This company lists products on bidder sites and doesn't fully disclose terms & conditions. After which they sign you up for auto-renewal to ship further products charging you hundreds of dollars in extra costs even if you do not order more items. When speaking to customer service reps they are rude, refuse to allow you to speak with a supervisor to resolve your issue then they hang up on you. They refuse to authorize return of unwanted and unopened products that you did not order nor will they process refunds for unordered products! I am contacting the BBB to file complaint. I notice they got over 50-60 complaints on billing and charges with BBB already!!

Wanted to try proudect and sent for trial. Only three days after reciving trial products I they took$ 200.00 out of my account for next order. How am I suppose to know in three day if I want to continue with product. When I called the operator hung up on me when I requested my money back my best advice is to stay far far away from this company it could cost you dearly.

Purchased the trial creams and paid the shipping. Was charged almost $200.00 for cream later. I called and spoke with Deanna on May 11,2016 and told her I wanted this account stopped and my account credited. She said that was no problem and gave me a confermation number and said I would be credited in a few days. On May 19, 2016 I called back stating I had not received my refund and the lady tried to sell me more and then said it was their policy to not credit accounts. I asked to speak to a manager and she said everyone was busy and hung up on me. I called back and was told the same thing and hung up on again.

I bought their product and they charged my credit card. I returned the product pursuant to theire posted guidlines. They gave me an address and a "RMA" refund number. I sent the product back to them at the correct PO Box in Arizona. That was 3 months ago and I am fighting with them for the refund. They have told me that their "merchant account" is closed and they are unable to credit me with a refund. So they have the product and my money. They are a rip-off. I have called their company and emailed them so many times to get a straight answer. Two of the times I called they started reading from a manual saying they were sorry the could not help me and hung up the phone. Do not buy this product!!!!! Do not give them your credit card infomration!!! The company may be in Arizona and Florida. The BBB couldn't help me either at this time.

Get your refund!

I won't give a star! This company runs with 0 honesty, 0 pleasant customer service and 0 legitimacy! I won't allow this scam to happen as I contacted them 1 minute and 33 seconds by way of email after I became aware that the $1 shipping only charge became $11.38 AND a serum was added that I didn't select! At first, with a tad of attitude, I had a rep Linda respond to me and advised me to return the unopened package, that my order was canceled (sent cancellation confirmation email) and that no ongoing charges would be deducted from my bank account. 4 hours later I am alerted from my bank of the transactions, I advised them in my first email that they were hereby unauthorized to process any transactions. Linda said that the products had already shipped after my order went through 8/27/16@ 3:12 AM(pacific time). After my alert from my bank I sent another email to Linda stating my ire with the transactions and demanded an immediate refund but instead I heard back from the biggest, snottiest little twit Rachel with whom I put into check with her attitude but she kept it up. I kept all communications via email so I had everything in writing, gave them 17 hours to refund my bank account or I would take action prewarning Rachel that she had poked the bear and bit off more than she could chew! Her stupidity of continuing to piss me off made me change the 17 hours in to 6. My solution was to phone my bank (B OF A) and file an unauthorized claim against them, note that an unauthorized claim is different then a fraudulent claim. The bank rep said it was smart to keep communication via email, advised when packages arrive do NOT refuse delivery, valivux can claim I kept packages, take it to Post Office "return to sender and get a tracking number, no cost for this. My package arrived and I am doing as I was advised. Funny thing, I looked up the tracking number on package to discover it was actually sent on 8/29/ 16@ 8:51 PM! Try to do the same process as I have and discover the complete satisfaction of defeat and just picture a little twit named Rachel being put in her place, I am!!! I am also filing a complaint to the BBB, Consumer Affairs and the FTCC! Good luck to all of you!

The product was discovered on Facebook. The company did not disclose true fees associated with product. Vivalux is a complete scam & I wish people who do business with Them be forewarned. They don't tell u that after the 14 day trial period, the consumer is charged outrageous fees. They make it difficult to cancel,,sending shipments of products not ordered & charging hidden fees. There customer service agents are rude. They do not listen to what the consumer wants, in order to make commissions for themselves.

I received an offer to try Vivalux skincare products for free. Well, nothing is ever free. I signed up for the free trial and was charged $4.95 for shipping. 14 days later, I received my face cream. Everything is well and good, but I know how these companies work, so the next day after I receive my order, I called to cancel my account so I wouldn't receive anymore shipments & charges. After a phone call and a few emails back and forth, Vivalux canceled my account for me. All is good...

Until I get my bank statement in and find out that I was charged nearly $100 for the small jar of face cream. When I called to complain about it, the customer service rep couldn't offer any assistance beyond reciting, "it's in the Terms and Conditions." When I asked to talk to her supervisor, she hung up on me. RED FLAG SCAM ALERT!!

After many emails back and forth with a Ms. Katie Thompson, the customer service supervisor, I was offered a partial refund, which lowered the total amount charged to $40 plus the $4.95 shipping fee. I haven't seen any refund on my back statement yet.

My biggest complaint was that they started the 14-day trial period on the night I placed my order, but I didn't receive the cream until AFTER the 14-day trial period had ended. A direct quote from an email from vivalux: "we did not receive a cancellation request from you in the allotted time, so we naturally assumed that you enjoyed the product and charged you accordingly."

How can I enjoy a product that I didn't receive until after the trial period was up? I called to cancel the account as soon as I received my product. I couldn't have called any sooner, but they still want to charge me.

The face cream seemed like it tightened my skin, but then I started getting rashes from it. The customer service reps were helpful for the most part, except for the one offensive female representative who was rude and hung up on me. Don't waste your money on vivalux. If it seems too good to be true, it is. It's another interenet scam.

I was ripped off by Vivalux and it's associates. I ordered the trial 4.95 and 3.95. That wasn't so painfull. I was told that I would be charged in 14 days. NOPE I was charged in 13 days and now it's non refundable. Now I am out 97.41 + 98.41 for a total of 204.72. I am not sure how they charged me, I have a new Visa with new numbers yet they were able to charge it to my account.

I want to cancel my subscription that I was unaware I had but the 8778773510 # that is on the packing slip mysteriously is not in service. The slip is 4 days old. The website has no credible contact info and I have no way to get ahold of these people. What I did do is leave a message on the website but I doubt anyone will see it or care. I will be going to my bank to have the charges reversed and they will be getting this order shipped back because I'm not keeping something I don't want!
