kept it I would be charged $97.83 but because they were denied the full amount when they tried, they instead charged the $48.91. I am curious about this. Especially because he said I could not be refunded because I used a prepaid card and it said so on the site. Are you kidding me? It's my freaking debit card. The same card they charged from and apparently had no problems doing so. So I asked to speak to a manager and surprise, surprise, they weren't available. But said they would call me back in 24 hours. Pfft. I am so pissed!!!! There are NO words!!! They better give me my money back or I will sue and told them just that!!! So just now I went on www.vlamorous.com and it wasnt even the same site I had ordered from. It looked completely different. They hurried up and changed it or something because I promise you, I did not order from there. Period!!!,

I returned the products which don’t work. I received the return # and placed it with USPS shipping. A month later they charged me over $150 for unreturned creams. Saying ” well you didn’t call us to tell us the return tracking # therefore we can’t refund you. Simply returning the product alone does not credit your account”. You also only have 30 days to return even though it takes at least 2 weeks to determine if product works. Then a week or more for standard shipping to be received. I have been scammed.

$800.00 was stolen from my account by VLAMOROUS. This company is a rip off. Due to problems with my home from Hurricane Harvey and the illness of my mother I did not even realize this money was coming out of my checking account until March.

  • Apr 12, 2018

They lure you in and say they are only $1.95 each, I only ordered one and they sent both. There was no paperwork that came with either of these. I received a collection letter in the mail today stating that I owed them $192. Both of their products suck and I would’ve never tried them if I knew that I would have to pay that kind of money. And, of course there is no contact number for them. I am disputing this bill and I would gladly send them their crappy lotion back

I want my money back, I didn’t order this, it was delivered to My address but it was not mine , I filed a froud report to my bank and to the company but never got my money back in the amount of $ 97.00 and change, I’m thinking maybe it was the owner before me and they used my name...

Like another person who already complained on here about Vlamorous skin care product, my complaint is the same. I fell for the "free trial" offer on their skin care cream. No where in their advertisement, emails, or packaging did it say anything about having to pay monthly for them to send more products. I only wanted the free trial as it was all I could afford (it was around a few dollars for shipping from what I remember). We are traveling in the States (we live overseas and will return next year) so Vlamorous sent more of their products to a place that we are 10 hours away from! So my mom emailed me saying that I received more of their products in the mail and was charged $97! When I called the customer service to cancel the order and explain that it was not clear at all that they would continue to charge and send their product, the representative only said he would refund me 50%, even if I can send the product back (which is difficult since I'm not living at the place where it was sent). I feel that they totally stole from me and were not AT ALL honest or clear in their advertising.

I responded to Mika Barenski's offer to give free samples of her Vlamorous skin cream. I gave my credit card number for the $1.95 shipping. There was no paperwork with it that indicated I would be signed up for future deliveries. But I was. $95.00 a pop.

At no time was there any indication that there was a trial period and after that I'd be automatically receive more and be charged for it. I called customer service and have been given a terrific runaround. And they have charged me for the 'free' sample!

We are contacting the Attorney General and contesting the charges with our credit card co. I don't know if we can get our money back as the payments have been processed, and processed under a different name than Vlamorous.

Rip off! Don't fall for it!

  • Sep 25, 2017

DIdn't tell me my order created a product automatic renewal program. Won't tell me who created the company. Won't give me credit. Didn't send an RMA when I asked for one. Barely can understand Jim Henderson or Steve when I speak to them. in order to return the entire order they would charge me 4times the value of the product.

  • Sep 25, 2017

I placed an order on 8/14/17. I received my sample on 9/15/17. I contacted the company that day via phone and email and told them to cancel my membership. I asked if they wanted the product returned in my email and asked them to reply within 5 business days. I never heard from them. Today I received a credit card info and saw 2 unauthorized charges. I called and was told they would reverse one charge but not the other. I was told I did not contact them within 30 days. I did not receive my sample until after 30 of the purchase so there was no way I could have contacted them. I contacted them the same day that I received my sample.

  • Sep 20, 2017

Advertised as a $1 trial of the skin care and eye cream but no where on the order site was I made aware of a subscription that would charge my card a $97 and a $94 charge. I have tried to contact them company that was listed on the emails and credit card charge but I have been unable to get thru in any way. I have put a fraud alert on my card. Lesson learned, if it sounds too good to be true than it usually is.

