Rental property management company has failed on many levels. Ive been exposed to black mold with a child in the home (3) for almost 14 months. Failed to fix drinking water. Cistern is full of bugs and roots. Panhandle Health ruled undrinkable and not safe. As well as a local facilty claiming unsafe for showering and boiling will not render water potable. Unsafe for all. "Do not bathe, Do not drink, Do not use" test postive for chloroform. These guys are aware and have been for over a year. Black mold inside the walls in both baths and kitchen. Home has been ruled inhabitable by two local mold restoration companies. Lanlord Mike Villeli and home owner d**k aka Richard Villelli have been served paperwork and we are now battling in court due to their failures to provide a safe habitable environment. I was served a retaliation notice to evict after I demanded thru the legal system they fix our home. Whatch out for these crooks and their rental properties.
