If you are not going to make a substancial commitment to this suppliment subscription stay away or loose ≈$80 per month.

The terms and conditions are on the checkout page but are misleading: I recieved my order 4 days after I ordered it, still not realizing it was a subscription. That means I had 10 days left, accroding to their terms, to cancel the "trail". 19 days after I made the order a charge showed up on my bank account. Of course after the 14 cancellation period had lapsed. The Wor Trail is very misleading. You have bough a subscription and they will not refund your money.

Attempting to rip me off for a trial amount thst doesn't exist. I pd the 4.95 for shipping no additional charges were present now informing me a few minutes ago I would be turned into collections for unknown amount.h

Same Experience

I had the same experience. The terms are a word at the bottom of the page that you needed to click on - which I did not. I got charged $90 as a result. I, too, called and got it cancelled and they said they could not do anything. I called again and said I would file a complaint against them with the better business bureau. I finally got a 35% credit - which we will have to wait and see if this is true. Terrible experience.

I ordered what I thought was a free trial of their product. However, in the small print which I failed to see or read it was stated that after 14 days I would be charged and signed up for a monthly subscription plan. When my bank account was charged $89.99 I immediately called my bank to dispute this. Upon finding out that this was a monthly recurring subscription that I had signed up for I immediately called the company. I was told that this was in the FinePrint, and when I had clicked on the agreement that I was 18 years or older I had signed up for a monthly subscription. I spoke with the representative and told them I had no knowledge of this and I had not seen it in the fine print. It was definitely my error for not checking better. I acknowledge this to the person I spoke with. I ask for a refund to my account as I did not want this. They say they give a 100% guarantee on their product.

I find this to be not true. I told them their advertising practices were very deceptive . And it if it was a trial and a sign-up to a monthly subscription that should've been openly stated and not in the fine print. I am definitely not happy with this company at all could not get my issue resolved and money refunded. What recourse do I have? Any help or advice you can give me would be greatly appreciated. I had ordered from the company listed at Vitaf Fit on line - however the charges came thru as AB DIet World Plus Group . I cancelled not once, but twice prior to any further autoships I specifically asked for confirmation that no further charges or order were going to be shipped and was assured by both reps that I had nothing to worry about . July 27th a hold for $89.95 was placed on monies in my account. I immediately called their customer service number and was assured that this would be refunded. I spoke with my credit union who asked me to have a statement on the company's letterhead faxed to them verifying this so the funds could be released.

I called their customer service again and was once again assured this would happen. Four hours later it still had not I called customer services and spoke with a "supervisor" who gave me what I'm sure was a false name since no one recognized the name of the prior supervisor I was given during one of my prior calls. I asked him at that time if, since they were the ones who "dropped the ball" if they were going to be responsible for any charges incurred for their actions.

Naturally I received a resounding no. With that being said, this is what bothers me the most-when I asked to speak with his supervisor and I was told no, that "Kevin" didn't have a supervisor and that he was the only one I could speak to. I asked him if he then owned the company and he replied no. I asked him who he received his paycheck from and he told me that wasn't relevant. I again asked for the name or number of someone I could speak to who had more authority than him and again he refused. This went on for a while and he actually told me that there was no way I could prove that I had made any of the prior calls and that he was going to "politely disconnect the call" at which point he did