  • Sep 11, 2017

I signed up for Joanna Gaines free skin care sample. I was charged shipping which ended up being charged twice because it was 2 bottles. Two weeks later i was charged an additional $94.68 & $97.83 because i did not return my FREE sample and was automatically enrolled in their service. When signing up for free sample it never stated anything about having to return it within 14 days or you would be charged the full amount. When contacting customer service, no manager was available and all they could offer me was a 30 percent redund! Even though it had only been 15 days since i bought the free sample. Totally disgusted with this product.

I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN BETTER. THE FIST BOTTLE OF vLAMO CREAM WAS ONLY $4.95. They calim it was used by

Martha Stewart who does have good looking skin but she probably goes to a spa for facials. Nowhere did it say that

they would keep sending me & billing me almost a $100 a month. I can't get thru on the # the have given:

1-844-844- 187 (it doen't even ring).

I mailed back the bottle I got last month & requested a refund & to stop sending

me the Vlamo cream. Today, 9/8/17, I received another bottle. I haven't seen my credit card statement yet so I don't

know if a got a credit. Now I will have to mail back this new bottle and thst will cost me over $4 for postage. This is clearly

a RIP-OFF !!!

I hope something can be done about it. I did find their e-mail address: [email protected]

I will contact them thru e-mail but they will probably ignore me. There must be a lot of people out there like me, do you

have any suggestions to resolve this problem.

  • Sep 7, 2017

I was offered a free trial of vlamorous/aquavo for only the shipping & handling charges. I never saw any mention of being charged these 2 huge charges after 14 days if the product was not returned. This is a total deception. I was not notified when I placed the order, I didn't receive any emails or reminders about the charges nor was I ever notified how much this product would cost if not returned.

I called the customer service number on my credit card bill and was offered to have my future shipment cancelled, not that I ever requested future shipments. I was only offered up to a 50% refund of the $97.83 for the vlamorous. I was given a return authorization number for the aquavo and cancellation of the auto ship on both products. I would never have placed an order for a facial product that would cost $200 for 2 tiny containers that have done nothing that I can discern.

This is a total scam and people need to be warned.

  • Sep 7, 2017

I ordered Vlamorous cream trial kit for $14.95 to see if it works. Not only is it of no value but I was charged $97.83 for continuous use of the product which I did not agree to. No where on the site does it state to cancel within 2 weeks or I would be charged. So I am out of $97.83 and no products have been delivered to me. I have filed a report with my bank to contest this. And I see I am not the only one that has been duped. Worthless product and a rip off to boot.

  • Aug 31, 2017

I paid $1.95 each for two different skin care trials. The wording of the advertisement implied they were trial sizes, and I saw nothing about subscriptions or additional costs. Two weeks later I am contacted by my bank about suspected fraudulent charges, $97.83, charged twice, because the company says I was supposed to return the product! No where did it say anything about returning the product in the advertisement or the subsequent emails about the product being shipped. Now I have to pay out of pocket to ship their product back to them, or they will charge me this outrageous price. The customer service reps I spoke with were rude and dismissive as well.

  • Aug 29, 2017

I ordered a free trial of Vlamorous , agreeing to 14 day trial period and paying the shipping cost. This was done without know how much the trial cost. A few days later, I was shipped two items and after the 14 days, I was charged $95 and $98. A nearly $100 charge for both items. I hadn't gotten around to even opening the two items. I called the company and explained all of this to them. The employee couldn't do anything more than 30% back on both. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told they would return my call 24-48 hours later. After 5 1/2 days of no call, I called back. They offered the 30% again, then 50%, finally ending with $20 each restocking fees if I sent the product back unopened. This issue is still unresolved, currently waiting for another call from the customer service department. Another 24-48 hours.

  • Aug 28, 2017

The company offers a "free sample" which turns out to be a "free trial." I read everything before I gave my information for the free sample, and the only thing I had to pay was the shipping price. There was no mention of it being a trial offer or that you would be charged for the alleged "sample." Unfortunately, after receiving what I thought was a free sample, I deleted my confirmation e-mails.

