I got a unexpected call saying I qualify for a vacation ackagee, which I wS just searching for my next family vacation, I was offered 3 vacations for two for $699.00 all inclusive the 1st representative offered a variety of things which sounded awesome , ok I accepted the 2nd representative went over everything but listed a few different things, so he added another vacation for same price. After charging my credit card and booking for December 2017, I called with flight information and to setup transportation from airport.... ran into another problem! So I had to speak to supervisor whom went down in price, a week before my trip called in to verify details because I was not getting response by email.. And again was told I had to stay at a different resort and this would be a bonus vacation because of all my trouble. Day of flight there was a delay, I called viva Great Vacations so they can correspond with transportation and while in the airplane was told they had me going to Las Vegas No not Cancun Mx! I ended up in a Motel not Hotel, no resort, no beach , no pool, no different resorts it basically looked like Motel 6 I did not sleep, property was Awful and I had to call Bookit.com and make my own reservation spending more money! Horrible experience Horrible company don’t fall for what they are offering.

TOTAL RIPOFF

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I purchased a vacation package from them and went to book the package. I paid $500 for my vacation package and when trying to book they wanted to charge me $100 extra booking fee, a $30 a day hotel fee and a $100 "tax" on top of it. $320 extra in fees. They sent me a list of the hotels they have that I can choose from and they were all $100 a night, one was more like $87 a night. I could book them myself with NO Taxes or fees. So I paid $500 for this "Great Vacation Package to save!" Actually in trying to book your stay the trip would cost over $400 MORE than if you just book the hotel yourself. AND they make you sit through a sales presentation taking up your time on vacation???

TOTAL SCAM.

I called in to talk to them about these outrageous fees trying to charge me more than if I had booked myself and they said to send in an email and a manager would call me. So I did. They told me four different dates that a manager would call me, and NO ONE EVER DID. I called back to request a manager and they would either hang up on me or say ohh... the manager is not available. TWO WEEKS LATER no one has gotten back to me. I am just canceling this whole thing. The company is a massive SCAM. If you want to pay $400 MORE for your vacation than if you booked it yourself AND sit through a sales presentation where they can "sell you more GREAT deals" then go ahead and sign up for this scam.

I bought a $500 vacation package with this company after they called up my phone and listening to their sales pitch. They said I would be saving lots of money with this $500 vacation package, though I had to go on a timeshare presentation. I agreed to it.

When I called in to try to book the package for 4 nights stay they tried to charge me AN EXTRA $320 IN FEES TO BOOK. They also sent me the list of hotels to choose from and they were all $100 a night, one was even $87 a night. I COULD BOOK THIS OWN TRIP FOR LESS THAN THEY CHARGED ME AND THEY WERE TRYING TO CHARGE ME $420 MORE THAN IF I BOOKED THE TRIP MYSELF. AND I would have to go to a sales presentation taking up my time on vacation. Not to even mention when booking they tried to say, if you want an extra night its only $250 a night. THE HOTEL CHARGES $100 A NIGHT.

I told them this is outrageous, I'm not paying more than if I booked it myself and didn't have to go on a presentation and I wanted to speak to a manager. They told me I had to email to speak to a manager. So I did. I called back and they told me that the manager said they would be calling me on a specific date. The manager never called. I called back the next day.

They scheduled 4 different times to call me and never called me once. If I call in and ask to speak to a manager the scam artist employees just hang up the phone. THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL RIPOFF FILLED WITH UNETHICAL AND IMMORAL PEOPLE. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. DO NOT GET RIPPED OFF!!!!!

I purchased a vacation from a phone call with viva great vacations 12/17. I was supposed to receive 4 nights all -inclusive for 4 people in Cancun, and 4 nights all -inclusive for 4 people in Punta Cana. I told them I could not go to a villa group resort, and they told me they had many resorts to chose from.

I looked at their website, and they had the Omni, Riu, and many other resorts. When I tried to book, I found out that all the resorts on their website were part of the Villa group. They told me I could pay more and stay at another resort. I then asked about the Punta Cana vacation, and was told I couldn't use it because those were Villa group resorts.

I asked for my money back but was told it was non-refundable!!! I said give me my vacation then, and they said "no"!!. They hung up on me 4 times when I tried to get a supervisor or the finance department. VIVAGREATVACATIONS IS A SCAM!!!!!
