I called the company and told them I wanted to return the product.

The woman on the phone said that she couldn't find my account and wanted to know my credit card information. When I said that I was not willing to give her that information she said "well have a good day then"

I am going to send the product back and call my credit card and tell them to refuse payment.

Visalia Skincare is a serious ripoff! Their free trial says NOTHING about signing you up automatically. i just got charged $95 for their product. I called and canceled but am on the hook for the $95. The customer service person said it was explained in the Terms & Conditions. NO ONE reads Terms & Conditions which is why I'm sure they use that vehicle to scam people. They cured me - I'll NEVER order a "free" trial again on anything.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM VISALIA ANTI AGING CREAM. This company is nothing but a scam. The whole thing was very deceiving. They put out a very convincing video about their product. So convincing that it got my wife to have me order from their website. At first it looked like it was just a free sample when you just pay for the shipping which came to about $9.95. When I got the free sample products, there was no mention I mean "NO MENTION" of any recurring charges after the 14 day free trial. After the trial period I was reviewing my bank account and noticed two charges from them. One for $85.95 and the other for $89.95. I called the bank for assistance and was told that I needed to communicate directly with the company for a refund. The bank gave me their phone number to call. I called the company and was told that they have a "NO REFUND" policy. So in reality I got scammed. I am filing a complaint with the fraud unit within the Santa Ana Police Department. And have also filed a report here. The Better Business Bureau is next.

I wish to add my outrage to the growing list of dissatisfied customers trying to do business with Visalia skincare. I can't report on the product simply because I never received any product after 4 seperate CC charges. believe a class action suit should be from to stop this company from doing business.

Like many others I purchased this product on the internet. Visalia skin care was shown on shark tank and seems reputable. However, if you sign up for a free trial you are charged before the 14 day return period ends. Initially, not a problem because I assumed there would be a credit. Unfortunately, the items keep arriving each month and the company is billing my credit card. Now I am refusing the deliveries and have instructed my bank to refuse payments. I may have to cancel my credit card just to get these people to stop billing me

File a Complaint

Call the company & let them know that if they don't stop billing you, your lawyer will be contacting them. Also, contact your State Attorney General & the Better Business Bureau. I too was duped by the same product but under a different name!!

Cancel your card if necessary

ZERO is my actual review of Visalia. I'm not sure why they are still in business, and if it's connected to Shark Tank (in reality), they should be ashamed.

I had a similar experience, just yesterday/today, and normally I'm so careful. I used my debit card -- connected directly to my checking account -- to order two "trial" products, as others have done, and when I hit "confirm" I failed to notice a third item had been added somehow. I was immediately charged the full $54 for the two trials and the third item which costs $35 + shipping.

I called about an hour later, asking to cancel, they CLAIMED they could not find my account or order. (I know that's a lie.) I've not received any email confirming an order: that was my first clue. I immediately called my bank & cancelled my debit card, assuming this was an auto ship scam. I agree with others, you never see that this is an auto-ship deal. When I called a second time, they said yes it's an auto-ship and you can only cancel it by cancelling your trial order. However, they still "could not find" my order or my account. called a third time, today, and they still can't find me in their system. They said "you might be calling the wrong place". (COME on!!) This is totally ILLEGAL and like someone else said here, I'm going to the BBB website now to complain. This crap needs to be shut down.

The customer service reps. there need to get new, legal, jobs vs. lying and scamming innocent consumers.

Free samples where not free, after getting your credit card number they will charge you $89 for each " free" sample. The telephone number the company supplied is disconnected so i had to search the Internet for another number. They refused to give me my money back even when i told them they could have the skin care products back. They literally stole my money.

I did not open the product and offered to send it back which was refused. After several phone calls the company initially offered to refund 75% of a 1 month supply. When I continued to complain they offered to refund the entire cost of a one month supplty $94 not the two months I was charged for. They initially sold me a product for $4.99 and charged me $94 X's 2 for the same product which is 4 oz. This company is a HUGE ripoff and this needs to be stopped before they continue to steal money from the accounts of elderly people that live on a fixed income.

Thinking that I might like to try a skin care product now that I am in my 50s, and since I like the show "Fixer Upper" with Joanna Gaines, I saw an ad with her name on it promoting a free trial of this skin care product made by Visalia. It was only a mere $4.95 for the eye serum and $3.95 for the anti-aging cream, so what the heck. What they say they tell you in fine print is that the free part is only for 14 days, and it takes 5-7 days for the products to get to you. So you get to try it for a week. Who is going to see results in 7 days.