A few weeks later, they debited my bank account in the amount of $97.83. My bank account ended up being overdrawn, and I was charged multiple overdraft fees.

I contacted my bank and disputed the charge which, thankfully, was still pending. I should get the charge stopped, and my overdraft fees returned.

I then contacted the company, 855-837-7243, and made sure they cancelled any subscription that they had signed me up for. The lady on the phone said I had never signed up for a free sample and that I had misunderstood. She also offered my a discounted price, which I refused.

Vlamorous is clearly misleading consumers and are not up front about what you are signing up for.

  • Aug 24, 2017

I ordered 2 free Samples and paid for shipping charges. The ad didn't not mention that it was anything other than a sample. I received email confirmation on 8/9/17 of the order nothing was mentioned that anything needed to be cancelled in 14days. ON 8/22/17 they deducted 97.83 from my card. I called and they told me that a deduction for the 2nd product would be withdrawn if it wasn't returned within 10 hrs. If both products were order on the same day how did they have different cancellation dates..... I asked to cancel both they refused to cancel the 2nd item and gave me an RMA # to return at my expense I ask for my credit card information to be removed they decline.. I was charged prior to the 14 days.

  • Aug 17, 2017

They said only pay for shipping for a free sample of there product. When looking at my credit card statement I see they have charged me 97.00 did not know anything about the 97.00 of product is not returned tried calling the number I have and it is no longer in services.

  • Aug 5, 2017

I agreed to pay $1.99 shipping and thoroughly read contract. It did not state additional fees or that the item needed to be returned. I called and spoke with a representative to told me I must not have read the fine print. I certainly did! I am returning both products and contacted my bank. If the $97.83 is not returned I will take further action. I am very upset.

  • Aug 2, 2017

I recently ordered some face creams that were advertised as a trial for a reduced cost (Vlamorous and Aquavo). No where when ordering did it say that I would be put on an Autoship program. It also didn't say what the price would be. Consequently, when my bill arrived and I saw the exorbitant charges. The original charges that I had agreed to were $29.95 and $3.95....Later there was a charge of $97.83 and 2 days after that a charge of $105.79. How can these people be allowed to get away with this. This is fraud and should be illegal. This company should be shut down. I've read alot of complaints about the same thing happening to other people. I did call the company, cancelled any further shipments and asked for my money back. They refused to reimburse me. I am out over $230 on this scam. Do not buy from these companies.

  • Jul 31, 2017

I ordered a face and eye creme in May 13th received it approx. on the 29th. I was afraid they would sen me more so I called to cancel on June 13th. I then rceived my credit card bill with two shipping chs. of 5.95 and 3.95 billed on 5/13 also billed on 5/28 a chg of 97.8s and 6/1 a chg of 105.79. When I called they told me, which was never in their ad, that I had to send the product back for a refund. I returned them on 6/20 and I have a tracking number. They received it approx. 6/23. I only received a credit of 77.83 on my credit card. I disputed these charges and the first call they got the company on the line that said they would refund my money. They did not do in full and I called again and the 2nd person read my file and he sounded like mhe would handle it, but now I have to send a letter to dispute it again. I h*e no more people will get taken by this very bad company--Be ware

  • Jul 31, 2017

I purchased VLAMOROUS and AQUAVO as trial products for $1.95 each for shipping. Now, I am being charged on my credit card for 94.68 and $97.83.

NO WHERE on the website where I ordered this did I see anything about being charged for the products in 14 days if I didn't return them.

This is a TOTAL SCAM. There was no documentation in the box these were shipped in. When I called to get my money back they refused. They offered to return 30% and close my account.

I called my credit card company, CITIBANK, and they know it's a scam but they are NOT willing to help. Needless to say I am closing this credit card.

  • Jul 28, 2017

I thought I was ordering a sample free and only paying shipping of $1.95. When I recieved my bank statement they had charged me over $100 also causing overdrafts. I tried to talk to manager and offered to return product. They refused. I explained that I live on $47 a month and would never have purchased this product. I guess I will eat the lotion for the next month. Nice company! Buyer beware!

