Vital Skin Care Reviews

  • Jul 5, 2017

On May 30th, 2017 I answered an ad regarding a 1 month free trial for Wondair Vital Skincare. Apparantly they had been on the Sharktanks the week before.

I never do this but because everyone on the Sharktank panely voted for it, I thought that I had to try it.

I didn't care for it but I thought I had to completely use the jar. I just opened my credit card bill and there was a charge for $89.97. I couldn't believe it! When I called she said I must not have read the whole print. There weren't any instructions at all. I never, never have ordered someting that had to be returned in 14 days half used. What is that?!!

The customer rep said she could discount future orders. I don't ever want to use it again.

I just feel that I should be reimbursed.

What I thought was a small sample of face cream for less that 5 dollars turned out to be fraud and I never recieved the sample product. When I contacted the company telling them that I never authorized a charge 0f $85.97 and $95.97 for the product. I was told that there was nothing they could do and I would have to take the issue to my local postal service.

I Only agree to a one time withdrawal from my account for the amount or $46.90. I Do not agree to any future withdrawals from my account. I only agree to one withdrawal for $46.90. I will not agree to to any future withdrawals. I only agree to one withdrawal from my account and products with shipping all inclusive for the 46.90 a one time withdrawal.. July I received the 3 products. It appeared as 3 withdrawals for 46.90. Not one piece of paper was in the shipment. I called and asked for identification of the products. The print was so tiny on product I could not read it. One shipment, one price for $46.90 in July. That was what I agreed to in July. Then Schock in Aug. when I received my Statement. When I went into my bank They had made a withdrawals in Aug and Sept. Aug 2 - $85.97, 89.97, total of 175.94. Sept 2 - $91.94 , 94.94 total 186.88. On Sept. 8, per phone call I was told they would refund 35%.os The Aug. amount. On Friday Sept. 9 ,I learned about the Sept. withdrawal. My bank made the phone call, Said they would refund Sept. 50%. At this point I had not received any more products. Late Sept 9 UPS delivered a package of product. On Sept.13. Refund dated 9-10 appeared on my printout at the bankfor $47.47 and $45.98 for total 93.45. Big rip off I was total clueless until I saw my statement. ande then the printout at the bank. $269.37. Big rip off. . On Sept. I cancelled, my card. to stop further withdrawals. My bank said everything was cancelled on Sept 9., 2016. ? *

I was offered two beauty products for shipping costs. My credit card charged me for shipping plus $89.77 and $98.71. When I called they said I did not cancelled within 14 days. One was $4.95 the other $3.95. I was also billed $89.77 and $98.72 on my credit card. I called the company to see why, they said I would have had to call within 14 days not to be charged.

These guys have created a site that looks like the peacefull pill handbook, using the same color schemes and font. They have defrauded me of over $1000 dollars promising to deliver Nembutal powder. This was during a desperate time in my life and I went against my better judgement and sent the money to them using Money Gram (always a bad idea). They did not deliver anything and asked for more and more money each week. Do not deal with these con men ! They pray on the weak, sick and desperate people seeking help. They do not have any product in stock and are simply there to rip people off. Spread the word !

I responded to a add on FaceBook for face cream and eye cream. I was supposed to get a free sample and only pay for shipping. Instead they withdrew $89.97 twice. I never did receive the free sample.

Advertised as face and eye cream samples for the price of shipping and handling--$4.97 and $5.97. No mention of a 14 day trial. No mention of what the regular price was. No information came with products other than a brochure. Found unexpected charge of $89 and $87 on credit card today. Called number listed with the credit card transaction and was told I didn't read carefully [bull] and that the offer was for a 14 day trial after which you'd be charged full price and be sent future shipments if you didn't cancel. I was very irate with the customer rep and adamant that this caveat was no where in any literature sent with the items or in the ad. At first he said he was authorized to take half off, but I said I'd dispute the charges and that I should have guessed that it was a rip-off! Finally he agreed to clear all charges. (I will be certain to check in a couple of days.) I offered to send the stuff back if he'd give me an address but he refused and said I should keep it. By the way, Dr. Oz's name was connected with this product. I never have sent away for stuff like this because it usually is a scam, so I did read very carefully and checked my credit card after the items arrived to make sure the charges were as stated. Tried to find the website today for this report and it's mysteriously disappeared from all searches! Imagine that! I consider myself lucky.
