I sent a jacket in to be exchanged 4 weeks ago. My girlfriend and I was told to write a letter on what was needed during the return. I sent the jacket back and never received another one for the replacement. There was 2 ways to contact myself and my girlfriend (The original purchaser). This is completely unacceptable. We are now out of $50.

About two months ago I ordered a jacket, payment was instant. Then have followed up multiple times to prompt emails but no real update. Now the website is gone, no longer getting emails back.. Still no jacket! was 60 bucks AUD. Refund or the jacket would be nice!

Similar emails to this all the time:

Cody Emsky and Felicia Vos collectively have operated various websites that use targeted Facebook Ads to put on sale what look to be fantastic fashion items.

Up to early November, this was VibrantThreadsstore.com and then in early November, they switched over to Premium Outfitters Store (with 2 facebook pages) PremiumOutfittersStore.com.

What they do is quite simple. Put up fake goods for sale. Obtain your credit card information and charge it immediately. Then they look to cycle emails with you for 90 days to explain why the order never arrives. In the meantime, your ability to dispute the charge with your credit card company times out, and they simply close the website, start a new one and cycle through again and keep your money.

They also failed to use proper Whois cloaking for Privacy so are very easy to track down.

If for some reason you find this report and you are still within 30 days of your order,

1- Immediately contact your credit card company and initiate a charge back for non-delivery of goods - the more reports credit card companies get on these folks the easier it will be to blacklist them at the banks back end to stop them having merchant accounts/bank accounts.

2 - You may for safety wish to cancel your card and get a reissue with a new number.

3 - If you used a debit card (never do this for internet shopping!) report to your bank as well. Individuals like this may be doing wider activities such as money laundering so the more banks get reports, the more suspicious activity reports go through to the government/authorities.

4- Report them to the police as well, their current location appears to be in Canada (not the US) so for the 30 minutes phone call it will take to the local station it will be worth it as again the more reports the police receive the more likely they will take this into a full criminal investigation. You can explain it's a Wire Fraud report and provide them the website information, amount paid and information.

5 - Report them to Facebook as they are running Ads with the sole intention to commit Wire Fraud. Facebook can then block them from future activities.

I got my money back from my credit card company as I caught them within 10 days, so I hope this helps other people who have been defrauded.

I have been ripped off by Vibrant Threads in the smiliar way other people have written here. I found their ad on Facebook and paid for a jacket. They seemed legit, and promised a delivery within 2-3 weeks. Nothing happened and I have had mail conversations with them ever since; Cody Emsky and Nick Romaniuk have written cut/paste e-mails asking me to have patience and bla bla...I got a shipping code for China Mail, and when I searched for it there, there was no match of a delivery. I had contact with China Mail who said that I had been scammed.

Then I did a search for Vibrant Threads and found this site, and realize I'm not the only one who got ripped off.

Just now I found a similar ad on Facebook and I had a closer look. The company is called Premium Outfitters ( https://premiumoutfittersstore.com/ ) and their Facebook page was created on Nov 1st, two weeks ago approx. Their website is very similar to Vibrant Threads and they sell the same jacket as well. The links to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram on their site etc don't work.

Be careful.

Just like others have posted, this conpany took my money quickly. created a fake UPS tracking ID, never shipped my goods and gave me the run-around in trying to get my ordered producs delivered. I finally had my CC company reverse the charge and go after them for fraud.

Beware of this scam of a company.

My transaction correspondence as follows, reads from bottom to top (oldest to current):

As I have not received this shipment, nor have you provided shipment tract that shows that it has ever been transported, Please cancel this order and process my refund. Thank you. Jim Get Outlook for iOS From: Jim S

I ordered a men's jacket for my fiance the beginning of august 2017. The jacket came about a month later and was way too small. I ordered a size XL which is his normal size. I sent the jacket back...there was no return paperwork in the packaging and it was packaged terribly bad. The company is out of canada (which they don't say on their website...it has american flags all over it) and it was $50 to ship the jacket back to exchange it for a larger size. I did send it back and put a note in the package to please send an XXXL. The jacket finally came 6 weeks later and it was still way too small. My fiance is 6' and about 240 pounds. I have no recourse for a refund now and I'm out $150...$100 for the jacket and $50 for the return shipping. Buyer beware when purchasing from the internet.