And they do not tell you when you are signing up for your free trial is that you are really signing up for a monthly delivery subscription, costing about $200, should you forget to cancel within the 14 days. So you figure out that you screwed up and try to cancel your monthly delivery, which is what I did or not it seems.

On 10/26/17, way before the 11/12/17 ship/bill date, I called and canceled my subscription, and I even got a cancellation number. But it seems that the customer service person didn't complete the cancellation in the system. And, another $200 gets sucked out of my account on 11/12/17. I call and curse and yell. I give them my cancellation number and get even madder. For their mistake, I get a 35% refund.

I cannot express how angry and upset this has made me. And I am even going to write to Joanna Gaines and let her know how shitty this company is that she is recommending in ads that I am sure she gets paid well for. I know it won't do any good, but if this review saves one person from wasting their money, then I'll feel a little better

I was offered a free trial of this skin cream. I was told nothing will be charged for this free trial. I was charged 89.95 for .50 Oz of this cream that was nothing special. I called to cancel this order and was told the charge was for the .50oz they sent me as a trial. This is a complete rip off and should not be allowed.

I ordered a free sample of skincare from Visalia Skincare; only had to pay shipping and handling. When I received my bank statement this month, I had an unauthorized w/d for $89.95 and another for &85.95. I have not received any merchandise for this charge.

Do not be fooled by their offer of a free trial of their product.

Do not do any business with this company.

I ordered their free trial of skin care product off a social media advertisement. Because I ordered the trial off my phone account on the social media account I never saw any terms or conditions. I had no idea that there was a 14 day period in which I needed to cancel the subsricption that I had no idea I had signed up for.

I also had no idea of a no return policy, meaning I can't dispute any charges made to my account after the 14 day trial period. Customer service kept telling me by accepting the trial I had accepted their terms and conditions. That I should have read the terms and conditions.

How can I read something that didn't exist? If I had been given a chance to read them, I would have never taken the free sample. I told the operator multiple times I never saw the terms and conditons, it didn't matter to her.

They charged my account $85.95! I was told by the operator that I have no recourse because I agreed to the terms and conditions. They would fight any dispute I made from my bank by showing them that I did in fact agree to their terms and conditions and would not receive any money back.

How is this fair business practice? I see now that they purposely make the terms and conditions hard to find or even impossible in my case so they can take money from people.

I hope with this report I can save others from getting ripped off like I was.

Their product doesn't work. They are out to take your money.

I was billed 89.95 for a tiny bottle (2 oz maybe) that was what I thought a .99 plus 3.95 shipping and handling. I ordered it on June 23. They billed me 89.95 on July 7.because they said i didn't fulfill the contract that said if I cancelled in 10 days or something I could have the sample for that price. If I didn't cancel I would be billed the full amount. She di not offer anything else and I told her (Keisha) that I would be removing the charge from my card as i did not autherize it. I will call them tomorrow. Worst scam ever.

Regarding: Visalia Skincare. After numerous attempts to cancel any affiliation with this company, they continue to mail me their product. I am returning to them each package they send to me, along with a letter regarding same. They continue to be unresponsive and will not acknowledge my request in any way, shape or form. They will not win. I will prevail. I am not going away until they go away. They are undoubtedly doing this to many people who do nothing and continue getting billed and Visalia Skincare continues to collect.

This rip-off company is an internet-only business that entices consumers to pay only shipping and handling for a trial-sized amount of eye and face cream that is absolutely nothing special, it feels like Nivea cream and it does ABSOLUTELY nothing to your skin. They are very slick in getting you to check a box that confirms you're over 18 (and you agree to their terms & conditions).

What you do not know at the time you give them your credit card info is that they will charge you about $189 within 14 days of when you order the trial (UNLESS you know to CANCEL BEFOREHAND). Because I was traveling a lot and did not realize what a fraud they are, they ended up stealing $189 of my hard-earned money.

To top it all off they refused to credit me for the the un-open and unused product (still in the original shipping box) I was willing to returned to them - claiming they never accept returns of subscriptions.

They are THIEVES! Be warned, they are FRAUDULENT, and there is nothing you can do about it after the fact! The trial is not worth a penny or a minute of your time! If you decided to proceed with the trial be sure to find and then read the terms & conditions that you will be agreeing to. You might need a Lawyer to decipher it for you. But your best is to stay away from this company and their DECEITFUL PRACTICES!

