I paid 6.95 for an initial report + 4.95 for 4 additional reports. After logging in and entering a vin I got an error page and was redirected to a page that asked me to pay again for a vin check. This is all the website would do. I sent emails with no response.

They show a bbb seal on their web page and a Omaha address. I cantacted the bbb and found they are neither bbb accredited nor are they in Omaha. The bbb informed me their last known location was Israel. Total scam, fraud etc. I contacted paypal for a refund. Paypal got a response from a different vendor that appears to be a front for vin check pro, Click Bank.

Click Bank promised a refund and then never credited my account. Paypal is not helping on this. 2 weeks later I get an email from vin check pro that my account is ready to use? Do not give these scammers your money.

I paid VINCheckPro money for a vehicle background check on a used Ford Escort. The car had been in an accident, and appeared to have water damage from being in a flood. The car also had several diferrent owners. After VINCheckPro took my money, they told me that there were no problems with the car, no accidents, no floods and only one owner. In other words, I paid them to lie to me about the car. There is no way to get mt money back from them. My advice to anyone reading thie is to stay away from VINCheckPro. It's a scam!

I paid to be able to get title information on a vehicle I was trying to sell. The potential purchaser wanted to make sure that there was a clear title on the vehicle. After paying with my credit card, I was messaged to login to my account, which I had set up when making the original purchase. When I tried to login, a red message stated that they could not locate my e-mail address and/or the password was incorrect. I even tried to "reset your password" and got nowhere.

This is a total RIP-OFF and should be investigated as Internet FRAUD. I want a REFUND and I am not at all happy with making this purchase. I am also concerned that they now have my credit card information.

Several days ago I requested a VIN number check on a car my son was going to buy. I paid just under $8 for the report. This company stated that I would have the report sent to my email address however I never received a thing. I had to create a log-in account and password for the website which I did when I entered my credit card information however when I tried to log in to see if I could find the report or make some type of complaint my login name and password is not registering and it's telling me that the information is incorrect and of course it is not. Now I don't know how to rectify the situation other than disputing the charge on my credit card and forcing them to call me. I don't understand why they would offer to provide you with a very simple service make you create a login pay them money and do absolutely nothing for you and then you can't even log in to find help contact information or anything. I'm not even sure this company is real.

This is just to advise people that you pay money for their "free" report and the report does not provide any particulars, such as dates vehicle was registered, names, mileage...

I've been had and it's my fault for not checking them out more.

I bought a couple used cars for resale and didnt check the carfax Which charges about $50 for 5 reports). I looked for a cheaper online alternative and found http://www.Vincheckpro.com. They charge ony $12 for 5 reports which is great except the information they give is fake.

Their 'report' stated no accidents or any other info for that matter. I was leery so i paid $50 for carfax which showed an accident on each vehicle.

So tomorrow i'll call my bank and have them reverse the charges if possible.

I know, i should've chacked carfax before i bought the vehicles but lesson learned. The accidents were 'no damage' so maybe no problem.

Don't use http://www.Vincheckpro.com. They have fake info.