  • Jul 24, 2017

I tried the trial cream that was mailed to me. I did not sign up to receive this product every month for $97 dollar charge every month nor did I fill out anything stating that I would keep using the product or that I wanted it shipped monthly wityout my knowledge. Their free sample is mis leading. The should have contacted me in some way, by phone, or by email to ask if I wanted to continue this expensive product or not. I am going to have the bank put a hold on this every time they keep trying to take this out of my acct. I have already contacted an attoney. This product and this compnay nneeds to be closed out ad down.

  • Jul 8, 2017

I ordered the supposedly free trial online Vlamorous from a promotional ad. The ad stated the product was "free" but I only had to pay for shipping which was 3.99. Did not. Received cream 3 or 4 days later. A call center with a Atlanta area code called me 2-3 times a day for about a week checking to see if I liked the product. At NO TIME did anyone explain I was automatically enrolled in the auto ship program and will be charged 97.00 every 30 days for the product. The multiple callers failed to mention that and nowhere on the ad did it explain I was being entered into a monthly auto ship program to the tune of 97.00 a month. Who in their right mind would agree to those terms for a product they are trying for the first time and not knowing if they are going to like it or not? When I called customer service to complain and demand my card be refunded, I was told there are no refunds and I had agreed to the auto ship. The Indian lady I spoke with ( outsourcing) was defiant about the terms and no refunds. I explained I was deceived, and intentionally uninformed about the policy. She then changed the subject and began giving me stats on how many satisfied customers they have. I told her I would be taking legal action and hung up.

  • Jul 5, 2017

Be aware that this is a scam. They state it's a free sample and all you pay is a processing fee of $1.95. As you try to check out they slide a few more products in front of you with a big Continue button. (Below that is a small "no thank you" button.) Merely trying to pay the $1.95 will get you stuck with additional items and the processing fee tacked on to them as well. So, I got charged $1.95 twice for two items - a skin care and an eyecare remedy. Neither is worth a nickel. BUT the big scam is in 14 days you get charged $97.83 for the skincare item. We managed to cancel the additonal fee they were going to charge for the eyecare item. (Hopefully.) They act like you agreed to the whole scam and make you send back the samples to get a refund. We have to go through our credit card processor to get this unauthorized nonsense refunded. The FTC should already be investigating this because it is foul. Steer clear of this or any affiliates.

  • Jul 4, 2017

Company charged credit card without following stated procedures as per their web site. Not possible to cancel prior to charges as company unresponsive through email or phone until after charges posted. They then would only issue partial reversal of charges or have product return, postage paid, for a minimal refund

  • Jul 3, 2017

I saw an ad on internet for Vlamorous anti aging face cream. Trial order for 1.95. I ordered using a visa card, received an order receipt for 1.95 total. Offer said I had 14 days to cancel with no additional charge or else I would be charged for full purchase price

About 5 minutes later, I read some terrible reviews online and decided to cancel. I had to go back to the website to find the customer service number (not on the receipt) I called and got a voice recording. Asked if i wanted to cancel. I indicated yes. I was then told I would receive no further orders. And I would be charged for the previous order at $38.71. It then asked if I wanted to speak to a cust svc person. I said yes....was put on transfer and then disconnected! wait dont I have 24 hours to cancel ANY order?

I then called my CC company and was told thet indeed my card had just been charged with both $1.95 and $38.71. this products could not have been shipped and certainly should not be charged for! It had not been even an hour in total time from beginning to end of process. They could only enter a dispute with company and let me know how it turned out.

Then I received phone calls starting at 5:02 pm 3...5:14 pm 2 and 5:28 pm 2. Customer serv from Vlamorous trying to sell me additional products. I spoke to two of them and told them NO I did not want to order other products and I tried to cancel the order in the system presently! They told me to call customer service....Who were they?? One told me to email them!

So just as others have reported, this is a total scam. I fell for it based on the cover saying Martha Stewart and Dr. Oz proted it...I should have know better. They probably never heard of this product! Don't fall for this scam. you'll be in it for hundreds before you know it.

  • Jun 26, 2017

I saw an ad on late night TV for this product. VLAMOROUS s'nak peptide cream and for AQUAVO anti-aging eye serum.

The offer was for $3.95 and $5.95 placed on 6/12/2017 by phone/online via Credit/debit card. No mention was made of locking this in as a repeat order.

