My tractor broke down and i went to Vinny Pal to get it fixed. He says he has been fixing tractors for almost 40 years and all his sales talk. He told me it would cost $250 to fix the tractor which looked fair to me and his good old italian talks got me.
I paid him $150 as a down payment and was told to be back in 2 days. I went to Vinny Pal after 2 days and he said he could not look at it as he was not felling well. I understand he is a old man and told him i will be back in couple days.
I went back to Vinny Pal after a week and he says the part is broken and is back ordered, it's going to take about a month before i can get to use my tractor.
He could have told me this when he examined the trailer and took $150 for it. I asked for my money back I was not looking to wait that long. He says, he has already ordered the part and cannot give my money back.
This is not right, first you get sick and then you tell me part is back ordered and will not refund my money. THis is not right!
I did not argue too much as he is much older than i am and i just left with the tractor.
Vinny Pal if you ever read this you should not be treating your customers like this. I made 3 trips to your place and lost $150. I read good reviews about your Vini Pal tractors INC and made my stop.