My child ordered these product with my bank card, I called to report it. They never answered until the 14 day trail period was up and they were able to charge my card 90.00 dollars. I talked to repay and they said it's my child my issue. They prey on young girls and scam them into buying skincare.

  • Jun 3, 2017

I ordered what I thought was a free jar of cream, it turned out if I didn't contact them in fourteen days to cancel my contract which I knew nothing about, I would be charged full price for my "free" jar and they also sent me another jar that I knew nothing about. There obviously was some very fine print some where I didn't read. If I had know it was a fourteen day trial and not a free jar I would never have ordered it.

When I ordered the free trial of the Visalia Skin cream, thats the only item I wanted, Thats what I choose. When I received the shipment I received a cream and a serum, then I checked my bank statement and I was debited 4 different amounts . I believe their website have some kind of triggers that automatically orders on your behalf whitout your permission. Today when I checked my bank account I was debited $89.95 whitout my consent. I called the company And they stated they cannot credit back my money. Be careful when ordering from these people, they will rip you off. they say free trial and they scam you.

I was scammed. I was on Facebook and they said that Melania Trump use this product and that I could purchase it for free with the small fee they then asked me if I would like to add the eye serum on to the face cream order for another small fee and I signed up for it I paid the small fees and they asked me if I was 18 years old and I did not see any terms for which they said was there was I was using my cell phone, I did see that it was a 14 day trial which made me believe that I was receiving 14 days worth of the product to try. I was billed yesterday for 89 and change and 85 and change for products that I was unaware that I was buying. I contacted Visalia company but the company services several other products I understand, they were very unwilling to help me when I called them and they hung up on me. They told me basically it was too bad they didn't offer any refunds and that I signed up for this program which they never directly spelled out and I never saw that there was terms that I was signing up for anything. please help

I requested a free trial and they charged me for the product before I ever got it and used it. I disputed the charges to no avail and cancelled any future shipments. They shipped me the products once again the following month. I called to dispute the charges again and they said I had not cancelled the subscription and they would not refund my money. They said they would cancel my recurring order but since I had not cancelled my recurring order prior there was nothing they could do.

The products do not work and are very pricey. This company and their products are a complete scam.

I called the customer service dept to try to return products. They are extremely rude and when you try to explain to them their phone website and computer are completely different and they proceed to ignore you. Do not click on their pop up if it comes across your phone! They will charge you 89.95 and then another charge 89.95. They will not transfer you to a manager or supervisor. They either leave you on hold for 27 minutes or they hang up in you. Then when you call back again. They start their "script" over. Even when you tell them you have spoken with 3 other reps then then proceed to tell you, no ma'am you didn't speak to anyone here by that name because we don't have anyone here by those names even though you just got off the phone with that person!

I purchased a sample of Visalia Skin Care for $3.95 which was shipped to me after a few days. I carefully reviewed the website and nowhere did it state that I would have any further obligations for additional payment or recurring charges. Today I received an $89.95 charge to my credit card. I called the number listed on the charge and the automated system stated, "Your account has been canceled and you will have no further charges. So I asked to speak to a representative. I spoke with Antonio who stated that in the Terms and Conditions, after two weeks I would be charged $89.95 for the sample I had received. He said he could offer me a credit of $35.00 if I wanted to return the product. He then stated that he would cancel my account. Moments before I spoke with Antonio I received an email stating that my order had been canceled. It stated the date and time of the cancellation. The time was at least 12 hours before I contacted them. I then asked to speak to a supervisor and Sunny came on the line. She said the same thing as the first representative and offered me the same $35.00 credit. She could not explain why I received an email canceling my order. I informed her that I would contact my bank and dispute the charge and she said that was my choice. She then abruptly disconnected the phone line.

This company is horrible they do not tell you that you will be charged an extra $89.95 charged to your credit card, they are so rude and will not even give you your money back. The product is crap.

  • Apr 23, 2017

Ripoff

They automatically charge your credit card multiple times. I called multiple times to cancel. Waiting to see if they actually refund my money. If not I will dispute the charges with visa.

  • Apr 17, 2017

They will not cancel my initial order. Instead they start you on a trial and then require you to cancel an ongoing subscription that you never signed up for. I want out now but they won't allow it.*