I received the order. I got a rash on my neck and cheeks from the skin cream. The eye cream - only some improvement...not enough to continue to use.

There was no mention of automatic renewal when ordering. I have never done that and I had no intention of reordering. Today 6/25/2017 my bank statement showed a withdrawal on 6/25/2017 for $97.83 from PA-THRILLING Skin RE. !!!

If I had wanted to reorder--I would have done so...I DID NOT! I also did not authorize any automatic withdrawals nor place a repeat order. This is outrageous to say the least ...

  • Jun 20, 2017

I sent for the free sample for the $3.99 shipping charge. Then I get billed for this product for the next 3 months at $97.83 for one ounce of face cream. They must be nuts!!! I didn't authorize them to keep sending me the product. There was no charge as to how much the cream was, but really $97.83!! for one ounce. Also, the phone number and email address on the packing slip are incorrect. Not working numbers!! or email address!! I had to get it off google or my CC statement. I'm really hot about this. I contacted them, and nothing can be done about it. ???

  • Jun 17, 2017

I responded to $3.95, pay S & H only on June 1. I immedeately got a charge of $5.95. My recorded it as fraudulent on my credit card. A company representing Vlamorous contacted me and tried to talk me into getting more stuff! I clearly told them do not send me anything, cancel the shipment, refund any charge made on June 1 and I do not want to be part of any other charges. They finally agreed to do so.

I go on vacation, come home a week later and the product is in my mailbox, no information with it. I received a charge of $97.86 on June 15. I call them on June 16 and they have no record of my call on June 1, can only refund me 30% of the cost, Supervisor is not available for me to talk to, will call me back in 24-48 hours!!. I refuse, threat to stay on phone with him until I speak with Supervisor or at least send me a documentation of our discussion (so I don't have to repeat again this phone call which will probably also not be in their history record). No luck. Waiting for phone call.

Do not order this stuff, nothing is worth this and it probably doesn't work anyway. Such poor customer service.

  • Jun 14, 2017

Valamorous ad was misrepresented. The ad said the product was a free sample, just shipping and handeling. I called and got a recording, while I was listening to the recording I touched the wrong button. After talking to a customer service rep who I could not under most of the conversation. The bottom line is, you will end up paying a price for this product of $30.00 plus. It was taken out of my account soon as I cancelled the order. I want everyone looking ads that say free sample beware.

  • Jun 13, 2017

Company does not disclose that the 14 day trial begins on the day you place your order. This is a very bogus business practice. I ordered this product on May 26, 2017. It was shipped on May 30, 2017. I have already lost 4 days. I received the product on June 5, 2017. Today is June 12, 2017. I have only used the product 7 days, but I saw a charge to my account on June 12, 2017 for $97.83. I sent an email to the address listed on the invoice. The email was returned. I called the company to cancel my account and requested a refund. The customer service operator had 3 rebuttals each time I demanded a refund, until finally we agreed on a 50% refund of this purchase plus keeping the product, which I vehemently insisted on returning. I will tell all buyers beware. My account this is fraudulent organization has been cancelled and I will be expecting a 50% refund within 7-10 business days, as it was stated. This company does not do business fairly. If celebrites like Janet Jackson are involved, shame. But, she can afford $97.83 auto ship monthly. The majority of consumers cannot. This company needs to be fair in their business dealings with consumers as opposed to having reports like this made against them.

  • Jun 10, 2017

Vlamorous Skin cream is a scam. Online ad advertises free sample trial and does not clearly state there is a 14 day trial period and an automatic subscription if not returned during trial period. When the product is shipped, it comes in yellow envelope without an invoice and without any instructions referring to 14 trial period. No emails are sent from the seller. Total online scam. Don't know how I fell for it. Customer service reps sounds like robots from India with a written script.

  • Jun 9, 2017

After applying for a free sample trial of both Aquavo and Vlamourous for shipping and handling I see (approx) $98 taken out of my bank account less than a month later. I called to hear that I had 'authorized this payment for more skin care products when I purchsed the samples." I basically didn't get samples then???

At no point was I aware of any authorization of direct debit to my account - the agent told me I should have read the terms of the agreement. They did not refund me my money. I am sending one of the products back as I am still within the time limit of the trial.

