I paid for a personal license to access Viddyoze video templates to use in making book trailers and other videos for my books. I used the license successfully for over a year. Viddyoze recently went through a platform change. Despite I had paid for a lifetime license, the videos I used just the day before, were now going to cost me $15 each. I opened up a chat box with a Viddyoze CSR. At first she said it was not a problem, and she couldn't understand why I couldn't access videos. After some back and forth, and me trying to use a video, the CSR said it was a temporary glitch.

The last time Viddyoze had a temporary glitch, I could not use the service for three days. I was upset. Then, a person named Joey Xoto got in the chat. We went back and forth. I wanted to do what I had paid Viddyoze to do. From my perspective, they had ripped me off. The chat between Joey Xoto and me resulted in him saying he would suspend my license and refund my payment. That was over a week ago. Today I went to render a Viddyoze video. Seems they did suspend my license. However, they did not refund my license fee. Clear case of theft by deception.

Proceed with caution

Today (June 26) it’s been 2 days since I paid for this and I’ve not received any emails with any kind of information. No receipt, no account creation credentials, nada...however I’ve been charged $67 on my credit card...how come??? I’ve contact them with the authorization number from my bank because the statement does not have any “transaction number” on it and they state they cannot find my email...just do the freaking refund based with the authorization number from the bank, it’s not that difficult.

Glad I entered a wrong number for my credit card and looked at reviews

I was sold by the website, but then after entering my credit card number I got a message that the number was wrong. I then did a scam search and found this site. So glad I didn't proceed.

WILL NOT PURCHASE

After reading so many reviews I concluded it's best not to purchase.

Now they take the money but you can't create a password.

I paid the $67 because I was dazzled by the ad as most are. When I got the welcome emails, all the links were there except for the one to create the password. There was a "Click Here" to create the password but no link (URL) was tied to it. I went to the site and tried to use the RESET MY PASSWORD option. This only sent me another email with a CHANGE PASSWORD button that yet again had no URL associated with it. In other words, you click and nothing happens.

This was not a case of a "dead" link but a case of no link present at all. Examining the html of the email shows there in fact was no link present to create the password so you can't even copy anything to your browser's address bar.

I'm still waiting for support at viddyoze to respond. Fat chance.

DO NOT BUY! This goes beyond Bait and Switch! I have bought two separate licenses for a set amount of animations to create/use. The first license did not harass as much as the second license. Now in my dashboard I can barely find the animations I paid for, but 90% UPSELLS to buy the monthly membership. It is completely unethical and tasteless in marketing strategy. Even when I find one I purchased when I create a video before rendering it I am prompted to try or buy the membership with no option to "DO NOT SHOW THIS MESSAGE AGAIN" They have taken annoying to another level. It's so bad I can't even stand looking at the dashboard anymore!

This is a bait and switch company. The disclaimer about the animations used in the promo was not on the website at my time of purchase. Unless you want to pay a monthly fee of $40, DON'T BUY THIS! You will lose any access to previous animations if you shut off their template club and be left with low grade animations.

In the inital video they clearly use the words "with a one time fee you can use animations as seen here". If they had used the animations in the upsell ad, I would not be upset. However, I have contacted the company via email. They refuse to comply with a refund eventhough I have not used the service.

Over-hyped, under powered, non-delivering software

This "software" purports to be a cloud-based animation software that will produce amazing videos. REALITY: One picture, limited text, and limited templates available from which to select. I thought Windows Live Movie Maker was bad, but THIS product makes it look like a fully loaded and functional movie studio! HORRIBLE application. Stay away from it.

Doubletalk marketing......BEWARE

The verbiage makes it sound like a cloud-based video editing tool. What it really is: >Simple instructional documents delivered as .pdf files >A series of webinars >Multiple requests to purchase additional material for additional fees.

BEWARE.....THIS IS NOT WHAT IT SEEMS

Viddyoze is running a scam to collect $47 or $67 or $97 via credit card, paypal, etc. Viddyoze is claiming cloud computing to create 3D animation graphics and a template graphics company that can make you money like crazy. Read any of the reviews within the actual website and you will find they all link to similar marketing scams to collect as $10K in a week. Sites include: http://www.viddyoze.com/ http://ttssketchmaker.com/ All which are utilizing VJZoo Afflication Marketing to generate traffic and interest.

Doubletalk marketing......BEWARE

The ad makes it sound like a cloud-based video creation tool. What you get is some instructional documents and a webinar, plus many requests to purchase additional material at additional costs.
