Ordered from this company on September 8, paid extra for 3 day shipping. Received a fake tracking number and it's been 3 weeks with no delivery or any responses from thus company. I did not know that they have thousands of consumer complaints
Placed an order from them on Aug. 8th paid for expedited shipping and after numerous attempts to contact them I've yet to get a response or my order. Finally got a tracking number from the order status page on their site but it never changes from its pre-shippment status..guess I'm out $50. Stay away folks!
Placed an order for Magic Wand Original and paid extra for 3 day shipping. After 2 weeks they would not return numerous emails, only after threatening to dispute charge and contact the authorities did they finally respond to say order will be shipped. Another week later received product and it a clear counterfeit produc.now refuses to answer any more of my emails.
Like so many others, ordered product without adequate research and got a cheap Chinese knock off only after filing claim against them with my credit card provider. Trying to phone them, or email them is futile. They block all access and who knows if the return address on shipping label is legitimate.
I'm so angry at these creeps I plan to pursue them vigorously. It's not even about the $$ anymore. It's simply the worst transaction I have ever been part of !!
Same story over and over. They take your money, but the product never arrives. Complete failure to communicate or respond to email inquiries. I'm filing a fraudulent claim against them!
Terrible terrible website that should be shut down. Ordered the wand from them, I did not pay the extra for shipping as I was fine with the little extra wait. For weeks it said awaiting fulfillment. For week's I tried to call and email but got no response to my emails and of course there is no number to call. I disputed with paypal. Found out the place is out of NY and these people sell other thing's. I actually emailed that place and got a response saying they were a new company. Yet, under the same EAM services. Such liars and scammers. Never recieved a thing and out 80 bucks. DO NOT BUY A THING FROM THIS COMPANY. You either won't recieve it or if you do it is a cheap home made knock off from what other's have said. No way should this company be allowed to have a website and with all the complaints, I have no idea how they have yet to be hunted down and arrested for fraud.

I ordered the "HITACHI MAGIC WAND 3 DAY SALE" plus attachment from Vibeplayground.com back on 10-02-15 which totalled $57.98 with S&H. Well it was to good to be true. This company has a track record of not shipping orders and also not returning any emails. I've tried contacting them several times since my order is a week overdue. When I check their website my order still says "AWAITING FULLFILLMENT". Don't do business with this company no matter how good the price may seem. That's what got me. I should have researched the company prior to making the purchase.