Whilst on the phone I told them I would pay HALF the $98 instead which I believed meant that they would refund me the other half of the money already taken out. Luckily I was watching my bank account at the time and saw them then take out another $38 - the agent told me I was authorizing ANOTHER month of the product. They then refused to refund me my total amount and only returned $11 of that purchase that was done in error. THis is a horrendous scam - taking lots of money from unsuspecting people.

  • Jun 6, 2017

On April 2,2017 I clicked on a pop-up while on my Facebook page. It offered samples of a new skin product. I followed the prompts to enter my Visa Charge account information, agreeing to pay a small amount of $.99 for Vlamorous and $5.95 for AquaVo, plus 3.95 shipping and handling.

When I received the items, they appeared to be full size, and not a small "trial" amount as I expected. The Vlamorous was 1.0 Fl.Oz. and the AquaVo was 0.5 Fl.Oz.

There was no invoice included in this first shipment. There were no offers to purchase any auto-ship. At the time, I thought it strange that they were sending such a large amount, but thought perhaps they were a young company trying to get people hooked on a great product.

I have been using the products, and they are good.

On or about Friday, May 26, 2017 I received the 2nd shipment. It contained another 1.0 Fl.Oz. jar of Vlamorous. Oddly, no AquaVo was included this time. No invoice was included - only a packing slip from Beauty Impressions, PO Box 6558, Englewood, CO 80155. The item#500-VLAMR-101. Description: Vlamorous.

I looked at my Visa Charge Account, and saw that they charged me on the following dates:

4/9/17 Riveting Eye Redemptio BrandonBudd83VA -----$5.95

4/10/17 Riveting Eye Redemtio BrandonBudd83VA -----$.99

4/10/17 NSR*NouvaSkinRenew 855-7157772 DE ----- $3.95

4/24/2017 NSR*NouvaSkinRenew 855-7157772 DE ----$97.83

4/25/2017 Riveting Eye Redemtio BrandonBudd83VA ----$105.79

I would agree to pay the first amounts on 4/9 and 4/10, but NOT the 4/24 and 4/25 amounts. Because I did not order these. And, in fact, was sent only 1 additional item in the 2nd shipment. This item is being returned to sender.

So, I sent an email to the address given on the packing slip: [email protected]. But my email message was returned.

Because it was a holiday weekend, I waited until Tuesday, May 30th to contact the sender by phone. I called the number shown on the packing slip: 1-844-844-0167 and spoke to a gentleman with a strong foreign accent.

I told him that I had received this item and asked what was going on. I didn't order anything other than the trial samples. He said that I had agreed to auto-delivery, as indicated in the small print of the original offer and if I had read it, I would have seen this. I said that I didn't want it, I wasn't advised of any item price or auto-ship conditons, and wanted my money back. He asked, "Do you use the products? Do you like them? " I said, "yes". He said that he couldn't refund because I failed to contest within 2 weeks after the 1st shipment. I asked to talk with his supervisor. After a few moments, he came back on, and offered to discount the item to 70%. I said, "No. I want my money back. I did not agree to this. Your free sample offer was misleading. You failed to inform me. You are running a dishonest business and I will report you to the BBB." Then, he offered me a still lower discounted price (I think 50%). At that point, I said "No" again. He persisted. So I hung up!

I reported this issued to my Redwood Credit Union Visa and they closed the credit card down, and issued me a new one.

I filed a dispute with them and hopefully they will pursue these charges.

I've been ripped off. I order this trial size for 3.95 for my wife., and 2 weeks later I was charged $98. Nowhere in the website did it mention this was a 14 day trial. If I would have known this important information I would not have order. This was very misleading and blanton ripoff.

Don't order the free samplesfrom this company. Because if you keep them they will chare you at the least $44.99 each gor them. Thats if they charge half price. I seen the charge for them on my card for the samples and called them. They said they had already been delivered. So I told them fine (which I didn't have) to please stopmy membership. And they informed me that if I didn't return the sample I woild be charged full price for them. But they could cancel my membership because I hadn't received them yet. So after all the crap he said he could hive me the half price. Ehich is the $44.99. Needless to say I am not paying that. So I got a rma return merchandise number so I can send them back. But I will not get my money back and thry might charge me $20 restocking each. Do please don't try this it will codt you money!! And lots of it

I ordered a 99 cent trial offer for a wrinkle cream called vlamo period 10 days later I was charged $97.83 that I did not authorize as I had called and cancelled my purchase. The customer service agent obviously knew that he was working for a scam agency because he got snarky very fast. They offered to refund 50% of my money if I would just keep the product which I never received to begin with. I told him that was not OK with me that they had fraudulently charged my debit card without my permission and am now having to jump through hoops to get this taken off of my card. Do not do business with these people.

I ordered a skin care product and all it said was that you would pay for the shipping but then they hit my account for $97.83. Do not order anything from them as they will continue to charge your account for unauthorized amounts.

If you've seen embedded on news websites, stories of Joanna Gaines having a skin care line it's complete crap. She has even come out and said as much herself. These people are peddling this cream called Vlamourous and selling it under the guise that it's Joanna's new company. They say that you can have sample of it for free and the sample is supposed to last 30 days. No where do they say anything about later charging you after a period of 14 days if you don't return whatever is left. That charge for us was about $100. The bank only gave us back 30% of what they stole since in a way we entered into commerce with them. Basically what I would suggest to anyone at this point is only go to reputable sites of actual companies of physical stores. When we called to ask the people what the charge was for, they were completely indifferent to the fact that what they are doing is fraud. How businesses like this are allowed to exist is beyond me. That's the last time I ever buy anything for a web based company without doing my part and checking into them first. For that I accept my part in what happened. At the end of the day you can't trust anyone

I ordered a bottle of Vlamorous cream and read it very carefully before ordering it. There was nothing on there to indicate it was a trial offer or anything else so I ordered it. When I received my credit card statement not only was I charged 3.99 for the product and .99 for delivery but was also charged 97.83. I called them and they refused to credit back all of my money saying I should have returned it in 14 days to get a refund. There was nothing on that site about some 14 trial! I was scammed about a year ago on some green coffee pills so I was very careful with reading it before ordering. After arguing with him the most I was able to get refunded was 58.00 but figured I had better take it. The guy even kept trying to sell me more and offering discounts. It was nuts! There's just got to be something someone can do to shut these sites down. How are they able to get away with this kind of thing? Why are all of our laws designed to protect criminals instead of the people effected by their crimes??? Think of the people that aren't able to pay their bills or feed their kids all because they ordered a five dollar jar of cream!

I ordered this trial Vlamorous Cream for $4.95. Then I wanted to cancel the shipments but could not get a hold of them by phone number or email. I don't want them to charge my bank card so I'm kind of worried. It's a big amount which is ridiculous. Please help in settling this matter.

Embarrassed

I am embarrassed to report that I ordered a trial of Vlamorous on my ipad and somehow (either a mis-click....or not?) added an order of Aquavo trial. I did not see any fine print on how after 14 days for Vlamorous and after 18 days of Aquavo I would be charged full price for the samples. One charge was $105.79 the other was $97.83. I was actually charged this twice, and had not noticed until another sample came in the mail - which I did not actively order, but got as an "automatic" renewal since I did not cancel after my free trial. None of the terms were visible to me at the time of the original sample order. I called to cancel, which was confirmed. I asked for a refund and offered to send the second delivery back - they did not want it back and informed me that I could have a 50% refund, as per the terms of the agreement (also not visible to me).

This company sells a product called Vlamorous. My wife saw an ad on Facebook and ordered a trial order for about $10. After reading all of the info she was thinking it was a good deal to try out a new skincare product. They scammed us! After you get your "trial" product, about 2 weeks later they charge you $105.79 and then you get charged another $97.83 from another company that isn't even the one you ordered from! (BBB shows this company has about 8 different aliases). AND, they put us on a monthly auto order! Then we called visa and disputed the charges because we were not told about the $200 in extra charges. They told visa that they were upfront with us and we were just probably in a financial hardship and tried to scam them for free product!!! Can you believe that mess?!?!!! Whatever you do, don't to business with these people and definitely don't give them your credit card number!

Saw the ad for free trial on anti aging cream. I searched if there will be a monthly charge after I signed up for free trial and cannot find one. So I thought maybe it is just a free trial. Wrong! Was charged $97.83 two weeks later.
